If you care about COVID AVOID THIS PLACE. Very unsanitary..pens are never cleaned people, employees not wearing masks, what looks like owners not wearing masks, absolutely no social distancing happening. They have markers on the floor that look about 3 feet from each other. Budtenders are nice but kind of clueless. There used to be knowledgeable staff here but it looks like high turn around because every time I come in there's a new face. Maybe hire people with knowledge and experience!

The products offered are good variety , which I must say unless your farther more toward oakland, product is limited and sells fast. My first time at this dispensary.I did a mobile order pick up in store &Received a text within 15 min that my orderWas ready for pickup , which was good.The process of going into the dispensary was fast, and simple. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about products displayed. It's a open dispensary which is diff from others I've been to. They allow you to have your phone out and take photos along with photos of product in store. A lot of places don't allow photos or cell phone usage once your in the back.Only thing I would like to see that wouldKeep me coming back is to sell product having bigger buds. The prices are good cause most of the cannabis/ flower are due to small buds. I'm not a fan of small buds, that's the bottom of the barrel and even though the pricing is good , I ratherPay a bit more for fuller bigger buds.Also, I noticed one of the product I chose was not trimmed that well. I ordered 1/4 of forbidden fruit and not only were the buds really small, but not trimmed well. Lots of extra leaf that should be trimmed away.

Have good experiences so far but this morning I ordered on the online menu two bags that was 29.46 percent thc and when I got the product it was only 19.95 percent for both. I thought I could get at least one of the 29 percent one because it was there when I ordered? Wth really...

Not going to knock it to hard as all my other experiences have been 5 star worthy.My issue is,Less and less of the thc percentages are being posted online. They have an awesome online checkout with delivery and even have a drive through pick up. I used to just call and be like hey what's the % on this strain? They would tell me no problem.I didn't want to bug them today so I was like I'll just go inside. I don't know the name of the gal that helped me but everyone that works the drive through has amazing customer service.Upon inquiring inside, about why one product out of like 6 has a thc or cbd rating online and why the more expensive strains have it listed but a lot of medium to low price products don't, I got what seemed like a rude answer and felt stupid for even asking.Her response was," Yea we really don't focus on our online percentages...We get so much new inventory it's hard to keep up on it. If you want to know just like come inside. "I'm sure thc content along with cbd is a big deciding factor, along with price, to a lot of people. Also, I'm sure online sales and the drive through that require their website to find out what they want, make up a big portion of total sales.Why wouldn't it?It's very convenient.So sorry if it's extra work to look at the batch and see what the average lab rating is, then go on the back end of the website and when listing a new product type in 15.9% or whatever. Also with their stock images and not the actual buds most the time. I feel like more attention needs to be given to their website as this day in age, a lot of information is found with technology.Would definitely help with being able to find the best product for your preference and budget if they listed the product lab ratings and an actual photo of the bud or product on all listings.A lot of other dispensaries keep up on their online listings to drive more sales, why can't you Delta?

I have gone to several different dispensary and this one is my favorite. Everyone is super nice and helpful. But, the biggest issue is that in drive thru the employees ask for your PIN number when you use a card. As someone who has worked in banking this is soooooo illegal.As a banker/teller if I was to ask  customers for their pin I could potentially be fire for that, so the fact that they do that here is weird. Other than that I really like this place!

Consistent improvements and interactions. They've worked out some the kinks and I look forward to their future growth in the community

I've ordered online a bunch of times and this place use to be great! But for the last month they wont deliver my order no matter what I do. Ive called and asked and even thought I might get help but the guy lied and said it would be delivered. Don't waste money here some of the people are cool but if you want better quality and price go to any other dispo

Normally I have a good experience with Delta however today was my first day actually speaking with someone in person about a concern .... Long story short after speaking to a manager after being told there was no management available his response to my concern and his final words to me .... I'm sorry I feel that way ....  ? Not a thank u for concerns .... We appreciate the feedback..... ? Nothing ... that's not cool ....

