Extremely High Priced dispensary operated by uneducated kids. The only denomination sold is 3.5 grams. Typically low grade canibis with a top shelf price. If you order ahead online you will arrive to find that your order did not go through and in many cases the items ordered are not even available at that time and then like car salesman here come the upsell. Hiring people that are native to the area absolutely does not constitute being educated in the cannabis dispensary setting. They will tell you anything to sell you anything. It is by far the worst dispensary within two counties avoid this place. The manager has a terrible attitude as does most of the staff including the two tons of fun dressed up in a security costume at the front door. Minus five stars

Staff is really cool. Moved here from the Bay Area and prices are a little bit high? But they have lots of sales. At the bottom of their website they have a calendar and there they let us know when the sales will be for the month. You can also give them your phone and they'll txt you (usually around 4:20 lol i love that) and remind you of some sales that'll be happening the next day and stuff, pretty cool! Prices can be better (usually $50+ for an eighth) but they make up for it with the sales. Flower is awesome, cartridges are always good and sometimes even great (they usually carry Select and Heavy Hitters and Jetty) but yeah pretty good dispensary. Parking is also a semi negative lol but that's about it. Overall, yes, I like this place and keep going back. (Btw i have never had trouble with security? Give them your ID and things should go smoothly (?) lol they have always been polite and cool people in my experiences at this location)

I have been a long time SCN customer, and that won't change, but...  My recent experience leaves a lot to be desired.  I order online and a change was made to the process with the addition of a checkbox that had to be checked.  It was quite hidden and I wan not able to order online.  I explained the issue with the website and the staff was quite unhelpful.  I did not expect them to solve a computer issue on the spot, but I DID expect a bit more.  I-Heart-Jane handles the online stuff.  But SCN needs to be able to provide a contact at I-Heart-Jane for when accounts get messed up.  The crew was like-"well-that sucks."  Got a smart phone?  All I got was a well your screwed attitude.  Very unhelpful.  At a minimum, the crew needs to be aware of site changes and issues they cause.

I love this dispensary. It is my favorite and I miss it so much. (Not in Santa Cruz) but every time I come to Santa Cruz i always go to this dispensary. I have always had a great experience here. The bud tenders are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They don't rush you, up sale you, etc. I have come in with specific concerns and they have helped me find the best goods. The guard outside is friendly and I always love talking to him before I go in. Can't wait to go back to Santa Cruz and visit this business.

Great service, prime location, easy to find parking. Staff is really friendly, they offer a little of it all. Great variety of edibles, as well as cartridges. If you take a friend with you and it's their first time there, they get $10 off their purchase and you get 25% offI know they also have happy hour from 8-9am 2-3pm and 9-10 pm (save additional 15%off) I believe. Good to check them out, I will be back(:

I love this dispensary.  It's clean, the staff is organized and it feels safe with regard to sanitation.  I like a strong sativa for creative day-time activities and Banjo by Coastal Sun is my JAM right now.  They have it here and I'm loving it!

We've been to a few dispensaries through out California and this was definitely one of the bests. Great costumer service and the store was organized so well. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone who's willing to make the drive their or in the area.

Terrible customer service. They made me feel like I was doing them a disservice because I didn't order on mine. Several people were rude and the prices were super high and differs from the website menu. Won't be back

Went in a few weeks ago and bought the Motorboat strain priced at a whopping $60/8th not including tax. Advertized as a strong 35% Indica and I have loved the strain in the past from other dispensaries.This was an absolute robbery!!!! Because of COVID I couldn't examine or smell the product. Went home and it reeked like you know what! It was an awful high and disgusting looking nugs with no density what so ever. I literally threw it in the trash. it was basically unsmokable. I have bought $20 dollar 8ths from other dispensaries that are 100X nicer.I've been a loyal customer of this place and their quality used to be good but completely fell off a cliff recently. Santa Cruz naturals blows the socks off every dispensary in Santa cruz. They are clean, professional and have a great selection of all varieties of flowers concentrates and edibles.

Love everything about this place !! I've been shopping here for over a year. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and non judgmental (especially as I knew very little about what might be good for me ). Super clean and well run. I live in Morgan Hill and it's worth the drive. Shout out to Mathew this evening. Took the time to explore new items and take even more time to find extra items after the first transaction!!  Thanks Mathew!

