Wow!!! Greg was amazing!  So helpful and sweet.  He answered all my questions and helped me pick out everything I needed.  I will gladly be back!!

Beautiful new store in my neighborhood, the staff are friendly and helpful, everyone is smiling, I love it!Great assortment or products, really high quality, great vibes.

If you're looking for a great buying experience at a beautiful dispensary with great employees, go to Embarc on Webster. Specifically, if you get the chance to get recommendations from Greg, you'll be in the best hands!

Great Neighborhood business!  What a fantastic store.  from the moment you enter you feel welcomed and valued.  Tried Embarc as they were new in town and they were great.  The Staff is friendly and knowledgable.  The products they carry were all of my favorites and they even introduced me to some new vendors. Support local businesses and go here now, they are the best in Alameda.

Thank you for letting get that last minute Friday night purchase. I know how much you want to get home after a days work but you were smiling and friendly and let us stall your closing procedures a little longer and we did not forget. Thank you SO much!!

Overpriced, undervalued quality similar to all other dispensaries. And you wonder why there's never a line. I suppose that's the best part for you: there's never a line to wait behind--cause no one goes there!

Awesome place with great staff! They're very friendly and polite. Greg was awesome! Such a fantastic location, and love the vibe! Do yourself a favor and go check this place out. You will not regret it!

Tomas was very informative and friendly! I had a super chill experience from beginning to end at Embarc. I'll be returning, for sure!

I moved back from CT to CA after a decade, so clearly not well versed on how to make this purchase. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Certainly will be my go to place now!

I've come here a few times already and they always make me feel so welcome. They're very knowledgeable so if you're new with weed, just let them know what kinda vibe you're going for. They'll make a great recommendation that won't break your budget. I suggest checking this place out!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff...my 1st visit was informative and very enjoyable. I've been frequenting cannabis dispensaries for years. A wonderful addition to Alameda! Thanks to Kat & Sam

The go to place for all your weed needs. They have a great selection of choices and an awesome staff to tend to your needs. From the moment I stepped in, this place felt like family and I'm definitely coming again! My favorite strains from them have all been from Pacific Reserve (GMO Crasher and Cherry Pie) so keep a lookout for them. Plus, this is a family business in Alameda so if you are a bay area native, please come out and support these guys!

We had a very good experience while visiting this cute little place. We love how the person at the front points out the daily specials so we know what the deals are before we shop. I like how we can read the ingredients of every item. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The person that helped me was Chris. Chris is awesome!

This dispensary is one of the cutest in the Bay! I love the plant life everywhere and how clean it looks and feels in here. Greg has amazing energy and helped me find my Kwik Ease drinks here  Thank you guys!

Very good crew with great hospitality. The friendly vibe at the place will make you wanna come back again. Thanks Graig!

Went instore a  few nights ago. Was sooo happy I found a combo that works for me after trying many things and then figuring out I needed to try something totally different!!!  It was perfect!! I was sooo excited I returned to the store to purchase more taking the empty container with me.  Well, in my joy in talking with the budtender about my success in finding the right combo, I put the old container in my pocket and walked out only to discover when I got home I had the empty container and not my purchase!!  Talk about being joyously distracted!!!  Well, I went back this afternoon and Lars and Greg fixed me right up!  NO hassle, just SUPERIOR SERVICE.  I no longer frequent the other 3 places I used.  EMBARC ROCKS!!!!!  Staff are VERY knowledgable. I am ALWAYS greeted warmly. And I like the ambiance of the store. Highly recommend EMBARC!!!

I have to say, I'm a very seasoned smoker and they have some really high quality product, I was really partial to the pure beauty brand, just amazing!  Tahaj &Lars helped me out and they were both super cool and helpful.  I really enjoyed the ambiance

Right around the corner from my home. They always have what I need and MORE. Now I just found out they deliver? How cool is that?!  Such a clean store and way-far friendly staff that are soooo knowledgeable about their products that I don't feel like an OG who doesn't know their weed (but I am). I'll be back soon!!!

You guys really made my day thank you for your hospitality and generosity and clearing up the air with the issues I am happy and coming back

Went in for the first time and wasn't happy . The person at the front desk was very helpful but as soon as I went to the back to shop the other associate gave me totally different information and unfortunately did not have what I wanted but was told they have by another person ....super confusing.... on top of that they put down Main Street supply , mentioning how "the vibe here is better " I don't think so ...it seemed immature and unprofessional to put down another business especially when they couldn't back up those claims .... I'll stick to my usual Main Street supply

What a warm, welcoming establishment. Great flow, great merchandise, good vibes with light and planning a, plus a very helpful staff who are happy to walk you through the sections and products. Smiles all around (I could tell, even under the masks). So happy to have this nearby, and I'd encourage people from all around the Bay Area to check it out.

Love this little place! Very charming with all the brands I love! Staff is super helpful and friendly. Definitely will be visiting my neighborhood store frequently!

If there ever was a better example of what a bud tender should be, one would be hard pressed finding one better than Lars.  What sets him apart from all the other bud tenders out there is his willingness to help others. Now, it isn't my intention to minimize the contributions of so many that have come before him, but rather to recognize excellence in customer service where I see it'.

