Great Meds.. Great staff.. I got a free preroll my first visit and then got more on my birthday! Beowulf totally recommend this place to others.

I'm a new patient in general, this is only the second dispensary I've checked out. It's semi-rural, quiet and clean. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Amanda helped me and she was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions and she didn't seem bothered lol. She was very nice. Prices here are very fair, and specials for new clients. Selection was great, they also have lots of yummy high quality looking edibles, drinks and candies. All the staff were very friendly.  Thanks for a pleasant first experience!

Under new ownership but the bud tenders are the same old awesome crowd.problem is the new owners bought the dispensary and thought they can flip their shitty shatter while demanding $6 more when they originally charged less.They sell you some decent flower but constantly sold me horrible, black ,goopy, waxy "shatter" that sticks to the paper more.would recommend their shatter if you are super short on time and have EXHAUSTED ALL OTHER DISPENSARIES  FOR THEIR MEDICINE (seriously what you guys sell is embarrassing,   we go the dispensaries for quality meds...what you are selling is easily topped by some joe schmo making it at home..) seriously i gave you guys another shot and its clearly no longer a non profit dispensaryif you wanna make a profit at least sell QUALITY shatter and not fire your previous bud tenders for giving their honest opinions on the product. Seriously one bud tender shook her head when i asked about the shatter and next thing I know she was fired for "lying about their products" THEN a week later they sell that SAME shatter i was warned about at a super discounted price.fucking shady dispensary. Its a shame because I was a loyal customer since you opened. But if you are going to take a nosedive on quality and demand higher prices you guys are outta yer mind. Buh-byeeeeee

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I find it very hard to believe that I was ignored by accident! Felt very discriminated against here. Oh! And when you ask for names so you can speak with the owner about it, they'll tell u they don't have to give it. Very convenient! Never returning, going back to PHOENIX WELLNESS CENTER! Do not waste your money or time here!

Great service with great products and prices. Definitely recommend and will return. Not only was the bud tender very attractive but super knowledgeable and made sure I took full advantage of the specials that were available.

I know of no less than 3 people who were "exposed" by the security guard  here to their businesses causing great issues for them and when management was told about the issue they said they didnt believe their security would do something like that even with another employee saying he had admitted to it. Go here only at your own risk and I highly recommend not wearing anything that identifies where you work.

I am so grateful that this recreational/ medical dispensary is on my side of town.  The staff are friendly, and the young women and men in the back are so helpful and knowledgable about their products.  I recommend them ; veterans receive a 22% discount. (It covers the taxes).  It is out in the country and park in their parking lot ; not on the side of the road.  You won't be disappointed.

This place has went to hell ever since recreation became a thing. Less products, higher prices, longer waits it's just terrible. This used to be my go to spot but now every time I go I leave disappointed. The only thing holding this place together is the great staff they have I almost feel sorry they have to work there

Never had an issue till yesterday morning between 10am - 11am ish . I went inside to pick up an online order and the security guard was on his phone . I went to the ATM and heard a picture was taken and I turn around and look at your security guard . I believe he might have been Polynesian . That was highly skeptical taken a picture while a woman is at the atm and your sitting her way

Very low energy staff. I normally love browsing the shop and exploring my options as I'm a top shelf smoker. Felt like I was bugging staff instead of being assisted. Will NOT be going back to this location. First and last time.

Yesterday 07/02/2021 I had a little incident , I was helped by cashier #43658 , I mentioned to her that this was my first day ever buying in any dispensary. She helped me find what I needed I ordered a 3.5 two 8dollar pre rolls and one Cartilage, I was immediately over charged it rang up to be 250.00 so I decided to leave the cartilage and just take the two pre rolls 2x8 & a 3.5 which should have only been 71.00 but instead I was charged 157.25 I paid and left . Once I got home I realized my balance was a bit high so I checked my receipt and noticed I got charged twice for a 3.5. So I decided to go back and as soon as the front desk seen me come back with my yellow crumbled up paper bag they immediately started laughing as if they knew what had happened . They told me the cashier had just went home, so they sent me to the back. All of the cashiers were giving me ugly looks not knowing what I was returning . When it was finally my turn up the cashier didn't even greet me and immediately called management, she had no intentions to properly help me and seemed very annoyed. As the manager starts checking on the computer I noticed he was trying to open the cashier , I then told him I did not want my money back , even though I only intended to buy one 3.5 that it was fine if he just handed me another one. Not once did he try to apologize nor make things right. I just wanted to enjoy my first experience ever at a dispensary and instead I felt not only tricked or embarrassed I also felt very bad for that horrible customer service I received. I wonder how many other people have been over charged without even knowing or realizing what they are actually paying for. My experience was horrible and unpleasant not to mention unprofessional.

First time to a dispensary and I thought they would be more helpful. Wasn't busy and she knew it was my first time. I hear other dispensaries are more welcoming. Also never asked if I had a medical card. I won't return.

Ive been here about 8 times. Won't be going there anymore. I order online, waited an hour and half for them to to text me that my order was cancelled because an item was out of stock. I ordered a few items. They didn't tell me which item was out of stock. Then when I called to see what item was out of stock and what I can substitute it for I was on hold for 20 minutes. I ended up hanging up. If you don't want me to be a customer I'll go somewhere else that's fine. But why do you have to waste my time. That's what really pisses me off.   I won't be wasting my time anymore with this place. Plenty of other dispensary's that will be happy to take my money.

Honestly the prices are crazy high I paid $60 for a cartridge "on the lowest end" which I could usually pay half the price at a different place it' was my first time coming here and not only did I have a problem with the bud tender,!I also had the cartridge juice run out unusually quick it's almost completely empty & I've had it barely 48 hrs so I'm almost positive that it's leaking slowly but surely because it's sticky and I'm pretty sure nobody's going to do anything about it!  If they don't fix my problem I'll definitely be sharing this with my peers !!!

Lady at the front desk said I need to wait 25 minutes for someone to tell me the price for a recreational ounce of weed. I assumed she just started today but she said she started in April. She said prices change but that doesn't answer my question. If I was a worker picking up phone calls I would be on top of every price because that's what workers are for. The management hired an incompetent front desk worker. When I call any dispensary they tell me the price right away.

Holy cow... am I lost? I  was cracking up driving to this location. it's out there just outside of a neighborhood.  strange but SUPER NICE bud tenders here. they have great knodege of their product and haven't swayed me wrong yet. Its clean and a security guard checks you in. He's nice too.Parking sucks. It's small but I also have a lifted truck so I try not to be so picky about it. just beware..