This place so nice. The one other time I went to a dispensary it was dismal and a bit intimidating. Santa Cruz Naturals is full of natural sunlight and natural wood. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. Did you know they have a senior discount? The actual sales room was well lit and the products are displayed attractively. Austin, who helped us make out selections was nice, knowledgeable and answered all our questions like we were the only people in there. I think Santa Cruz Naturals will be my go to place.

The location is super beautiful!Small dispensary but they are super friendly! Taxes weren't as much as other dispensaries (not located in SC) that I've been to. Definitely check them out if you are in the area :)

I saw a review that said the security was mean the other day when I was just looking up the hours and I had been in before so it did not deter me. I showed up in the morning for happy hour and I got out of my car and the security guard waved and said hello to me from across the parking lot and was generally a really nice guy! So I just wanted to mention that because it made me laugh.This dispensary is super nice! It's higher priced that Canna Cruz but SO MUCH NICER. They have three happy hours a day so just time your trip right and it's not too pricey. I feel so good shopping here. Vote with your dollars people so make sure to support this awesome business!!!

The selection at this place is not the greatest. Typically any dispensary worth visiting will have a gas selection Fruit selection and so on.  An unhelpful budtender and a pre rolls list that was inaccurate makes this place somewhere I will no longer visit.Their parking lot is very tiny and difficult to maneuver around in. I'd recommend visiting another location.

Best spot in Santa Cruz county. Best deals, best delivery system, fast and knowledgeable staff.  Don't waste your time with imitators and big name shops.  This is where you belong if you want the best.  Santa Cruz naturals 4 life.

Excellent dispensary. Prices are fair and a wide variety of strains are available. Strains are also clearly labeled indica/sativa/hybrid and by price. To my knowledge there isn't much of a concentrate selection but there are plenty of edibles, topicals, prerolls, etc. I believe they also sell clones. Anyhow, the staff have always been quick and helpful, and they know a lot about the products. Every person Ive encountered that's working here has been wonderful. Every so often they have cool deals and discounts that actually make a significant difference. Also the free hot tea in the waiting room is a nice touch. There aren't many parking spots but Ive never had the issue of not being able to find a spot so its fine. Ill keep coming!

I love the location and the cleanliness of SCN.  A big shout out to Kim for hooking me up with some great edibles for my first time visit. We will definitely be back soon for more!

I've been going to SCMN since they opened 5 plus years ago. Customer #400 and something. I live 1 mile away. They have been my favorite dispensary since. These last few visits their products have been not so great. I got some Jack about a month ago. It was not Jack! I know my Jack strains. Didn't look like jack, didn't smell like jack and didn't taste like jack! It was nothing but jack shit! Last week I got a strawberry strain. It was so dry all I had to do is pinch the bud and it turned to dust. Is this the future of cannabis now that it is legal? You guys should be ashamed of yourself selling crap like this! I can get better Mexican weed. Looks like it's time to spend my money at a new dispensary. There are plenty of them in the area. I advise others to reconsider going to SCMN. There are several dispensaries in the SC area. Use weed maps to locate them.

Recently went back to SCN to discuss CBD options. The team continues to amaze me with their wealth of knowledge. As laws, permit requirements evolve i'm happy to say it has not effected the quality and depth of product offerings for this medical patient. A big thank you to the entire team.

I am compelled to change my review from a 1 star review to 5 Stars because Santa Cruz Naturals Really Care about their Customers!!!! I was originally shorted on my previous purchase and Santa Cruz Naturals went above and beyond and were determined to make me a happy customer and they never gave up! Colin called me and explained the whole situation and the mistakes were honest mistakes period!!! There are good hard working honest people in this world and Colin is definitely one of them. It's great to see a small business care sooooo much! I highly recommend stopping by and checking out their great selection. I am proud to have the Santa Cruz Naturals bumper sticker on the back of my car. Keep up the good work guy's!

I'm new to this industry and use it for pain and sleep. So going in, I was nervous. The front desk guy (dont remember his name but had his septum pierced) was extremely great and made me feel comfortable. The most professional setting I've been in. The amazing gal that helped me name is Kimberly and she made me feel so comfortable! I normally feel really dumb but she was very professional and did NOT get annoyed with how many questions I had. She was extremely informative and really cared about my pain and how to accommodate my needs. She didnt get frustrated and also didnt push anything on me which helped me get what I needed. I purchased my first "pen". I will be driving over here from milpitas as often as I can just to experience this professional, kind and informative club. Thanks!!