!!! Beware Buyers !!! Weigh Your BUD!! May 2020 purchased 4 bags (14grams) get home, on my scale its only 7.5 grams & Management says, oh well.....thats how they arrive to us!! Nothing we can Do! I gave them one more chance in June 2020. Purchased 5 bags (17.5grams) get home, on my scale its only 13 grams!! Management tells me the same thing!!!! Do Not Buy Here!!!! I've been shorted 11 grams Total.....!!!!$10 a gram = $110 and they don't give a Rats Ass!!!!!!

Loved the staff here and how understanding and kind they treat newbs and the elderly. We did not feel intimidated by the friendly staff and large variety of product offerings. I appreciate not being followed around by a "budtender" either (like at Coco Farms), but they're available to help anyone that needs it. Our two guides gave a informative 2-3 minute "orientation" of the store layout and showed us how to order our products and pay in the back of the store. Prices seem reasonable to me and appreciate the rotating discounts available each day. The only bummer is they sold out of the exact products we need and we'll just have to wait and see for the next rotation of inventory that comes in from the same producer.

Easy peasy! I meaaaaaaaaaan. What better way to quarantine after hitting up the dispensary?!?  SUPER easy process.  Ordered online. Received a text my order was ready and was able to "drive through" for pick up. It was quick and staff was pleasant.  Supporting local business!

In general I have found the experience here to be pleasant. That being said I made an online purchase during the happy hour deals time for a drive through pickup. During happy hour it states there is 10% off. Nowhere does it state that you must make your pickup within that time frame to still receive the 10% off. If that's the case it should be clearly stated that online purchases made within that time and at that price must be picked up within that two hour window to still receive the agreed upon price at online cart checkout. what a dis-service you do to your customers to state an agreed upon price at checkout based on the time of day the order was made only to have them then drive to your establishment and have a bait and switch scenario where now they're quoted a price that's higher than the price agreed upon. please pay me back for my time wasted and my gas used.

I have never loved a dispensary so much! They have a crazy wide selection; drinks, edibles, tinctures and flower of all price points and many different brands!  Everytime I go on their site there is something new or different for me to try and that really is what makes this place special to me. It's a true " go to" store, I know I can go anytime, any day and find what I need..it may not be the same thing everytime but they always have something to meet my needs. I also want to give props to their online ordering system. It's the best I've experienced through any club and I've been through my fair share. It's easy, fast and they communicate very efficiently so you don't place an order into the abyss and wonder when/how you can pick it up. When they say ready in 5-10 minutes they mean it! And they text you once your order is confirmed, and once it's actually ready and it's always within a short window of time which is impressive to me. If youre considering try this place out I highly recommend it

The worst dispensary Ever! EVERY TIME I've went here there's a problem! Either the in store prices DNT match the prices on weed maps. Or there's a problem with the system! I am a STATE MEDICAL CARD holder, every visit they have to re enter my info! This time after going Back and forth with a bud tender and management! I gave up! I'm suppose to receive a tax discount but the receipt clearly shows I did not! This is my last trip! Here. I do recommend CoCo farms in antioch, home of the $20 eights great prices great service and lots of inventory to choose from!

No bad experiences but I gave it one star because I think it's weird that they ask for your pin at curbside pickup. That's a HUGE problem, delivery drivers have portable payment terminals and I'd rather get out the car to input my pin instead of giving it out.

Semi-regular. Budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. The security guy is super chill. However, I've had issues trying to use delivery and after reaching out and not hearing anything back, I'm about done. Really leaves a bad taste in your mouth when this happens. If I'm not valued as a customer, then I have no problem taking my business elsewhere.

