Extremely disappointed. I specifically told the budtender I wanted a full indica cartridge. He then showed me 2 cartridges and I noticed one said hybrid. I again told him I needed to get indica because sativa's cause me a lot of pain and give me bad headaches. He went and got different cartridges. Told me they were indica. So I picked one based on price, as o didn't recognize the names / flavors... and it turns out it's a hybrid. And no exchanges due to COVID-19 right now. I tried to make the best of it and thought I might as well try it since I can't return it. I have the worst headache ever and I'm in so much pain because it has sativa in it!!!  I'm stuck with a cartridge I can't use and have no medicine for the next month. Again, extremely disappointed. I don't think my request was very difficult. I always ask for indica.

What a joke of a store. They have one in Sweet Home too. Both have been a massive let down. They finally added stock photo warnings to their photos. They don't offer refunds when they show you buds and sell you leaf. They don't allow people to go inside. Seriously it's a joke. With so many other options why even take a chance at a 1 star pot shop.

I love this dispensary.  They have tons of edible options, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and decent prices.

Sold me dry and crusty weed. Don't go here. Worst experience of my life coming to this dispensary. And of course they don't do refunds. There 8th are 3.3 instead of 3.5 ! Only went here cuz it's nearby but now I know it's a waste of time.

I have purchased a lot products from Going Green Albany for about two years. Mostly, I buy cartridges because they have had some good deals on Fridays. The employees always say to hold onto the receipt in case there is an issue with the cartridge. The most recent cartridge that I purchased has an airflow issue. I had my wife take this cartridge back into them today since I am working. They took it in the back to "Test" it. They then told my wife that we were wrong and that we need to drive home, get all the batteries we use on them, and drive back to have them look at it again. They proceeded to sell my wife another cartridge in the meantime which my wife bought because we would rather just never go there again. They do not value their customers time or hard-earned money. I called them, asked to speak to whoever is in charge, and explained the situation in the hopes that they would make it right by making an effortless exchange of the cartridge on my next visit. She interrupted me, was condescending, and has lost my business forever. I definitely will encourage everyone to enjoy the steeper discounted and superior products of other dispensaries and their better return policies for defective products.

Went in yesterday afternoon to talk to Sandy and check out the clones. I was told that I had to leave the waiting room to wait outside for my turn which is okay it's covid, however, while I was waiting outside a associate came out side and really in a rude voice ask us what we wanted and when I told her said sorry we don't have that and turned around and left me to stand there. Interview over!!! I will I ever go back even though I think Sandy's awesome her staff is rude and abrupt I never even made it in their store. Sorry Sandy Oregon cannabis loves me and my dogs, check them out!

Everyone I have met who works here is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I have only bought cartridges from them  . But, they have answered every question I had and were super patient and kind. I didn't feel rushed , and I am pleased with every product I have purchased from them. It's great quality and they back their sales . If there's a problem with a purchase , they will fix it , and that's a key factor in running a good business.

Honestly, I love the staff. Most of them. Before covid-19 I would not go in every time but send my bf in because I'd feel rushed and hurried like if I didn't take 3 seconds it was too long and some staff would be impatient. Now, it doesn't seem as hurried.

I had an awkward interaction with the guy who helped me. He was super quiet and it felt like he didn't care to be there. Other than that, it's a cute dispensary with okay prices.

Been with them since the beginnings ? they have always had the best deals the best quality product and have always fixed anything that a bud tender may have accidentally messed up with once or twice while learning? they have a wide selection of flowers oil concentrates and much much more and a friendly family staff completely different from anywhere else you’ll ever go?

Everything felt extremely rushed and it did not seem like the employees were knowledgeable about the products they offered or didn't care to tell me about them. They didn't tell or show the price of anything and when i selected a product, they didn't ask how much I wanted and the lady just started measuring out flower without actually knowing how much I wanted. I felt like they just wanted to get me out of the store as soon as possible and I will not be going back.
