They keep the flower behind glass and will not let you smell them(and for good reason). Trash. I got some Gorilla Butter tastes like mold and nutrients. I also got Motor breath, same although not as bad. Will not be returning to pay top shelf pricing for sub quality products.

I had Miss Ashley! Not only was she knowledgeable, and patient listening to my questions and responding with informed answers and advice. I found the facility a comfortable environment. Thank you thank you thank you.

This is the best dispensary I've visited in the Battle Creek area. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable about the products. Everything was very reasonably priced. In my experience, products we've gotten at other stores were $4-$20 cheaper at this store, so this will be be the only shop I visit for the rest of my time in Michigan. I highly recommend this place.

Ridiculous wait times. There has been multiple occasions where I have waited for over 20-30 minutes. During these occurrences it wasn’t even busy, at most there was 2 other customers besides myself. There is plenty of dispensaries nearby that can get you in and out in a timely manner so I’m not sure what the excuse for this could be. A couple times is understandable but at a certain point you should just hire more staff as there is no reason to be waiting this long without even hearing once from anyone that works at the dispensary. It would even be a little better if they would be considerate enough to let patients know it’ll be 40 minutes because then people could at least come back or not waste their time. It comes off completely unprofessional and seems as if they aren’t really put together.

Prepare yourself to be taken care of and treated like a person. The quality of the employees is absolutely impeccable. Jesse and Rob collectively assisted in making sure that I was educated and comfortable with the selections. I'm so thankful for all of my experiences with Bloom City and I genuinely appreciate all of the support and patience. I can't stress enough how delightful it is to have this type of customer service. Thank you so much to Rob, Jesse & the rest of the BloomCity team. Thank you for taking your time with me and, ensuring that I was taken care of.
