I've been here a few times now, great selection and good prices. One time when I was here though, the Budtender looked really high. I'm pretty sure nobody's supposed to be getting stoned before work or on the job. If somebody's eyes are literally half way open, it should be obvious to management. Anyway, the parking lot is difficult to access since they moved the opening and kinda really dark at night. Needs more lighting. Will be back.

Last night, I had called in an order. I spoke with the guy who I had done business with before a few times. When I called, I would always ask for the same strain as I have had for the past few orders. So, to confirm my order, I would always repeat it to the guy. He would repeat it back to me. When I got there, he would just hand it to me, like he had in the past. This time, when he did, he made sure I was distracted so I wouldn't look at the bottles, and of course, being he had never done it before, I didn't check, yes, I should have, but was caught off guard. When i just stepped out of the door, I looked, and noticed it wasn't what I had ordered, so, I went from one door to the other, coming right back into the shop. He said, he couldn't exchange it for something else, even tho I was only out of his site for less then a minute. Bottles were the same as if it never left the shop. But he refused to work with me, or help me. I wasn't asking for my money back, but a fair trade, thats all. But refused...I will not shop there anymore. there are too many other places, I can go. They just lost one of their steady customers, just because, the guy wouldn't willing to bend. Be careful, I think this guy has been doing this for awhile. Do not shop here, go somewhere else. there are so many other places that are willing to work with the customer.

I've frequented several pot shops in the area, and the Kushery has a great easy vibe, knowledgeable employees, and a big friendly boxer named Gunner.  Beyond that, their prices are much better than the places I usually frequent. I haven't found grams for less than $10 in the north end, and I found a gram of Orange Kush for $8. I highly recommend the Kushery. Thanks guys, and give Gunner a good back scratch for me.

They don't accept vertical ID's just at their own discretion. I wish it was posted somewhere online. I drove really far out of the way to this location only to be turned away and now nothing else is open! I've also been to other dispensaries and they always scan my ID so I'm not sure why they were unable to do that here or if they just refused me service because they chose to.

If you have a vertical ID, don't even bother coming here, even if you are 21. I was in the area and just trying to look a for a dispensary and I saw good reviews on Leafly, so I was going to check this place out but I was rudely turned away because of my vertical ID. I get there are regulations but you don't need to be rude.

I went in and asked a young lady for the lowest price 1 g. cartridge of Indica only, no hybrids; she throws a couple hybrids on the counter. I said I wanted only "Indica, 1 g. cartridge, lowest price" and she said that she had it for $25. "Great."I use it for medicine; didn't have my reading glasses, so I paid and left. Later that night (12:44) I ran out of Indica & I reached for the bag, cut it open, and ... it was a dab?!  I don't dab; I have pain in my hands. Wonderful.  I couldn't sleep all night without my medicine. Went back today  & explained it; "Sorry dude, our policy states no refunds except for cartridges. I'll give you 25% off, though." I'm 56 yrs. old; I'm not your "dude" but I am okay with sir, man, or Mister.Okay, I made a mistake by trusting someone else's hearing, English Comprehension, intelligence; and by not taking my reading glasses.Now, I'm still in pain from no medicine because I didn't have a ride to another dispensary; I was walking to this one. I'll never go back to these people; they might as well be the Taliban the way they treat people. Terrible policies and attitudes DRIVE away business.

There's one girl and one African American dude that work here that don't act like their job is actually hard and just serve you happily. The other workers act like it's exhausting to answer a question and passive aggressive give you weed. Overall a garbage dispensary go somewhere else

I have been a long time customer of this store. I spend a lot of money, and I always tip. I came in this morning and was helped by Jamison, the manager. When he saw that my id was expired by a couple days, he laughed at me, ridiculed me, and told me "sorry bro, you need to get out now." I have renewed my id online, but have not received it or been able to print it out. I was not rude, demanding, and I did not curse. I understand not serving me for fear of losing his job, but his behavior was unprofessional, impolite, and lacked all sense of responsible management. I was appalled when I called and learned he was the manager. When I politely voiced my concerns, he laughed at me again and provided a litany of excuses. Jamison should not be managing a retail shop. I will not be patronizing the store when he is there.

Ive been coming here since maybe a little after they opened. Have NEVER met someone unkind or unknowledgeable!! Too be 100% honest wouldnt mind working here just to hang with THIS crew haha!    I will admit a liiittle bit pricier than some neighbors, depending on what your going to pick up, as it is with all shops. The difference is the crew that works here, they'll recognize you, be open to what you're looking for, i doubt  they have commission, as they usually recommend what they've tried and actually like! (Not just blindly pushing the monthly special like some shops will). They take the time to help answer questions, even if they juggle customers when slammed.    They're on top of their customer service from my experience and I'd honestly pay a liiittle more to have that experience.

It's small and compact, Friendly, knowledgeable staff to answer any related questions to product specs and strain specifics. Huge selection of joints: regular flower, concentrates, infused concentrates; sativa- indica- hybrid-CBD.

They are fabulous!! Budtenders know their stuff!! Very knowledgeable!! Good safe place. Great job on satirizing!! I will definitely be back !! Next trip down from Sitka Alaska!! We only have 3 shops.So nice to have variety!!!!!

Such a nice place! Lots of great deals, especially on high end weed. I can always get amazing prerolls at a low price, too. Staff is really helpful and nice. Bought my first dab pen from them today and Levi was super informative! Love this store ❤️