TL;DR Been to Delta numerous times. Absolutely no issues; everything was easy and quick. Knowledgeable employees, great and informative website, fair pricing. You won't be disappointed!I have shopped inside the store several times, ordered delivery and done the pick-up. Wish they were able to keep my favorite gummies in stock on the regular, but I completely understand that's not a problem on their end...it's a vendor issue and it's just a popular product! I know the same is true for other items as well. I think Delta does their best to keep popular items stocked. They may not have something one day, but check back and they'll have it again before you know it. Other than once in a blue moon not having my gummies in stock, every experience I've had with Delta has been a positive one. Two employees that specifically stand out in the customer service excellence department are Alex (super tall dude, brown hair) and Sierra (? unsure of spelling...tattooed, blue/dark hair, super nice). Both of them, in particular, have been extremely helpful with their expertise and advice. I am pretty picky when it comes to my flower and edibles. I've been able to minimally express what I'm looking for and without hesitation, Alex has been able to recommend something perfect. Cierra has also assisted me in the past when my preferred items aren't in stock and recommended a replacement that worked out great to fit my needs. I've been assisted by other employees as well and have zero complaints. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I will admit though...when I come into the store, I quickly scan for Alex or Sierra to see if either is there and available to help me.I haven't noticed any employee not wearing a mask or not practicing covid precautions within the store at any time I've been in since the Pandemic began. In fact, there was a time when I didn't plan well and had to stand in line outside. They were only allowing a certain number of people inside at a time due to Covid restrictions. Everyone was socially distanced and masked. Security was maintaining the line and all of the standard protocols without being d!cks and the line moved quickly. Once inside, the same was true...masked, social distancing, etc. were all being practiced. Security is great as well. Professional but casual and just doing their job. I don't know what the other reviews about Delta not practicing Covid precautions or security being rude or bad employees, etc. are about. I've had nothing but phenomenal experiences with Delta and plan to continue being a loyal customer. Trust me, I've experienced several other dispensaries...and specifically a neighboring dispensary...and it was not a good time. Glad to have found my go-to dispensary with Delta! 5+ stars for sure.

This dispensary has the potential to be good but the last few times I've gone through drive through pickup  (in attempt to be safer )  our cashier was not wearing their mask correctly. Actually half of the cashiers in the drive through had their mask off or below their nose.We asked our cashier to put it on correctly to which he did not. PLEASE train employees on better mask etiquette to avoid further spread of this disease!!

one of best dispensaries in the east bay.  great selection of flower, edibles, vapes.  good daily deals and a good reward point system.  also, the budtenders have always been super nice.

Most of my experiences there were  pretty good ..The last time I went there I was waited on by an African American girl ..She was confrontational , dominating , had lots of attitude and flat out wasn't interested in me or what I was looking for ..She just wanted me to bend to her and what she was telling me .. I asked if I could have another sales person wait on me ; no reply from her ..She ignored me giving me her attitude , I asked again to talk with someone else again no reply she just kept blathering on ..The third time I said I don't mind waiting in line again ..Her response was "you'll just get me" ..A blond girl saw what was happening and intervened and was very nice and helped me ..I don't know much about retail but if a customer asks for another clerk they should "say no problem I'll get someone for you" ..I ended up talking with the owner but by that time I was so pissed off I just called her the C word and left ..Everytime I've been there it was enjoyable even to the point of having fun and joking around with the sales people ..I understand that every once in awhile you get an employee that really isn't right for the position ..Shes not right for retail sales in my opinion ..

Great place very knowledgeable people. Never been to a dispensary before were able to help me with what I need. Really great people here family oriented love that most everyone is family.

Jason is the dude to talk too. First honest bud tender I've  met in my years of frequenting other dispensaries. Nice selection of concentrates and vapes. I go here twice a week now. Thank you delta for your convenience

Only   been  there twice and   i will go back  often. Yesterday  i told the tall  girl   how beautiful her eyes are. then i said i am sorry i had no cash  for a tip   and she said   she was touched by my  compliment.    I also have   one of the  shirts which i wear often!

