The tender that helped me pick my treasures was Julia, she was friendly knowledgeable and efficient. I can always count on a great shopping experience, and even better deals.

The staff at this location seem to be using too much of their product. I called to order because I live 3 hours away. The guy on the phone was spacey and forgetful. I called twice on the phone for product availability and even though the calls were only 5 minutes apart, he did not remember me calling the first time or the second nor the topics of conversation. He said my order would be ready and waiting the next day. I took a screen shot of my order after we hung up. The next day, the staff could not find my order either on the computer or on the shelf. They filled my order but when I got home 3 hours later, the order did not match the receipt and the order was wrong. The staff was as spacey as the guy on the phone from the previous day! Never going to this store again.

Best layout for a shop ever. You can walk around and grab what you need. Great deals too they stay accurate on weedmaps. Other shops they have inventory behind a counter paranoid that you'll steal or something. But here they have trust and I respect that. And it's usually fast service in and out in 5 to 10 unlike the 1 hour lines at blue fire ?

I love the service, and the business knowledge of the different types of of flower they distribute at all there establishment. The staff and employees gives you a warm feeling when you have finished your shopping. I give them to 2 thumbs up.

First time customer, and will continue to purchase from One Plant in the future! Anthony was my delivery driver, and was extremely welcoming and down to earth! Which adds to the experience(: I can't wait to meet all the family members in One Plant when purchasing here. We build relationships with everyone, and I don't see them as employees. I see them as family. In the end, it's all about kindness, and love with everyone. With much love to the family members at One Plant? -Daniel
