Traveled from Toledo to try this place and it was well worth the trip. The staff were very friendly and the bud tender Derrick was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me explaining the extensive product line they offer. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Bloom City.

Beautiful place plus with a knowledgeable and friend staff and they takes the time to help you and answer any questions.  They have a lot of products.

This was my first time at this dispensary and they were great. Great prices, tons of options and super friendly. I got $10.00 off for being a first time visitor as well. For sure would recommend.

As a first time card holder I was very pleased with the professionalism of this group. First and foremost no one seemed stoned who was helping me. They were able to prescribe a blend of cbd and thc to help manage chronic pain. The space is very inviting and they have a no fee ATM in the office. I will be back.

What a bummer.  The first time I went here I had a great experience so I went back!  The woman gave me misinformation on the CBD she suggested for me.  With some research online I realized what she had said the oil was not hemp based which in fact it is.  I called to see if I could resolve and maybe get my money back or trade it out.  When I called they wanted me to speak to the girl.  I'm sorry but I find that to be very unprofessional.  I'm not going to have some fight with someone over what they sold to me and what they said.  I drove close to 3 hours away to go there so I couldn't easily go back in there.  I just wish they would have handled it differently.  It made me very uncomfortable.

Just went to Bloom City Club for the first time today, and it was a really positive experience. The people at the front desk were very friendly, and Colin the bud tender was very knowledgeable and patient, explaining several of the various products so I could pick the right one for my needs. Because I haven't been to many dispensaries in the area, I can't tell how the prices were; they seemed a little on the high side, but I didn't feel ripped off. I'd definitely come here again, but I'll bring cash next time... they charge a $3.00 fee for card payments.

Must give credit when credit is due. Originally I wasn't pleased with the service but these last couple times I've been to Bloom City the ladies that helped me have been consistent. Helpful and over all pleasant to deal with. Love the online preorder system. Makes things way easier.

I have been suffering from neuropathy in my feet from type 1 diabetes. Bloom City Club is amazing! Their products and knowledge bring relief to my tired hurting feet. I will be a long time customer!

Bloom takes their medication seriously. They are experts and maintain a very fair price for excellent quality. The selection and service is superior! Each staff member is knowledgeable and welcoming. They remember my difficult to pronounce name, which I really appreciate. This is truly the best place in town. Every experience is fun! Thanks!

If you're looking for a dispensary that is professional, discreet and has top medicine, this is the place for you. They even gave me freebies on my birthday, which is super considerate. They get to know their patients on a personal level and get to know your preferences. The staff are always welcoming, warm and make you feel at home! You can't go wrong with Bloom. It's the best dispensary in town.

i agree that they had better , more concerned bud tenders b4 restructuring in January. they also had more stock then. hopefully the situation will improve as the year progresses. they do accept debit/ credit cards now for a $3.50 fee. i am going to give them a few more visits b4 venturing elsewhere.

The BEST place to go, hands down, for all your Medicinal needs! I love the vibe here, like an awesome boutique. Very welcoming, & helpful, takes the time to answer all your questions! I have been to a few dispensaries in the area & this is by far my fave!!

I love BCC and have been a client for several months now. Excellent service and very good products. My only reservation is that they'd occasionally add a sticker indicating a lower THC; say 8 instead of 10mg. Since THC amount is the main factor for price, then a lowered THC should lead to a lower price

After two years of having a medical card I am happy to review BCC. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.  My needs are pretty straightforward and I primarily require edibles or RSO. I do not ever smoke MJ.There is Medical Mondays and a loyalty program.What I most appreciate is their staying current with Michigan rules. I also like that they limit recreational users to a few limited edible items so that I can reliably get those I need for medicine.I am comparing Bloom to 6 others dispensaries in my area A-2/Ypsi

Prompt check in and thorough service. Extremely knowledgeable staff.  VERY patient and understanding.  They are truly concerned about your welfare and that you have a positive experience. I like that the goodie bag contained information, not just some stuff that I couldn't use .  What is greatly lacking in the treatment of chronic pain is knowledge and information... so hopefully, this will be the start of a positive and long-term relationship!

