I went to the kush Klub at 9:28 and they don't close for another 32 minutes and the door was locked when someone came to it they told me they where closed and to come back tomorrow.. will not be coming back. Good job at walking out a half an hour before close and refused service.

Friendly and courteous staff, clean and organized shop. Shiloh was super helpful. I have trouble sleeping and she was able to help me pick out products to help me fall asleep. This will be our go to shop!

I like  kushklub shoreline! Makeba was very knowledgeable about all the products, plus everything was 33% off the day I went!

For a weed shop it's great there's weed but the service is something else. I walked into two women arguing .. I stood there waiting to be served but instead of getting helped I was ignored. By the time I was helped the chick smelled like alcohol and couldn't even speak in a straight sentence . Thx kush Klub Hire some better employees plz

DONT BUY THE OLD STALE WEED !!!! CCHECK ALL DATES HERE B4  YOU BUY !!!!! 10/29/19 Have been in a couple times they've got some good product here but I went in to take it vantage of a sale that was going on tomday purchased some weed at full price and got some house of coats of her joints are usually fire for six bucks instead of 10 which they're acting is like a huge discount and then when I get out of the store and I look at the exact date and everything checking out the bud I realize that they just sold me pre-rolls from over a year and a half ago which I hesitated to even smoke But you can't return we eat or bring it back into the store once he bought it so I'm screwed out of money and product it was super stale weed , tastes really bad and gave me a headache!!!!! Just not good business on the owner/mangers part Throw That Trash away don't charge me more than a buck for that honestly I've never gotten weed that old b4 and I buy everyday from all over Seattle . And honestly I want my money back !!!

A++ selection of flower, edibles, oils, and most other things.Staff is always awesome. Super helpful, knowledge, and never pushy. Shout out to Blake, you're the man!

Great service, tall lightskin kid I forget his name but really helped me out giving good reviews of strains I haven't tried and really seemed like if he didn't run the place then he should! Will be back soon for some great weed ;)

Just called them to confirm they offer 20% off top shelf Monday. Some guy picks up and I ask him about it. Dude tells me to hold on and hands the phone to someone else. What the f*ck kind of lame sh*t is that? It's a simple yes or no question goofy punk b*tch

Bought a bong a week ago from here and it was on sale. Today @8:00pmish it shattered and I walked over to the Kulb and Vanessa hooked me up with the same rig for the same price when it was on sale 30$. Had an awesome experience as per usual. They also have one of the best selections of weed in the area. Awesome and one of a kind pre rolls around. Vibes are dope. Staff are homies. Oh and they have deals everyday, 20% off. Who doesn't love deals.

Issue ResolvedEdit 12/12: Monique, one of the managers saw this review this morning (below) and was horrified.  She invited me back and replaced the product with something brand new plus a bonus gift.  Thanks, Monique and well done.  I will be back!Originally posted 12/11:  I purchased some concentrate.  When I got it home I noticed it was as solid as concrete and impossible to work with.  WHEN I EXAMINED THE BACK OF THE PACKAGE I NOTICED IT WAS 3 MONTHS PAST IT'S "SELL-BY" DATE.  I called the store and they said since the product left the store the best they could do was give me a 30% discount next time I shop.  I guess it was my bad for not examining the 'sell-by' date.  I will not be shopping here again.  This kind of customer service incompetence is what happens when a place is about to go out business.

Flew in from Minneapolis and this was my first stop outside of Seattle. I looked up, "Dispensaries near me" and this was the first place with 4.9 stars. I was instantly welcomed to a friendly environment. Major S/O to Charles for helping me out right off the bat and directing me to some great, vegan edibles. Another S/O to Charlie and Alyssa for the good conversation. Marvelous people and incredible products.

Go see Charles, he’s awesome! I’ve been to almost all dispensaries in Seattle area, all the way from Marysville to Tacoma, and I gotta say they got some real fire and amazing deals! Charles was so welcoming and so helpful and gave me great recommendations! This is my new favorite spot !

Parking lot is huge. Nice, friendly people.
