Five stars to this place for the ambiance, staff, deals, and product. LOVE matter and pharmacann products, first of all, so it was a dream to see the discounts Verilife provides for their own. The staff is incredibly compassionate, helpful, and as fast as they can be, which is IMMIDIATELY! They're amazing if i could give 6 stars i would!

Nice selection and pricing for flower. Was there for my 1st time last week. Sam and Brock assisted me and were friendly and helpful. I was short on time, and look forward to returning and checking out more of the products that I am less familiar with.

This location is EXTREMELY well staffed & with great staff.  It is the best Verilife I have seen.  Very clean & roomy waiting room and informative displays. A plus plus!

If I could give a zero I would. This place has no friendly customer service, I was told to get off my phone while waiting forever and waited 15 minutes to even be helped. I would never go back here and left unhappy. Bad vibes from everyone Sunny side kicks your ass! They are wayyyyy better. Never coming back again.

As an individual who has had a 'care givers card' for years so I could pick up for my ailing grandmother, I stopped here today at her request because I was nowhere near her normal location. The first five people I had contact with were so rude I couldn't even believe it!! By the time I was actually being served I was as pissed off as Carrie White when the pigs blood fell on her.  Romeoville is a much friendlier staff, I will NEVER patronize this place again- even if my grandmother DIES because of it.

First time visiting a dispensary and the team at Verilife made me feel at home! I placed an order online and arrived about 15 mins later to pick it up. After I provided my order number I only waited 60 seconds before it was my turn. The Budtender who helped me was amazing and quick to confirm my order and go over the information so I knew exactly what I was getting. Tyler was really knowledgeable about the different products and gave me some thoughtful suggestions without being too "salesy". I actually ended up getting some of the stuff he suggested just because he was so confident in the product.  I will definitely come back to this location!

Yesterday was my first time here and it was as easy as it could be. For recreational users, they only take online orders and you need to pick it up at the place. I chose the Arlington Heights location. Their website was easy to navigate and placing an order was simple. I scheduled my arrival window 12:45-12:59 and got there at 12:50. The guys checking ID's when you walk in were pretty funny and everyone working was super friendly. I waited about 5min and checking was out was also super quick and simple. Highly recommend and will visit again soon!

Worst dispensary in Illinois. The staff sucks also the owner sucks at running that business. Only went there In case my go to zen leaf didn't have what I want. ( which is rarely the case) sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do... their point system sucks they tax me every time unlike zen leaf who gives me 10 dollars off for every 200 I spend and they don't charge me tax.. Every time I go to Verilife they never have my online order ready or it takes me giving out my Email and phone number so everyone In the place can get my phone number.. they have me waiting for 20 min while there is 10 people behind the registers and I've been waiting for legit 15 20 min with no other medical patients in sight. Place is a joke a d the management sucks. No wonder there is always new staff every time I go besides the owner and couple managers. I'll happily spend my money else where. They rape you on prices and their wack ass poor attitudes suck. Literally place got worse and worse every time I went until dude got in my face and I almost had to beat the shit out of the manager and wack ass employee after he stepped up and got in my space trying to tell me to do what the girl at the register just told me to do (GIVE MY PHONE NUMBER YET AGAIN TO FIND MY ORDER AFTRE SITTING OUT IN THE LOBBY AND TELLING TWO OTHER PEOPLE MY PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL....) that's when I really got upset and started talking shit about how poor the service there is. That's when the short stocky bald headed manager dude cameAt me and said I'm no longer allowed there lol. I wasn't planning on coming back anyway buddy... also those pricks wouldn't state thier names lol scary dudes... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH VERILIFE ARLINGTON HEIGHTS OR VERILIFE IN GENERAL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!  ZEN LEAF ST CHARLES IS THE PLACE TO GO OR ANYWHERE ELSE BUT VERILIFE.. ps I would give 0 stars if I could. VERILIFE/ MATTER SUCKS

Updating my review and I will not be returning to Verilife. In my original review I mentioned liking the set-up.  Yes, it is nice inside.I only went to Verilife maybe twice, but information they had given me is not correct.  They don't seem knowledgeable on state laws and regulations.  I have a state issued card, which is issued by IDPH - Illinois Department of Public Health.  IDPH issues your card, and if you have any issues you go to IDPH.  The information given to me by Verilife affected my ability to get the products I need, and wasn't able to get product.  Over the phone and email IDPH advised me that Verilife is wrong in their information.  IDPH even offered to get on the phone with Verilife the next time I went in, but Verilife wanted nothing to do with it, and stuck with their own beliefs of the state laws and regulations.I decided to switch back to Nature's Care in Rolling Meadows.  They understand the laws and regulations and give better customer service.

