The sale item was worth a try but I’m disappointed in regards to the attitude of the bud tender. The man never said a word to me as I approached the counter and when I politely asked what was on sale he grabbed the jars and thudded them down onto the countertop without a word. I had to ask him about the strains and percentages as he glared at me with what seemed like overwhelming disdain. I’m not sure if he was just having a bad day but he really needs to check his attitude while working and dealing with disabled citizens that suffer from PTSD. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon. The processing was poorly ran and seemed to rotate patients in and out of the facility like cattle with little concern for our personal needs. They do not offer a compassionate care program for low income, disabled nor veterans at this time either. I felt unnerved by this poorly ran facility. The lady that took my initial information was polite, although it was hard to hear her through the built in face shield.
Never had an issue here, and frankly none of the reviews seem true. They won’t deny you if you don’t have the vaccine, only ask that you wear a mask. They’ll ask for proof of vaccine if you claim to have it, which isn’t illegal at all, and they won’t press if you don’t have your proof. Simply ask that you put on the mask. I’ve never experienced any rude budtenders, managers, even the security here is fantastic. At the moment it seems they’re slightly understaffed, so wait times do tend to be a little longer but that has nothing to do with the company/store. Overall, one of my favorite dispensaries.
So I asked what were there specials and the female bud tender told me the two strains that were in sale. I told her what I wanted and as I walked outside to my car I noticed she gave me the wrong flowers. The security guard was coming around the building and he asked was everything okay. I explained that the bud tender gave me the wrong flowers. He said, “come on will take care of it. So I’m back inside and I explain what happened to the guy at the online order window. He then goes to talk to the bud tender and I observed them talking. She(bud tender) laughs/smirks and looks at me and rolled her eyes. So yep I figured as much. Probably mad I wrote a review on her for giving me the prepackaged flowers after showing it to me in a jar. So then another lady comes in behind the window. After about 10 minutes of waiting she said she would be with me when the female tender gets finished with a customer. Anywhoo, the chic denied hearing me say what strain I wanted twice. To add insult to injury they tell me they couldn’t exchange or give me my refund after having me wait 15 minutes when they could have just said that. No worries though Arkansas dept. if health was notified.
the bud was much more fresh than most deli style.. but they could still use things to improve like how at suite they’re in a line and it helps go through the purchasing process rather quick. although the air purifiers here are a cool addition!! the wait time is excruciating though. i sat in line and watched 3 people leave because it had been so long.
