Professional. Speedy. Safe. Reliable. Plus, I'm always pleasantly surprised at how nice the employees are each time I'm there. Emily was especially helpful in making me aware of the loyalty program.

It's like the Apple store for flower. Loved the place from the minute I pulled in to the parking lot. Everyone greets you, everyone is willing to help. Great selection of high quality product. Cash only, but they have an ATM. Dope spot, I would go again.

New y killed it! I was able to place an order online for pick up, still went inside to ask some questions and purchase some additional goodies. Tons of options and even had Pet treats and oils for my over anxious / autistic dog. Every single member of their staff was absolutely amazing. I will be back consistently!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I felt at ease to express what I was seeking without fear of being judged. Michigan,  you've come a long way from getting weed from a skeevy guy in a parking lot!

Professional service and product!  You won't be disappointed.  Safe environment security is next to ATM.

The most janky experience I've ever had at a dispensary lol.Some African American kid with dreads was too high to even help me, he had no knowledge of any of the Topical products, neither did any of the other workers and when I checked out they basically made fun of the fact that I am more of a CBD user than THC user. This place may be clean and pretty but I'd rather go to 8 mile. Such a joke.

Great dispensary with an incredibly friendly staff. I felt comfortable in the store with their COVID protocols, and they offer curbside pickup if you order online. It is a beautiful space with a ton of great options and I would recommend New Standard to anyone.

I would give no stars if I could. They denied me entry due to the fact that I work in a hospital, so if you have to answer the screening questions, DON'T TELL THE TRUTH.  I was trying to give them my business, because they looked like a small business, but they are discriminatory. Every dispensary I have  been to has not had a problem letting me in, also due to the fact that I am FULLY VACCINATED.  Seriously, this is the first time I have been denied entry anywhere. Please don't give them your business.

Such a wonderful surprise.  I travel extensively and have been to dispensaries in several states / countries.  I was born and raised in Michigan but moved away many many years ago.  Came back for a family road trip up north and just stocked up on edibles and weed.  The location was easy to find, a service member came to our car to advise us as we wanted to shop inside vs pick up an order, which you could easily do.  The staff inside were very service minded and kept us waiting just a couple of minutes before bringing us inside to shop.  The concierge who helped us was extremely helpful in asking us questions to guide our selection.  We made quick selections and were promptly checked out.  All staff members were friendly and helpful.  Highly recommended.

First visit, curbside pickup. The ordering and pickup process was very easy. The business is a little hard to see from John R but look for the sidewalk signs. Ryan that brought my order out was very friendly; Christy (sp?) picked up on something with my order that saved me some $ so thanks for that!!! Will def be a return customer. Join the loyalty program when you go!

Been going here for a few weeks now and I love this place. And I got the best help today from Stephanie S. who told me about their royalties plan that gives you discounts based on how much you've purchased. Thanks to her and new standard I saved $10. Thanks NS and thank you Stephanie for being awesome!

Put a mask on... thanks... like i had a choice??? They must only listen to the CDC when they feel like it... vaccinated people don't need masks inside, dumb asses!Looked around, and left. Nothing special at all. Over priced everything... don't waste your time

I had a review removed and I think it's probably because I mentioned the names of other businesses. I basically explained the unfortunate reality that this place is a rip-off. Their competitors beat their prices with ease and during a pandemic as well. Want your customers to feel like you support them in return for their support? Don't rip them off!

I like them edibles nice little treats! Nice going down the highway freaking feeling happy back over to my state! Made me a little paranoid. They got good smoke here full of THC and all of that good stuff. Friends be over saying you go to " NEW STANDARD" I'm like yep!!! Then it's " Hey bud wheres the bud "  Smoked a lot of herb in my day! This place has good stuff Maaaaaan. Very good indeed!, good for my lungs, mind and spirit. These guys are professional like Jimmy Johns drivers, so friendly, polite. Ahhhhh Mane this place is so ever good! friendly too! I put some of that whacky tobacky in my water pipe and off to never never land! YEAH!!!!!! I recommend this place. Good at getting orders slapped together and out the door you go! They wear mask and everything! so polite, clean place. Great place to grab some good stuff! fun place.

Really smooth process. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Knowledgeable employees who walk you through whatever you're looking for. Prices are really great and a decent selection of products. During Covid, they're only letting 6 guests in at a time but they have a super clean waiting room, pretty nice aesthetic. All employees wear masks and overall the store is really clean.Cash only, but they have an ATM inside the front of the store and another ATM out back by the parking lot so that's not an issue at all.10/10 would recommend.

Whew, so it's been awhile since I've been here. I'm in Rochester so no reason to drive down this far anymore. After today I for sure won't be back. The girl at the counter attitude was trash. No greeting, no oh someone will be with you or nothing. I stood there waiting to be helped (while no one was in the lobby). Malik was very nice and helpful though. I was disappointed to learn this is now rec only. I should have suspected something when the menu didn't change online. As a med card holder AND vet card holder I was pissed I had to pay that extra tax. After I drove way down here. Definitely don't see myself coming back. Of course i will weigh this when I get home and let u know what happens!Update: 1st 1/8 was 3.532nd 1/8 which was the more expensive one was 3.43

Top notch products and service. Called w/ some quick questions, and received great feedback (thank-you, Sheldon). Ordered online for delivery, and dude was awesome to deal with. Updated ETAs via text so you're not guessing. Quick, professional, clean and organized. Appreciated the 1st timer discount, too! Wide variety of products & strengths. Very impressed! Will def be ordering again

I went on a road trip to Indianapolis and on the way home I saw the billboard “just a stoned throw away” it’s true it is so close to the expressway. Service was great and fast. Prices were reasonable to other places I’ve been.

Honestly the nicest and knowledgeable group of people! Great selection and awesome weekly deals. They are also pet friendly, which makes me so happy that I can bring my dog too!

Friendly, helpful staff. They are now Rec only, but they do offer a small discount for Med patients. Good selection of Rec products.

Love the bud most importantly. I enjoy the atmosphere. I don't enjoy the prices, or the recent changes to the happy hour policy.. Just being honest

Good product ? but unorganized parking had to wait a bit!!