All the reviewers are connoisseurs here. Not me. I haven't smoked in 25 years so think what the dispensing area looks like to someone who has never seen anything like. Amazing, but confusing. The evaluating doctor told me first visits take a long time, but I was only there a couple of minutes and could have used more information about different products and how to use them. I was only offered one option (and it may very well be the best) but I like the place and will probably go back, with a lot of questions.The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The waiting area is pleasant and mid-day on a weekday I was seen quickly. I did get the impression they are busy and perhaps don't have time to coddle a newbie.

Hands down the best. I have visited many others but since discovering SCMN  I refuse to go elsewhere. A week and a half ago I was forced to go to Granny Perps only because power was out due to fallen tree, and it was heck!! Next time I will hold off.. Thank you all for being so professional. The parking was a nightmare and I had to go back outside and move my car because it was a joke. The person working the front desk was very rude and sarcastic. The place was really hot and musty. The selection was disappointing and the prices were outrageous considering the product. I'd rather drive the extra distance to go anywhere but here.

worst customer service. got my recommendation two weeks ago have already used it for delivery and the guy at the counter just says i can't verify it. he keeps saying that but doesn't tell me why this is happening, what to do, or anything just says have a good day. do you have how to communicate with customers? i know it's early in the morning but seriously. went to cannacruz and they helped me out and i had better customer service.

Ignore Logan - he's wrong - they serve medical patients quite well.  Before Jan I would have given 5 stars, but since recreational legalization, the product quality has dropped considerably. Once example is edibles - you used to be able to get a chocolate bar with 30mg/piece - now it's 100mg for the whole bar - at $22. That's $220 a GRAM!! and $3 worth of chocolate. If you buy that same gram as a cartridge it's ~$70. Similarly - buds are now dry like the surface of Mars and very erratic quality, stemmy, etc

Went by to pick up some CBD creme for pain relief.  Sign in and ID check was quick and painless.  Receptionist was very friendly and explained the paperwork thoroughly. They have a great discoint program for students, veterans, and a points based rewards program too!  The waiting room has a great feel, it's natural wood and has natural light through the windows.  I felt very comfortable.  After a short wait I was told it was my turn to enter the next room.  The room was filled with glass cases also with wood finishes and the ceiling had a greenhouse feel, it let light in a natural way.  I was greeted by a bud tender who was very knowledgeable and was very patient with all my questions.  I ended up purchasing Santa Cruz Naturals brand cream.  One thing is they don't take mastercard ,  but visa was OK.  As far as the product, I must say that it worked beyond my expectations and faster than I could have imagined, because  CBD works differently for everyone I can't say it will be the best thing for everyone but this is definitely on  the short list for pain relief that is natural and  very effective. Although I live a ways away it's worth the drive for the experience and expertise.

Driving home from the beach I took a pit stop and I'm so happy I did. The staff is so friendly and informational and the product is amazing. I enjoyed every second of my visit. I will definitely go back when I'm in the area and I highly recommend them. Very nice shop.

This was our last stop after a day in Santa Cruz dispensary hopping. I was pretty full up on clones and edibles but had to stop here because they had an edible I had been trying unsuccessfully to find.I do not know the area that well and first impression, after hitting 6 dispensaries in Santa Cruz this day and now Santa Cruz Naturals in Aptos, was that the clientele here was a little rougher than the others.The other Santa Cruz dispensaries are casual, relaxing and feel safe. We walked into Santa Cruz Naturals and felt a different vibe right off. The waiting room was packed, standing room only so we had to wait about 15 minutes...no biggie. The other patients in the waiting room looked pretty rough. Very unusual as most dispensaries have a nice young, old, male, female mix of patients. These were all young males that looked like they got a day furlough from the local prison....first impression.Once inside, the mood changed. Our bud tender was a knowledgeable, helpful, friendly upbeat young woman who took excellent care of us.She informed us of the amazing 420 week specials they had and I walked out with some great deals.The deal that didn't work for me was the clone I bought. The clone name was different slightly from another I had and I was told it was different. Turns out it was named incorrectly and was the same strain as another I had. Beside that I paid 30% more for this clone than I did for the same strain at Kind Peoples.Even though I got some great specials here, I think the normal prices are high. If I come back I won't buy clones here. Besides clone prices being high, they are not correctly identified and the nursery where they came from is not disclosed.