Verilife is the rebrand and new location for the Medical Cannabis Dispensary that was on Tower Road in Schaumburg. I've been going to the old location since they opened. They are knowledgeable, kind, available to help in any way they can.Finding the new location is no easier than finding their old spot. It is actually in the same plaza as the Jewel Store located on the Northeast corner of Arlington Heights Road and Golf Road in Arlington Heights. With the strange law on Cannabis, there is very little signage. Go north in the plaza from Jewel. (Face Jewel and go right.) It is at far end of the plaza.Unlike their old location, you can actually walk in. You enter a secure room where they check both your ID and your Cannabis Card. The waiting area is much larger and much nicer. They still have refreshments for while you wait.Speaking of a wait, I did have a short wait time - 10 or 15 minutes before they were able to see me. I did not recognize most of the staff. Maybe that is because I've not been for a while, maybe they had some turnover when they moved. Regardless, the person I worked with knew what he was talking about.Typically, they ask what you are there for, the symptoms you are trying to abate, then they make recommendations. I knew from prior experience what I needed. I asked a few questions and was out within another 10 minutes.I'm proud to have been the first person to add this Verilife location to Yelp. Hopefully, this review will help others both find it and make those who are new to this more comfortable. I wish the company all the best at their new location.

Great service, the best prices.  I've been around to two other dispensaries, some have a larger variety but this place has the best prices.  You spend 100, you save 5%.  You spend 500 you save 10%, if you spend 1000 you save 15%.  Now, obviously I don't even spend that kind of money but going in with 200 bucks and getting a free 15 bucks worth of product, you won't find anywhere else.  Besides their weekly specials that range from 10% off certain products to even a quad of 70 dollar top shelf flower. For me in the end, it's about money and location.  I live close and I've saved over 500$ on the 900 dollars I've spent.  That's not even exaggerating, Labor Day specials all throughout Illinois helped everyone save money but their belly points have saved me 50 bucks alone too.

I absolutely love the environment of this place.. The people who work there are awesome!

They are currently closed until further notice. They say it was a burst pipe but I shop at the store down in the mall from them and there's no construction going on they made me transfer all the way to North Aurora people pharma can is a great place the North Aurora dispensary is set up like the old schomberg one and it seems that the patient specialist there are actually card holders so they know what they're talking about.

I was a customer at the evanston location recently closed taken over by another company.  I wanted to leave this review because verilife will be sadly missed in evanston il.   Great staff and a corp that actually cares about its prices for customers without hindering their employees from giving the best service to their customers. I wish verilife had a location closer to me as arlington heights is simply to far for me having no vehicle.  Keep up the good work and if you open a new location in north chicago or evanston i'll be you're first customer, Verilife staff and corporate policies make us feel like family.   Don't ever change verilife .

This location has moved to Arlington Heights under the name Verilife. I have been with this place since November 2015 and I haven't switched even once. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and they generally have a good selection of products in stock.

My son is dealing with health issues that have not yet been fully diagnosed for the past year and a half. We recently applied for medical cards and decided to visit Verilife in Arlington Heights. We had the very FORTUNATE opportunity to meet with Marcie on our visit. She listened carefully to our concerns and needs then recommended products for us try. Answered all of our questions thoroughly. I could tell she really enjoys helping people. After we finished with her we recalled one other product we wanted to ask about and possibly purchase. Marcie spoke to us briefly as we were her last client before she headed home for the day. She made a recommendation and referred us to another person to get the product. She briefly introduces us the the manager who was very kind. Our experience here was so great! After months of hitting walls and trying to get doctors to really hear our concerns I finally felt like someone was helping us. I was a little teary eyed with joy as my son and I recapped the experience on the way home. We are looking forward to our next visit and more relief for him. Thank you everyone at VERILIFE!

Great customer service.  I appreciate the time and patience given to my elderly mother to help with her pain issues.  The facility is convenient, well kept, and Mike is always friendly and helpful.  I highly recommend this establishment.

The worst experience ever!! It was in the middle of nowhere. Because it was snowing like crazy, and the parking lot was very difficult to see anyway, I ended up driving right past it. It was very difficult to turn around and get to the parking lot. The security has the customers park in the very back, making the walk inside very long. Once inside, no security or anyone to be seen. I walked in a dark hallway for awhile before finally getting to the actual dispensary. Once inside, the lady checking people in, was very rude and not very knowledgeable. The products available were limited to five different selections. Two types of flower, a few selections of pre-rolled joints, and two types of cartridges. No edibles or CBD oil. They didn't even have any batteries for the cartridges. I had to go to another store for that. Overall, I spent approximately six hours to get one cartridge and a pre roll, which was all they would allow me to purchase since I was from a different state. The prices were very high compared to the other dispensaries.

ive used this facility since i obtained my medical card and so far i have not had a bad experience once and im in there once a week. very close community and an amazingly great staff that tries to help with whatever problem you may have wether working within a budget or working to find the best strain for you particularly. plus who dosnt love free rewards with raffles from time to time also they have an excelent starter selection of pipes that are sold at 1/3 of other local water pipe retailers. example og chillum $1 from them $5-$10 everywhere else ive seen.

The people are great!!! Furnishings are the worst part...kidding guys. Customer service is the THING, great merchandise and more and more on the menu. I also like that the store itself is a little out of the main population areas. I know for a fact, there are days these folks, pass on lunch to help a new client or someone with lots of questions. Another awesome thing...the Pharma cannis brand is chemical/pesticide free grown in real dirt. They even take the Belly card and you easily earn free items including weed!!!! I am very comfortable there.

