Always have a great experience here. I'm a weekly visitor :) Marcos was great today! (Hope I got his name right) Great vibe, knowledgeable and personable! A+ customer service bro :)

The staff was nice was quick in and out however the flower I purchased was horrible did the job but the flavor was just horrible

This was a first time visit, the experience was a positive one. The procedure was very well implemented starting with parking to organizing the line of buyers, checking ID's all while following CDC Pandemic Social Distancing Guidelines. Once inside, the environment is inviting, nicely set up with soft lighting showcasing all they have to offer. You are greeted by a person who is ready to help assist you with your order, showing you the availability of the current items and any questions that you may have. Once again, very helpful, organized, and a quick process once your order is placed. It's an assembly line with your own little brown bag of treasures waiting for you at the end!Flower is of high quality. A little pricey; however, you get what you pay for! It's highly satisfying. The variety of edibles will be sure to take care of  your best request! Very fresh and tasDefinitely worth the visit and a place to return to. Nova Farms has us down on the Farm for good!

Decent stuff annoying ppl work here though they make it feel like a strip search just to get your id checked i come here when i want a tolerance break because long lines and stressful management make things so fun i just have to go buy booze instead covid protections where a joke they make you take your mask off inside multiple times may as well give you covid.

Rapid service. Friendly and helpful staff. Functional set up. Interior is clean and relaxing. All the products I have purchase were top notch.

Another overpriced dispensary in mass that charges u 80 dollars for a gram. You have to order things on an iPad while there's like 15 stuck up hipsters I mean employees just standing there not doing a thing to help you.

The staff are beyond kind, helpful, and informative. Protocols in place due to covid 19 include, face masks at all times, social distancing inside the facility and while waiting outside to maintain capacity, and plexiglass inside the building at each register. I like that they check your ID bit just once, but twice. The check and scan while outside, and inside they check even more thoroughly. The staff inside the facility are nothing short of awesome! I was trying a new edible to help me get to bed easier, my cashier was super helpful and made recommendations on the products I was using, went over how to use them properly and other products to try in the future. And not to mention the decor is FREAKING COOL! I love being in there, it's like stepping into a fancy mossy grove. It's design is based around greenery and plants (for obvious reasons)

Fast service. Online ordering is very convenient. I had cash, but the $3 surcharging for debt cards is a turnoff. Definitely won't be paying with a card and will have to prepare cash in advance. Overall good experience

Place is awesome. Gas. Staff is badass and friendly! Just moved from the Bay Area from Cali. East coast weed is expensive bottom line. Get over it or find another recreational hobby like leaving good reviews. This place has a mad selection always on rotation and I'm in here every other day. If anyone has anything bad to say about this place it's because they're too broke to be smoking weed and they're mad about it. 5 of 5 stars!

Service and product were excellent, but very frustrated that there is no indication of the $3 surcharge for using a debit card. Today I looked on my bank statement and was charged another $3 for using a non-bank ATM (note other retailers such as grocery and drug stores do not have a surcharge for using a debit card). Nova is providing an ATM for convenience but "masking" it as accepting debit cards, which it is not. Not that big a deal, but I could have easily brought cash, and would have/will next time to avoid giving up $6 to the Banks.Nova please put a notice on your web site!

very friendly people!!! I went here for the first time and I was quite nervous. everyone remained safe, wore their masks and everything was clean and organizedthere was a woman who works there who was kind enough to help me and educate me. she steered me in the right direction and answered all of my questions/concernsthis place is awesome :)

Although I have a MM license for RI, the local dispensary sometimes is lacking in what I'm looking for.  then, I turn to Nova, about 10 mins from Providence.  a little more expensive, but nice variety

Weed is fine, dispensary weed as a whole is overpriced and RI dealer quality. DO NOT TRUST THE WEBSITE WHEN ORDERING. YOU HAVE TO RESEARCH THE WEED TO GET CORRECT DESCRIPTOR. Have ordered many strains labeled "hybrid" on the site and when I go to open the container, it's labeled indica. This is a consistent issue. Limited and crappy sativa/hybrid selection, so unless you're looking for indica, go elsewhere/to your dealer.EDIT: they have garlic drip listed as a hybrid. In description it's indica dominant, but they do not label it as such.

The environment good vibes an amazing staff who are so hopeful and so sweet. It was my first time stopping by here such amazing experience definitely coming back! Thank you, Nova!

Overall a cute place to checkout.  The line to get in can be such a drag though, it would seriously be so much better if they had a radio or a playlist just to provide some background noise.

Maybe my favorite dispensary in the area. I feel like they've got the better selection of flower, and they have a nice selection of high THC. I smoke to ease anxiety and depression, but honestly I really smoke to get super high and listen to metal records. And Nova always seems to have the strongest stuff to choose from. Very clean, the staff is super nice, they feel like your friend from the jump. Some dispensary's feel a little intimidating but these people really make you feel comfortable.

Place is toooo expensive!!!..went to Bud and Roses and heard a ton of ppl complaining about Nova Farms...I agree way too expensive plus the tax walk out spending $67 on a 3.5 ridiculous!!...Blackstone Valley Cannabis Dispensary does a ton of deals and its not for just a couple of days like Nova Farms or until bud run out....Bud and Roses had some good deals too...stop wasting your money on over priced bud.....check out those 2 bud shops thank me later

So, I arrived to a team of employees directing traffic.  I parked in designated lot.I'm 72 and clearly have a mobility issue.I was annoyed when they had me park AGAIN in a different lot!   For no particular reason.   No one could explain it.     Your people are walking over each other.    You have too many indian chiefs!I got to the door, no one conveyed where I needed to go.Your door person asked how I found the parking, I said I'm good.  Am I to read minds?      I parked my car to the lot that your staff directed.     No " illegal " parking.So your doorman said Miss (I'm 72) you need to park your car in a different spot.    I didn't do anything combative.    I think your guy was "on guard" and felt combative.I got in the line.    I said I didn't see the line for elderly people with mobility problems.   So a customer said, oh, you just noticed?    I was mortified and felt disrespected.    Not a nice feeling given I was there for recreational cannabis.And, sorry, not for me, I have many many cannabis locations to choose from.     Your pre rolls are packed into a cigar shaped packaging but when I got it out, it was a half size pre rolled with a huge filter.And the few couple of hits were fine.    Then nothing, nada, cannabis.    I do not feel I got a good value for $26 for two.I tried you, now I can cross you off.   NEXT!

Easy ordering, fast in and out. 90 percent of the workers are fabulous! Very friendly and informative. I love the the vip alerts and specials. I would've given a five if they didn't run out of the good products so quickly. It's awesome for people who don't work and can go anytime, but by the time I go to order sold out

Great service. I thought it was going to take a while, but the line moved insanely fast. Service was spectacular all around. Product was awesome and there was plenty to choose from. This place is an absolute gem and an absolute must visit. Sure some stuff is expensive but there are some nice cheaper options on the menu too.

Tyler was great. Product was really good. I liked the atmosphere. It was much more laid back than most places I have been to. I’m not pro but I think these guys have this really we organized for the times we’re unfortunately stuck in. Clean fast organized and nice.