I have been coming here for a few years. I love the people and they have my favorite edible. I have certain circumstances that I am only able to get to SCMN every two weeks or so.  I live in a remote area and have to travel to get it.  I usually get my two weeks worth.  Yesterday, I was met with the fact that I can now only buy a certain amount.  I was told that there are people who buy large amounts of this certain edible and leaves nothing for anyone else.  I am that person!  It was awkward.  He also mentioned that this person (me) comes in on Monday to get the discount.  Um, I get there on Mondays because that is the day I can!  Can SCMN not buy more of this product?  Offer special orders, maybe?  I am now forced to go further to get my medication.  I feel sad and disappointed for this news.  Maybe, next time, offer an alternative to your customers.  Not every one is out for a discount.

Service has improved and budtender was cordial and helpful. When I arrived I buzzed the door and was let in shortly thereafter. Another counter person, different from the one in my last review, greeted me in a cordial fashion. Selection seemed to have more variety this visit and still easily accessible for up close viewing and smelling. I didn't see any clones in stock. Left paying a good price for high quality medicine.

Went twice, first time just to ask questions as I'm new to use of CBD for a specific medical condition and it was my first time at a dispensary.  Guy at the front desk was really nice and took time to listen, answer my questions, and suggest a couple of brands, even though he knew I wasn't buying that day. (If I recall, slender guy with wavy blond hair,maybe glasses?) Went back later and it was a different guy at the front, I waited to be allowed into the back,  and felt like the guy helping me in the back just wanted me to get my stuff and get out.  A few more questions came up for me in the transaction due to something he mentioned about THC content, and it just felt like he didn't want to take any time with me. Not rude, just very rushed. It wasn't crowded, there weren't a lot of people waiting to be helped, and I was in and out of the shop in about 5 minutes. Like I said, it's my first time using this type of product or coming to a dispensary, it's not cheap, I have questions about the effects it will have, I would hope the person helping me would be more patient.  Not enough to prevent me going back, but enough to make me try out a different dispensary.

Awesome dispensary, santa cruz never disappoints. At my first visit, I buzzed in and walked through the doors. I had a little trouble finding their peep hole but they're new member sign up was quick and easy! Got in after a 5-7 minute wait and was welcomed by a smiling faces and a super friendly staff. Budtenders were ecstatic and brought energy to the room. They're (SCMN) growers provided a few Clean Green Certified strains and a three high CBD strains. Cool to see dispensaries with this much variety. I ended up getting the Ancient OG which smoked well, tasted and smelled fresh and kushy, and was denser than most. Overall a great place to visit for quality meds and service

I just moved to Aptos and was at first super bummed because I thought there was no dispensary in town (thanks to a DUI I can't drive). It took a bit of research to locate this place, but I was happy to find out it's only a couple miles from where I live. My first time there I went in for 1/8 ounce but they were nearing the bottom of the jar of the stuff I wanted so they offered me a deal $100 for what was left so I said sure. As I left I then remembered I didn't see how much was in the bag and immediately thought damn I spent $100 on weed. Then I looked at the bag and realized I scored 10.5 grams. Then I smoked some and realized how awesome quality the weed was too. Needless to say I love this place and have returned once since then to the same great service and great people. I highly recommend this place.BTW I've started buying my weed by the 1/4 ounce now thanks to my good first experience here.

This is the second dispensary I've been to, so I'm no expert, but I really really like the staff! They make me feel comfortable and not so noob-ish, they're very informative as well. The front room has a nice welcome feeling. Oh yea! and they have very tasty things in the back room! :) I will be back!

They're always very busy, Good for them. parking lot is small, prices are a bit high but flower is always exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful. I don't go any where else locally anymore.

This place is right down the street from my house so this is the most convenient dispensary for me. It's pretty popular so the waiting room is generally full and the wait can be 20 minutes (the time I waited that long they actually gave me a free pre-roll in apologies for the wait, and that was in addition to the free $10 off for referring a friend). They are very accommodating and care about their patients. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have sales daily that change every week. I would definitely recommend this dispensary.