This is my third time having to come back to Delta  to have my order corrected.  Used the curbside pickup and once again they shorted me an eighth. Drove back wasting time out of my day and gas. I asked to speak to a manager and got Keegan who I'm fairly certain was not a manager, without any effort or real customer service I was denied. So here I am with one star, and you lost a loyal customer. Check your orders

This has to be one of my favorite dispensary I have been to and I used to live in San Jose were they are on every corner!The staff and product are awesome, very clean and always bri gung in new and diffrent product! Safe and grrat location and just all adkund great experience I go there either everyday or every other day. Def. Helps that its like walking distance from our house! With their Grand Opening on December 20 th, I believe this is the first Official Dispensary in AntiochI have been to dispensaries in California, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado. Many of them are reminiscent of dive bars, small, dark, cluttered. And as a not so young woman, sometimes I am overlooked or condescended to by these young Bud Tenders.I have to say that this dispensary is new, and different! It's bright, open, and spacious.  Decorated with framed posters and with tasteful classic rock and roll playing when I was there, the vibe is welcoming and friendly.Product is well displayed in several large, spacious cases. The Bud Tenders are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and you feel like family from the moment you are greeted by their professional security team to the gracious exit with 'thanks' and 'come again'.They have a newsletter offering a discount, that appears to have been pre-Grand Opening, but I'll give it a go.Prices are reasonable, quality is great, give this one a try

I have been a loyal very kind and generous customer here, then after a couple months I have had not one but numerouse employees try to run my card and not give me the change of rounding up , now this last incidents was were I felt something needed to be done, I bought an 8th and mind you I buy an 8th a week aleays kind aleays tip . This 8th was the worst thing ive ever seen thease 8ths are 60 to 80 dollers not cheap when I got home there was seeds and mold on it I took it back was very understanding saying was a bad batch i said if like to be replace or grab just a diffrent 8th they would not replace they would not give me money back all they said was ill give you 40 % off next order so expecting me to pay even more for their damaged product. Then they said maybe you shoukd call the supplier which is not my job i tryed ordering something ekse a while later when i pull up they are talking very inappropriate and would not even wait on me I was not rude I tryed to give them another chance due to convenience of were I live they were all say very rude remarks and waiting on everyone else so not only have they jave stStole but very unprofessional

A great place to shop. VERY customer-oriented - they certainly understand how to produce returning clients. The delivery folks they use are always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Love this shop they always have good Medicine, also like the fact they include taxes on their online menu no hidden fees when you go pay. Also curb side pick up is a plus it's never a long wait either just keep in mind if you pay with a debit card you're going to have to get off and put your pin in or you have the option to give to the budtender attenting you, your choice. . . .

Clean, friendly staff. I like that you have the option to stroll around and check out the available products. Big positive is that they accept both cash (ATM in store) and debit card payments (card has an additional service fee but still nice to have the option).

I had heard that there was new dispensary in Antioch, and my real goal whenever I'm searching for vapes/flower/tincture is to get a very low does of THC, with as much as humanly possible CBD. So I show at like 11am i think and felt like a pretty relaxed area plenty parking. Security guard was cool. The layout is perfect, not kidding my favorite layout of a Dispensary I'v seen. all products are on display so you can shop around like in a typical store. then you can ask all the questions you want to the employees walking around. Keagan helped me with figuring out what i wanted which what I explained earlier and he found all the product in the store that fit that criteria. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the product. went out of his way to understand what I was asking for  and understood the exact level of potency I wanted. I went with the Bubba Rso Oil which is one of the best products I have ever tried. perfect in a cup of Coffee in the morning. This place will get you what you need all the products I looked at in search for that cbd, there was a huge list of high quality meds.Thanks

Highly recommend checking it out.  From the moment I entered, felt comfortable and welcome.  Security guy welcomed with a smile and friendly hello.  Checking in without filling out any forms just show id.  Once you enter they have everything on display.  Josh was on the floor walking around answering questions and giving advise.  But did not hover or follow as you browse.  When I went to counter, Tiffany was awesome. She was relaxed and patient.  She answered additional questions and made some suggestions.  I'll definitely be back!!!

Very cool place. The aesthetics were on point, the only thing I thought was weird was how extensive security was. The security made me empty my pockets and scanned me with a metal detector, I've never been at a shop that has done that. Other than that the place had a very good selection, typical prices, but one thing that I liked was that they displayed the prices with tax - out the door. It's kind of hidden but they have signs.

Oh I love this place. I am happy that they are here. They have a huge variety and and friendly staff.