What a great dispensary this is.  They make you feel right at home and are very knowledgeable when it comes to recommending product to help with our various symptoms.  They have a good variety of product.  I was very happy with my past visits and I'm sure I'll walk out of there happy today.  Happy 4/20.

Avoid this place at all cost! The staff is rude and disrespectful. I placed my order inside the store and was told they were out of the 14g of Shake that I wanted, but was told maybe the recreational side might have it. I waited a bit for the guy to say somthing else but he didn't. So I ask if he was gonna check the recreational side or if he wanted me to look at the menu again and find somthing else. He responded with, we have the 7g Shake of the same stuff. My response was I know I went to a public school but 7g at 60$ is not as good as 14g at 100$. So I went to sit back down and look at the menu. When I was finished looking he came back and asked if I was ready and I responded with yep. He then said I could follow him this way even though I was rude...... I said what do you mean I was rude and he said I said he was dumb because he went to a public school...... I said no, I said I went to a public school. Instead of the guy apologizing he proceeded to usher me up out of the chair and wave me over to follow him like I was some kind of animal.

Nope. Less than user friendly online ordering, extremely long line for pickup, coupled with sketchy clientele (and lots of arguing observed between two separate patrons and security/shop personal prompted by the wait). Honestly, it felt more like standing in line at the DMV, but the vibe at the DMV, (even in the time of COVID) is much nicer. Once able to access the inner sanctum of actual paying for product, the sales person couldn't have been sweeter. Overall, not worth the hassle. First and last time attempting what was hoping to be an adult-like distribution model of recreational cannabis (as have experience elsewhere in the country). Didn't exactly feel unsafe, just wouldn't recommend to a mature (causal) user, even if it is in his or her own back yard. Village of Arlington Heights may need to rethink this partnership.

Bernice is great and so is the whole crew there! We just moved in the area and made this our local dispensary. Nice friendly environment.

Now the inner seal gone on ozone brand. Loose covers last three times.  Employees stealing?  Or growers?  I will call ascend and find out and report accordingly

Fuck this place. Didn't specify anything on website about early cut off. Spent money on UBeR to get there and THEY wouldn't sell to me 30 minutes before closing. & NO ONE THERE

Have been going to this location for a few months now. Happy on the location, and product is great as well. For most part employees are nice, helpful, and few really are great such as Kaylee and others I didn't catch names. I would suggest if your a rookie asking staff don't waste money on a good time when it can be even better for what you want out of it.As for cons not many. Better handicap no ramp by store? It's more city/owner of lot but do have Medical there. Also that the hours I mean if I I have a online order (way to go, and site is better now) they have last pick up is 845pm but it stops taking earlier then that sometimes. And rush to there and stop taking walk ins almost 30 min before 9pm close on all nights but Sundays. Last is the wait time can be much and I'm don't go during peak times. People in lines waiting and employees waiting standing around? Not sure if it's a C19 thing or security issues. All together good dispensary just wish IL tax wasn't so harsh

Over priced like a mf for 2 grams 110$ are you out of you fkn minds 70$ for half a gram what in the fk and the weed dont even get you high i smoked half a gram flower nothing at all i smoked a full gram had me buzzed for 30 minutes if there ganna sell this shit for this much at least it can do is get you high dam over the last 2 months ive spent 500$ and im disappointed they wont even throw in some shit for free like dam at least a fkn pre roll or gummy or some shit

Coming from out of state it was a treat to go to a dispensary that was so well organized, so clean, and had a great selection.  The staff was knowledgeable about their product and I very much enjoyed the experience.  I would recommend this place and look forward to returning.

It is a very strange experience buying marijuana products if you e never used them but the people that work the door are exceptionally helpful in explaining the different products and their effects. Yes I recommend this place, it is very customer friendly and has a, what I assume, a very wide variety of products. Pro-tip: this is a cash only business so bring cash. It is the first time in nearly two decades I've been to a cash only establishment.

Two $10 prepacked chillums and an $18 joint was what I got on my birthday for myself. The actual green is pricey, but that's the state of the Illinois tax and not reflective of the establishment itself. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and non-intrusive. I hope to stop here again soon.

Very clean and well organized dispensary! Great customer service. I was helped by Brendan C. today and he did an amazing job. Everyone was kind and helpful. I love the option of buying a reusable, sealable bag too! They even have a rewards program too. Definitely will be back. p.s. let them accept tips!!?

Best dispensary and experience! Was helped by Matt who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and great to work with. I felt like the whole staff was on it! As long as Matt is there to help me out, I'll keep coming back!

**Edit: I reached out to the email below as prompted and still haven't heard back. I followed up a week later and still no response. Normally I love this place, but I emailed them June 21 about some defective flower I had for the first time. They followed up twice more to let me know they were looking into it and then nothing. I sent a few more follow up emails that went unanswered. I know they're not responsible for the product but any follow up would have been appreciated, especially as a med patient.

I've been a medical patient for almost 3 years and have shopped at several different dispensaries throughout Chicago and its surrounding suburbs, 0 compare to the amazing staff at Verilife. They can answer any question a person might have and are beyond pleasant + patient with everyone. Truly incredible place and customer service.