Excellent advice, professional, & a pleasure to be comfortable, & not feeling like a first timer doesn't know what the heck she's talking about! Great prices, discounts, special days, even bbq's! Could you ask for a better place? I think the best quality and customer service is such a difference in anybody's business, & this place has it!

Most expensive dispensary in the county. Order online or don't bother (30 min wait). Inconsistent customer service. Decent selection but you can do better.

Extremely helpful staff, and they are friendly too. Don't be afraid if you don't know much. You don't have to be a weed sommelier to get what you are looking for. Just ask and you shall receive.

Prices are way too high!!!!! Stated it was because of taxes.That didn't make sense as everyone charges the tax.....20.00 more for a cartridge at this location....Looks like I will buy in Monterey..Thank You for your reply, however, this has not been my experience.

I've never met the most nicest bunch of  people in my life they actually chatted me about the different oils told them about my medical situation the girl knew what she was doing had knowledge bough 5 bottles of jade cbd 2.1 I belive I suffer spinal diease  I bought this miricle nectar and my pain in lover spine is gone these guys are my angels this dispensary is number 1 who ever made the cbd jade oil may God bless them and guide them to continue doing great work to help us that suffer from various illnesses  went back nect day and decided to buy more before I left that city to continue my journey ill be back soon guys I love you all dearly your very kind may God bless you all and keep you safe cheers

My husband and I moved to Santa Cruz 8 months ago.  Since then, we have gone to Santa Cruz Naturals many times.  Unfortunately we cannot say our customer service and product expectations were met any of these visits.  We continued to try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the people are plain rude.  They deserve this one star.  Not more.  Not less.  With the many choices available in the Santa Cruz area, I'd say go somewhere else.

Friendliest and most knowledgeable staff we have ever ran into. $10 off for first time visitors with a 25% military discount. The guy working the door was new, but did a great job!!! He helped us find a place to eat and some sights to see during our visit. The product was high quality and they had a HUGE variety of many different options.. Thanks guys we will be back again!!!

Where do I start? Well the price gouging is one thing. The lack of staffing, long wait times are a whole other thing. Also not to mention the fact I've seen multiple very young people go into the shop, some turned away some argued they have been shopping there for awhile. This place definitely sells to minors. It's extremely obvious. Better off going to cultivate aptos a mile away, better deals, better products and no minors.Not only have they attempted to get into my personal profile to try and look at what I've purchased, what I thought I purchased discretely......Now with their follow up to my review they claim to have "never sold to minors" I saw them scan an id, for whatever reason they told them it appeared fake and the person argued that they had shopped there before. Extremely suspicious behavior on behalf of a dispensary, I've seen kids hanging out in the parking lot too. Especially given the fact this is so close to a school, this is a red flag. Will be contacting local law enforcement as well as the bcc in change of cannabis control with my findings. Very poorly handled by you.

Closest dispensary to my spot, but rarely go here. Have found it to be pretty spendy and have noticed paying like 25%+ higher prices on the same products as other spots in SC. Last time I paid $28 for an edible that is usually around $20 after taxes. Also, not sure why they say everything is organic and clean green certified. I would bet my car that 90% of the edible manufacturers they offer haven't even ever seen the farms their oil comes from. The budtenders are pretty nice at least. Not a bad place by any stretch, but not amazing either.

My favorite recreational marijuana shop in Santa Cruz. Always friendly not a Rip off like mostly all others in SC. County. Fire Ganja at a fair price. Very knowledgeable staff when I'm having an indecisive day .a big kids candy shop no doubt.

Pre Covid this place was alright. Post Covid they dropped the facade, no customer service and over priced low quality bud. Would not recommend. They can afford to advertise in every local rag but can't afford to pay for quality customer service, sad.

Apparently they stopped doing the buy 3 get 1 for a Dollar and that was pretty much the only reason I would go in and for occasional edibles. It’s sad that I now have to go out of town and support a out of town dispensary because our local one doesn’t take care of Locals. East of Eden is going to be my new spot in Moss Landing they have Quality and don’t change their deals on their customers every other day and mess with there reward points it’s a joke.