I found the facility to be very clean and serene. The staff, especially George, is very friendly. They make you feel at home.

This place is great Tahaj was a great help. Took his time to show me around the store. I will continue to go there my new spot.

Very clean establishment. George is very friendly and knowledgeable... And gives great recommendation. Would recommend this place..

The service provided by Tahaja was great! The store is super cute and I was really happy to finally find the CANN products at this location. I would definitely come back again.

The staff from start to finish were the sweetest. Being a new customer, there was a lot of selection. The deals listed were great but on one BOGO deal for Khana edibles, the selection was down to one or two options that were not products I wanted. All in all, a great experience. The store is boutique style with products curated for a more small town like feel and catering mainly to Alameda locals. Looking forward to coming by again soon.

As a newbie to cannabis, I appreciated how welcoming and knowledgeable the associates were on helping me select some Gummies! They have a wide range of products that are beautifully displayed. Highly recommend popping in to explore if you're curious!

I love this place. It's my go to spot since moving to Alameda. Always great customer service and quality flower. They have a huge selection and frequently receive new strains. I highly recommend trying out Embarc if you haven't been here yet.

A new shop has opened in alameda!! This place has everything you need, the staff are coo AF and know what they're talking about. I did an online order and it was a quick in and out process. I'll definitely be coming back here when I go fishing again!! Jamina; you were awesome! Thanks for all your help today

Deceptive sales tactics. Overpriced low grade flower. RUDE staff, all hype. This business should close down and not reopen. Unprofessional management. Anyone giving 5 stars is full of baloney.

Horrible customer service!!!! High paying customer not served 5 minutes BEFORE closing... as I'm posting this everything states the business is still opening but doors aren't locked until I'm starting to get out of my car and then sign is pulled in as I'm driving off. I also called ahead of time to announce my presence and was still turned away.

I just can't stay away. They always have exactly what I need. Plus they have new deals everyday. Like today I got an Embarc fanny pack with hella goodies. Inside were wylds some pre rolls including that fire ass bubble gum pre-roll my sister loves some body butter and more. For real it was such a great deal it almost felt like a steal.    Thank you to Greg and Jamina and the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming today.

I've been to many dispensaries and rarely do I find one where every interaction with each employee is great AND they have great products for good prices. Embarc is one of those rare gems. Special recognition to Greg for working with me as I explored products and asked tons of questions! His knowledge and patience made it a fantastic buying experience.

This place is a gem. Super professional, incredibly kind employees. Alex and Lars come to mind specifically bc I felt SO impressed by their service that I had to ask their names, but everyone working there deserves acknowledgment for making this shop what it is. I have met Greg lol, and he really is wonderful, too.Consumer interaction is not my idea of a good time, but I actually sort of look forward to this place. The people make it different from other shops of its sort. Every single time I have visited this store I have been treated with respect and kindness. Its nice to go to a shop where people demonstrate authentic desire to help you find what you are looking for. Thank you Alex and Lars, you guys made my week :)

Embarc is my fav dispensary on the island. Each time I've been, the staff (especially Matias--I think that's his name, longer brown hair) has always been super friendly and helpful. They seem genuine and not pushy, but rather want to help you find the type of product that's going to work for you. That may sound cheesy, but what I mean is that you can without shame tell these people "I want to get really baked" and they're going to give you something that will get you there lol. They have an excellent selection of edibles and often have good deals on them. Lars has also been very helpful, and a younger girl with long black hair whose name I didn't catch helped me last time I came in, and was great at helping me choose some new edibles. I much prefer Embarc over Stiizy. The latter is uptight and sterile and isn't the best shopping experience. Embarc is laid back and the employees seem to genuinely like what they are doing. Security guard with the beanie has always been funny/helpful as well, always greets me and says goodbye. Overall just a good vibe here, good deals, good staff. Thx guys see ya next time!

My first time here and I absolute the setup, nothing like it. Good vibes at this dispensary. Greg and T were great help and awesome to talk to. I love this place. Plan on coming back for sure.

Love this place. Calm atmosphere, no one is pushy, and the staff seen like they just want to help you get what you want. The selection is a bit small compared to some other places, but I will never not check Embarc first just to not have to deal with the other places inferior service.

Awesome store with great selection! Staff are super friendly especially Tomas! He was incredibly helpful and even spot me a dollar cause I was just under! I would highly recommend Embarc ✌?? thanks Tomas ?

Awesome place with great staff! They're very friendly and polite. Greg was awesome! Such a fantastic location, and love the vibe! Do yourself a favor and go check this place out. You will not regret it!

This is by far my favorite shop in Alameda, I certainly have not been impressed with the other shop in Alameda. They may be small but they have a great selection and the staff is just so friendly! Today, Lars assisted me and he was just as great as they always are. So knowledgeable.

This is the dispensary you go to for a truly Above and Beyond experience. Every single person from security, to the front desk, to the incredible bud tenders all go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and leave with a smile. Lars in particular blew me away today when he volunteered to update my name and gender in their system. He was so kind and friendly, and turned what was just a quick med pick up into a highlight of my day. For the BEST medicinal shopping experience in the bay area, go to Embarc Alameda.