This was my first visit and it was positive. I ordered online and picked it up curbside. Smooth system. My license was scanned when I was second up and was given the total when it was my turn. I received my bag and change, then drove off. Simple. You just need to know to drive around the building for curbside. I thought their prices were competitive and they had a good selection of products.

Was at costco and figured I would check this place out.  I actually didnt even make it inside. Parking lot was confusing, no signs on where to park, no one guiding us. Store front is to the side of the building but the security had their car blocking the parking lot road that goes around to the store front. Apparently the security guard was to lazy to get out and direct me so I left. Went to coco farms instead.  They had a security guard outside directing traffic and showing us where to park. It's all about first impressions

i was discriminated humiliated by the genenar manager at this dispensary  by telling i cannot go in the club with my identifying id from mexico as i am here visiting and the g.m. last name miller,was rude unprofessional and racist towards me with attitude strong voiced telling me i need an american id since mines was issued in mexico,and i told them i'm a member at this club been in there before they have my number email and all money i previously spent there, but since i explained all you need is a some sort kind of identifying id veryfing ur age name n face what seems to be the problem ?cuz im not from america ?so i told him i've never had any problem anywhere like this i told him why are you discriminating me?he screamed at me kicked me out yhe store and i responded this is why our world is how it is so he's response was as a matter of fact ur banned from here!!i felt very sad bad getting discriminated for being hispanic mexican!!i have never been this humiliated discriminated racial profiled it!!please don't go to this place nomore support the people that its daily discriminated by not purchasing anything here!it really hurrted my feelings and brought me down very much towards were it makes me now look people differently!!

Well secured and clean with a retail ready vibe and high wow factor. Displays are arranged in an orderly manner making it easy to find the product(s) you're looking for. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to help. Easy access with plenty of parking. Highly (pun intended) recommended!

I have been to many Dispensaries around the Bay Area. The Delta Dispensary is by far the most professional and put together establishment. They have great products, and a very knowledgeable staff. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, the Delta Dispensary also provided exceptional customer service.

I loved the variety and the friendly people who helped me find what I wanted. I've gotten some gummies here and the flavors are great. I also got some bedtime gummies and I slept like a baby. Excited to try their other products. Highly recommend to anyone interested

Just left Delta Dispensary on a natural high ! Place is amazing people are super friendly and knowledgeable. Sales people on the floor helped me one on one and answered all my marijuana questions , I'm a very serious smoker lol ...need the perfect match to aid in my daily routines. My review is for online ordering and delivery drop off. We placed our order between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. . During this time period, the daily "Happy Hour" prices are in effect; everything is 10% off. If you miss this time window, DD runs a daily special each day of the week. The sales are listed on the landing page of their website. You cannot "double dip" on the Happy Hour and Daily Deals; it's one or the other. We chose the Happy Hour prices and saved about $10.00.Ordering was very easy. Items are grouped by type (flower, vape, edibles, etc...) and sortable by brand name, weight, THC/CBD percentages, and so on. I especially appreciated the later option, as I tend to be sensitive to THC. The ability to sort and filter out the items that would be too strong for me allowed me to have a more informed and better at home shopping experience. Each category had the same sort and filter ability. Because of this, I bought a few more items than I initially planned on buying because I could safely step outside my comfort zone.Check out was easy. I did not have to put in my debit card number. The options are cash or DEBIT (not credit) payable to the driver when they arrive.   Just fill in your name, address and phone number. Set up an account if you want. After completing the order, I received a text and email confirmation that the order was received. I later received a text when the order was being prepared, when the driver was head my way with a link to track their progress, a final text saying the driver was at my house and did I want them to come to the door or wait in their vehicle? Driver was super nice, patient while I dumped my wallet looking for the debit card I used in the order (no credit cards, of course I had all of those right there), and ran my card when I found it. Handed me the bag and went back into the world to bring tree treats to others.The products are well packaged in attractive, sealed containers or bags. Delivery is made in a simple brown bag. (For those who are completely unfamiliar).