This is the first time that I went to buy weed legally and the people at Bloom City Club made it a wonderful experience.  Getting past the front door took a while because I had to sign in and then wait until there was a space (maximum capacity looked to be about 4 people).  Derek was our budkeeper and we could not have asked for a more helpful person.  He went over our different options for flower and tincture and was not condescending nor did he speak over our heads.  As I told him "Long time smoker, first time buyer"  but it will not be the last time. This will certainly be my dispensary of choice.  See your there.

Awesome staff, good selection and decent prices. The guy who helped us, I believe his name was Rob(?), was super helpful and knowledgeable on the products! Great experience and will definitely be back when we are in town.

I was a little apprehensive about my first ever visit to a dispensary; Bloom City Club was a GREAT experience! I felt welcome and was treated to amazing customer service by the staff. Tim was very knowledgeable and helped select the right products for me. Going to Bloom was like going to a spa, not at all like a big box head shop. I love Bloom, why go anywhere else?!?

My grandma has a myriad of health issues that manifest themselves into a ton of chronic pain. We've tried everything...prescription meds, injections, etc to no luck so we decided to try a dispensary for some suggestions and Bloom caught my eye.First off, they're woman owned and I love that. The space is super cute and they have a lovely courtyard and relaxing atmosphere. The inside itself is on the smaller side but they only take a couple of people back at a time. EVERYONE is so kind and helpful here. We were able to consult directly with a "caregiver" and she helped us immensely. I wasn't that well versed on how to narrow things down for pain so the staff member gave us a ton of suggestions for gma, explaining the pros and cons of a few different options, strains, and compounds from cannabis (CBD, CBN, THC, etc). In the end we landed on two tinctures, one with a slight amount of THC and the other a CBD/CBN mix. And, while we haven't quite figured out the right dosage for total pain control,it has taken the edge off for her and has significantly improved her mood. So a total win. I also got a few things to help with my own back pain and anxiety and I'm finding some relief there personally. Now that we're in the system getting refills is a breeze. You can order online for pick up and we're also in their delivery radius. Highly recommend!

Best dispensary in the city of mount pleasant. They have decent priced weed. Their customer service is always super genuine and I enjoy talking to them. I’ve never had a bad experience being their customer. They don’t make me feel like they’re just a white collar industry that are only in it for the money. Which most dispensaries make me feel that way. I would definitely recommend it to my friends

My initial visit to Bloom City Club was a wonderful experience. I was greeted as I walked through the door. My budtender came out to greet me as we walked into the shop. It was clean, inviting and the aroma was magnificent. I had many questions as this was my first time in a dispensary. He gladly answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I made several purchases that day and I'll definitely return. I highly recommend Bloom City Club.

Gorgeous location and building!! It smelled amazing when I walked in and I was greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist. It reminded me of going to a spa, such a relaxing atmosphere! Once we got to the back the owner explained everything to us and made sure our needs were met and went above and beyond to make us happy. We also talked about more than just marijuana, she was very friendly and made me feel super comfortable, like I was an old friend! This place has great specials and prices as well. They even had a fee free atm!! Overall, my experience was a 10/10. Definitely one of the nicest and most professional dispensaries I have EVER been to! I will be recommending Bloom to all my friends and family.

The staff here was very professional, very friendly, and super informative about their product! I have been here twice now and both times I left very satisfied. Great quality, great deals, and great customer service. My bud-tender this time was Haley! I told her what I was there for and she began listing my options and telling me about all of the deals going on. There was a small issue with not having enough of one kind for what I wanted or something minor like that, which caused it to take a few minutes longer than usual. This was literally zero inconvenience to me, but while I waited Haley kindly answered all my questions and had a good conversation with me while showing me all the different selections. After a few short moments I was cashing out and about to be on my way but because it took a few minutes longer than usual the boss came out and apologized and said she would compensate me for the wait and any “inconveniences” (which there was none!) and generously gave me a t shirt with the store logo! Even though they didn’t have to they went above and beyond to ensure I left there a happy customer and I most certainly did. Will definitely be going back next time I’m in the area. If you are in the Ann Arbor area I highly recommend stopping by this homey, welcoming, place! =)
