I love this place; the staff is so friendly and down to earth. I've been 100% satisfied with each product I've tried so far, including candy, flower, and their perfect pre-rolls. Keep it up Theory Wellness!

Our joint was unsmokeable. Couldn’t pull smoke through and burned so unevenly on the sides. Never had an issue with any other joints.

The weed was good and the guy helping us was very nice. However, the prerolls are overpriced and rolled way too tight. They canoed instantly and we barely got to enjoy them. All 3 smoked terribly. If you plan to buy the overpriced weed, buy the flower not the prerolls.

Visit from out of state. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable and quality was great. Would highly recommend them.

I’ve been to both the Great Barrington and Bangor locations. The hospitality is exceptional. You get carded in order to enter and it was the kindest “bouncer” I’ve ever met. They hold the door for you as you enter AND exit. Old school manners is refreshing. They have a super comfortable area to sit and look over the menu. So many options (the local brewery Sea Dog has a Blue Paw THC elixir. It was a unique experience). Reasonable prices with a loyalty program. You currently can receive a generous discount off your first order by providing email, and signing up for text message notifications. The ¿cashier/bud-tender? was very friendly. We chatted about our dogs a bit and they made sure I was aware of dosing for the tincture and vaporizer cartridge I purchased. Oh! And their bags to send you on your way look wicked sharp and not a sketchy like a stapled paper bag. I felt comfortable carrying it into a relatives home who disapproves of adult use. It “looks too normal” they said. I’ll be baak.