This used to be my go to dispensary but it t seems they have made changes and now have the worst customer service. I called to ask about why the menu prices no longer included taxes and the guy up from had no clue. Then supposedly he couldn't find anyone that could answer me and stated they were busy as an excuse and was suggesting I come in. I had questions about a delivery order I was going to place but changed my mind after this conversation. I guess I'll be finding a new dispensary.

Very poor customer service manager does not know how to address customer problems product is priced way too high for the quality that it is and the one security guard that they have with long hair is very disrespectful and rude I will never be going here again because of this I gave them numerous chances I even stopped going inside and started using curbside pickup hoping that it would be better but it is not this is by far the worst Club I would rather go to Oakland and drive hella more miles then go here ever again if I could give him zero Stars I would definitely do that but it makes you give them oneUpdate: also found seeds in $30 1/8

I spend over 300 a week here,  I recently lost my id and my wife knows nothing about the difference in the flowers.  I was waiting for her in the lobby to try to give instructions . Security kicked me out saying they didn't want lingering in their shop. I've never been so.  offended in my life.  I mean I get it, but you c. R ould have got at me in a more respectful way after all the hard earned money I spent there.  I am now dedicated to coco farms there I recommend to go byy yu by GG þ

I bought three select carts from delta one came out defective. The liquid was coming up from the spout I called in and spoke with brad and explained what was happening he said he would have to look at it to see if he could help me with the issue I told him I'd be coming from concord. I came in and he looked at it and said because it's at 3/4 he couldn't do anything about it and that he's not the maker of select so he can't control these defective items and if he were to replace it it would be a total loss to the company. Yea so it's at my expense now I'm left with wasted money and wasted product because these still some left and not to mention what's in the spout. I can no longer use it because the concentrate end up in my mouth. He did offer me a 20% discount. At my risk. I declined because it just seemed so unfair and I didn't want to spend my money there after this experience. Just sharing my experience. Obviously brad is in it for himself and his pockets. I've going here the last 2 years since the lockdown started. I prefer smaller dispensaries that are less crowded. Lacks in good pre roll deals lately. Also Feels like I'm going through security at SFO when I get here. Can you buy a Metal detector. Customers and some staff including old Native American looking guard seem ghetto. It is Antioch Pittsburg folks lol. Last visit I returned a defected stizzy battery. Took 15 for female supervisor to approve. She didn't look at me and said is this her. I'm not a female with mustache lady. Old looking Hispanic lady lacked in empathy and needs to be fired or get some D! I'm gonna try stizzy in Pacheco or quit the habit altogether haha

Sold me old, moldy bud with no scent, suppose to be a high grade "Fire AF" brand. If it's on your shelf, you should have new buds, you should also tell people this bud is almost 6months old, the tall guy who wears colorful shirts was adamant the bud was fresh and I even showed him how it was old and moldy. He continued to tell me what THC was like I was ignorant too what's the difference on buds. Instead of exchanging the old & moldy bud, they choose to offer me a 10% discount if I bought another 8th.

watch What you get here. They screw up almost every order. They even do not care when you have shown that you have been screwed over. Even had a guy keep the ten when I said just give me a ten and gave me 4 dollars change. and when I complained about it, the manager said he didn't care and to just get me out of there. And could not get anyone to tell me his name. They even pointed out someone else as the manager. too shady

This is hands down one of the best dispensaries in the area and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. As far as options go they definitely have something for everyone. Overall this is definitely my go to place and highly recommend :)

First time here and the staff was amazing! Very knowledgeable about the product and can give recommendations. The prices, well I don't live in Cali, I usually hit Chicago or Michigan and your prices are the best I've seen in years. Thanks for doing what you do!! I'll definitely be back when visiting.

I used to frequent another local dispensary about 4 months ago. Since a friend told me about Delta Dispensary, I have been going every since. The flower selection is great! Nice, Big, moist flavorful Buds!!!

Delta has a great selection. Great staff and customer service! Aubrey is awesome! Very knowledgeable and patient with you. The only Dispensary that carries my favorite Cart brand in the area with a decent SELECTion please keep that going!
