Very knowledgable and helpful staff, made my visit very enjoyable. Will be returning.......loyalty program is awesome as well.

This place recently has went downhill. All the budtenders are high and not on weed. The new girls are not knowledgeable in the store. Their discount program went away, and they are pushy on tips. Some of the products look decent but I never know because I always get sold bunk. I had one of the budtenders tell me she would come over and "Smoke and Chill" with me but I had to do her a "favor" I don't even know what that means, let alone wanting a junkie to smoke with. I think I'm just going to make the drive to 420 next time.

I'm not sure at all what Steven's confusion is. This shop is legit and always fully stocked! I drive 25 minutes to get here despite there being about 15 shops much closer. They have a great loyalty program that is NOT based on the amount of money you spend. How great is that? Their customer service is second to none. They are patient, happy, knowledgeable. There shop is large! With a couch, a couple love seats and a large TV, should you need to wait your turn. They have many many products to choose from. There are flowers, edibles (candies, cookies, etc.), oils, wax, lotions. Even chapsticks. A small selection of glass. But what they have is very high quality and beautiful suff. Prices for grams start as low as $8! They have various strands to choose from at such a low price. N they've had some available EVERYTIME I've been there. It's not some one time sale. They have higher quality as well, I've never ventured beyond the $12 gram. But with the results I got, why would I? I also buy their candies and thry are delicious and potent. Also, like everything else, very fairly priced. At the front of the store they have numerous pamphlets, and documents full of educational stuff as well as ideas, recipes and guidelines for consuming and baking edibles. They even have pamphlets that explain the rules and laws of I 502.This store, the people, the products are great, I can't say enough good things!!

Great shop, excellent variety, friendly bud tenders. Comfortable waiting room, well designed  space, top notch operation!

I was a customer at Lucid for about a yr. and no matter what bud I got there, it was always dry! Pleaded with them several times, nothing changed-kept selling me crap with a smile. Drove to you guys and explained my problem and have NEVER had an issue, they listened and seemed to have relayed my issue to other employees or something bc every new person I saw..They gave me great product no matter how much $$ I spent.Very much appreciate your services and for listening to a customer and finding a solution w/o that up sale BS, but with HONESTY.

I love the atmosphere of the store. Cool lighting,warm seating and an overall good vibe. As a senior, I get 5% off every time I visit. I really appreciate that perk. Their prices are fair and then variety is huge. The bud tenders there are well-educated and very friendly.

When I'm in Washington I make it a point to stop by T Brothers to pick up my weed and CBD products. The place is super packed with all different kinds of stuff. I also like the ambience of the store. Bud tenders here are very welcoming. And once I met the owner I do believe his name was Mike . Really nice guy that you'd want to support his establishment. Thanks T bros for always making my stop threw a nice experience.

Worst prices in town, management is not up to par.... Budtender had no clue what was going on.... Go to THC, 420 Carpenter, or green token.... Worst store I've ever seen

I have made this store my go to because of its proximity to my house. I recently purchased a refill for my pen that I'm certain was filled with reclaims. In fact, if had better reclaim from my dab rig. Not something I'm proud of, but that was back in the day. I returned to the store 20-30 min later today explain the situation, knowing that they likely wouldn't exchange/refund, and I was right. Left the cartridge on the counter, and it's very likely I will never return. This product they are selling is garbage. I don't know how this kind of shit slips through, but it's very disappointing.

Though T Bros is out by the Amtrak station, I do make the drive fairly frequently to restock. On many items they have the best price in the region, including up in Tacoma or Seattle. Employees are pretty good and knowledgeable. I absolutely love that they keep their inventory online current, including prices (their listings are on leafly.com). I rarely shop pot shops that do not have inventory/pricing online.They do have a loyalty program that gives you points every time you check in and they have different daily discounts as well. They have a really good selection of CBD products too. Worth a drive to save some dough.

Don't waste your time. If you're looking for a local rec-shop, pass right on by T-Bros. They're not knowledgeable about their products and they sell do-do.I'd recommend Green Lady or ANY OTHER pot shop.

T Brothers is definitely my go-to place in Lacey! The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable! They have amazing deals everyday of the week and the atmosphere of the whole shop is very welcoming and chill. I definitely recommend anyone in this area to stop by andCheck it out you won't be disappointed!

The store is filled with 420 supplies and never is out of something I'd like. The employees are helpful and friendly. Masks required as other stores in WA right now, don't forget yours. They limit customers in the store to affect social distancing too! All in all a nice place to stop in.

It's always well stocked here and the staff are amazing! I appreciate the space markers for social distancing. Every product on the shelves has made it there by being the best and I haven't gotten anything from here I didn't like. The bud tenders are knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a great selection of vegan and gluten free edibles from pioneer square which I love. This place gets busy sometimes but just be patient and enjoy the big screen TVs until it's your turn! The line moves pretty quickly but each big screen either has cannabis facts and trivia or an entertaining show/movie etc to pass the time waiting. I love coming here for joints as well! Great selection of flower, pieces, accessories, legal beverages, CBD topicals, cartridges and concentrates. I know I can walk in here and find what I'm looking for no matter what it is ! Thank you all!!

I have been here twice. I find there staff kind and willing to help you find what your looking for, they also know alot about the product. The reason for only 2 stars is that the price markup compared to other shops in the area is significant even if is something on special is still more than other places regular price. I fully understand they gotta turn a profit and they have much better service than most. If you can afford to pay for the service Great but still seems a bit much.

Nice selection.  Knowledge staff.  Good prices.I Wish they had a better way to display products instead of leaning over display shelves that are 6 feet away from being able to read it..Staff will put on masks properly (half the time) when customers come in because they think the virus doesn't sit in the air until customers enter.

Thank you T-Bros! You may not be the largest, but you are definitely the BEST! I am a customer for life. They have a super friendly, knowledgeable staff, that can answer any questions. They offer a tastefully done shop in an easily accessible location. I do all my green shopping there. I'm always happy with my purchases. They don't judge you by the way you look, and treat everyone with the same friendly, helpful attitude. I respect and appreciate that. I can't say that about other shops I used to visit. KUDOS to T-Bros! Keep up the great service!
