I went in here the other day to purchase some cannabis. All of it is in prepackaged bags, you do not get to smell or touch it. I e been to a few other stores where they have some product in glass jars that you can smell and touch but then keep the product they are selling back behind the counter in cupboards. Here you must completely go on what the people behind the counter recommend and what is printed in the packages. I was really disappointed in that. The sales staff member that helped me seemed more interested in pushing me towards the sale items rather than listening to me and asking what Kind I was interested in having. My biggest disappointment was that I bought 2 different sealed bags and when I got home all of it was dry and crunchy. Both bags were dry.  I do love that the store carries a lot of supplies. Which is why it gets 2 stars from me. I would go back to supplies just not cannabis.

Last weekend I went in for the first time & purchased one of those disposable vape pens. To my dismay it didn't work straight out of the manufacturers package. I called the next day and they asked me to bring it back which I did The folks at the store were very apologetic & very accomodating. They replaced the pen no questions asked and I ended up purchasing a pipe. Bottom line, they know how to treat their customers so I'll be going back.Unfortunately, the replacement didn't work either. There is only one way to use these disposable pens so this is not user error. I have not gone back to the store for this issue as it is officially a manufacturers issue, I contacted them first thing Saturday morning & it is now Monday night & I still haven't heard back from them

This place has the friendliest employees. Don't know what you want? They'll help find something. Know what you want? Great, they got you. Have questions? They'll answer them with a smile. They take their time to help you choose the best high quality green to start or end your day. Beautiful glass accessories, high quality bud, and friendly service. The only reason they don't get 5 stars from me is the hours they're open, sometimes we need something at 10pm on a Thursday and they're not open. But when they are open, it's the only place I go.

Let me start of by saying the employees here are so friendly and helpful. They always help me find exactly what I am looking for and the best deals. Every strain I have gotten here has a high percentage of THC and looks beautiful. Thank you so much you lovely human beings!

Went last night for a celebratory "yeah! Just moved to the area and I'm hired!" With my brother and friend. Guys working were all very nice and excited to share information on products and show us their goodies. Walked out with a gram of recommended 'Tres Star'. Now, I'm used to smoking daily and having moved I'd been forced on a couple day break. And let me say that I felt absolutely amazing for hours without any interest in hitting anything as I was content with riding out my comfortable and relaxing high. Couple hours after that, we dipped into the 'blue cheese' (sativa/my favorite strain for years if I might add) we purchased, and we spent another 2 hours super stoned and having a heated discussion about anything that came to mind. It was very nice. And all thanks to the lovely gents at this fine location. Thanks guys!

I am giving this review one star because I have been a very loyal costumer to their products for a couple of years, however the last purchase I've made was nothing like all my previous purchases. This time my Jack Herer cartridges were a different color and tasted burnt. I took it back to the store and was told too bad, "if it works, you have to keep it, it's the law". I spent $80.00 on a product I was very comfortable with until now. I will not be returning to this store ever again. The costumers service has declined to the point of being rude.

Nice and clean store. The quality of some that are suppose to be higher in thc  did not meet my standards. Plus their products are over price compared to other stores. $12 for a pre-rolled that was worth maybe $8. The reason I give them the 2 stars is because the last two times I've been in the staff were rude. Not the guys but rather the girls that were there. They are too young and not knowledgeable enough to help customers that are older and experienced. The last time I was in there a young girl yelled at me for trying to look closer at the products on the board. That is the last time I'm going in there. I rather drive out of my way then to have the feeling of being disrespect.

their hours are horrible, they close at 8 pm everyday & 6pm on sundays. they will only let you come in w one person, meaning you and your friend can't go in together which doesn't make sense. they control how many people come into the store which is fine because of COVID but you can't come in with a friend if you wanted to. you would have to pretend like you don't know them. this place is trash do better.

I've been to Cannabis Country Store many times!! My daughter lives close by and it's convenient. I visit often from Arizona where we don't enjoy the privilege of being able to shop without a medical card!! You're truly lucky! And this store is wonderfully helpful, well stocked with all kinds of goodies! I've never been disappointed with my products quality there! I'm always eager to revisit the establishment and I know the staff will assist with all my needs or questions!! Thanks Guys!!

This place sold me moldy weed. I got sick from it. When I went back to try and get my money back they completely refused. No refunds no exchanges. I paid $25 for something that should of been in the trash. Awful costumer service. Never going back again. Stay away from this place

I wish they had a little better selection of CBD plus THC products. I love the combo for pain relief. I love the Lish brand gummies though and they have CBD added! Everyone seems fairly friendly here but not out their way kind or anything. Pricing is as it should be. I'll be back for sure.

So helpful! Love their topical creams for an old neck injury and arthritis. Their CBD selection is good too. Great for fibromyalgia. And for fun get the Keef!

Done with this place until they fire the tall fat guy. 2nd time I've had to deal with him being outright rude. You don't want my business, then I will spend my money at stickys , or main, or high 5 or any of the dozen other shops.

Staff wearing masks and gloves. None of the staff look excited to be there. Not many deals and most of the items are pretty expensive compared to other local dispensaries. It is convenient while being in BG but I regret not making the drive to a better store.

There are a few staff members who are very nice and I never have a problem with. Some of the other staff either have a bad day everyday or just don't know what customer service is. Unhelpful and uninformative, just can't wait to get you out of the store, regardless if you found what you wanted or not.

I have never been treated so rudely in a pot store.  Ruined the entire experience. She was so unpleasant that I refused to work with her and sought out a different clerk.  Will not be returning. There are tons of stores with kind helpful employees and I don't want a repeat of this type of encounter. Oh and warning.  They do NOT enforce mask policy as I had to stand next to a man without a mask. No one said one word about the lack of a mask.

Usually get the vape cartridges and i had problems with one of the brands, so i was hestitant to buy them again; cashier told me to save the package if there were any issues, that the products had gotten better about leaks and they can help if theres a problem. well apparently thats not the case because the product leaked while still holding about 40%. i returned to the store and was treated like i was trying to scam them. no replacement or compensation. whatever. ill go somewhere else from now on

Good place they could have better prices as long as they keep purple wookie in stock its my place if they could bring back Yoda og concentrate thats where my 5th star would come in

Poor customer service. I need advice on a possible product that I Google myself and researched on.. The name of it is twisted rosay They were no help what so ever.. I bought the product anyway.Its one of the best .My new favorite product.. I'll be trying more of the grower..

Great store front!!! BUT!!!!!!!! The bud tender that assisted me was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever had deal with. I was shocked at the price of a product you sell that I can get for half the price, I decided to go with something I could afford because I was still an hour I from my regular store. Her comment of “well why didn’t you go to your regular place then” was what sealed the deal for me to NEVER give you my business again. I will drive an hour to get the best customer service and products around.

The short stocky 50year old looking lady told to "turn around and walk away buddy." I get that theres a new mask order but jeez whats with the attitude. She sounded so sassy full of herself. And So that ladys costumer service gives this place a 1 star for me.
