0 stars for terrrrible "service". Do not waste your money on a place who can't treat customers correct and fairly. Decided to visit them for the first time, upon pulling into the parking lot we were screamed at by security. When we tried to explain that it was our first visit and didn't know where to park, he rudely said you need to leave now and we won't be serving you. .... we just needed direction on where they wanted us parked not to be screamed at..... will not return.
Worst experience at a dispensary and I won't be back again. First off if you're not getting medical marijuana you have to park across the street and walk over instead of in the parking lot in front of the place, secondly they don't accept paper IDs that were recently just updated, you have to have a hard copy. Third, they don't take credit or debit cards, it's cash only and you have to end up paying extra fees just to take your cash out to pay them and fourth you can't talk on the phone in there. I was on a call with someone who is incarcerated while taking money out the ATM to pay them and he yells out and tells me I can't be on the phone government laws. Funniest shit ever. I've never had any of these issues when I go to ZenLeaf dispensary in Naperville. I would suggest going there over this place any day. Suitable parking, they accept all forms of ID, you can use cash or card & you can talk ok your phone. This place was a total waste of time and a bad experience. Won't waste my time or gas coming here EVER again.
Very friendly greeter. Decent staff. Selection varies. But overall good variety. I was sad to note the edibles I needed from a few months prior were no longer available. Overall, good experience!
We called to find out if they had a certain product they told us you guys and they would see us when we got there nobody at the call center told us we needed to order online first we get to the door and security stops US has an attitude with us childish we need an order online and we need to move but then they turn around and let other people go in with no order security is ignorant rude and racist I do not recommend
It's great that they are doing appointments with COVID-19 happening, but they don't have any parking for their customers and when you ask where to park, they pretty much tell you to park at your own risk. (Great way to run a business) Also, if you miss your appointment slot due to lack of parking, they can't see you until the next available appointment, which is 3 days away! Not everyone lives close to you guys.Please figure out a better way to accommodate people and run your business.
I didn't even get a chance to get through the door when the security guard decided to interrogate me. Firstly, he was staring so hard at me through my car before I even stepped out. As soon as I stepped out my door, I didn't even get a chance to close it before He asked me if I was there for medical or recreational. I answered recreational. He then responded condescendingly "well park over there, that's recreational, unless you got a sticker for your car," (meaning a handicap pass). I responded yeah well I do. He then walks up to the car and says "oh okay you're good then" and I just got back in my car and said no thanks, i'm good. And drove off. Lame
Very nice. Very knowledgeable and helpful!!! I was given a menu and told to check off all thT i was interested in so i did and when i got to the check out I decided to put some items back and they were totally kool about it. I was given a detailed receipt for my purchase and i was on my merry way!! The do have a small selection of items to assist in the smoking of the product. They only take cash and there is an ATM inside. Just incase ur eyes r bigger than ur wallet. I would de recommend this place to all the people who need to chilax.
Waited in line for 7.5 hrs only to be turned away at 8:30pm - 30 minutes before closing.They turned away about 30 of us early with no explanation. The GM was immature and had trouble with communicating with customers and managing the line.We asked for some help to make up for us having to wait so long for nothing. He stated that they will not be doing anything to remedy the situationThis location is very poorly managed..
Everyone was very very nice. The place is clean and very professional. I will be going back soon. The line currently because of the craze, was still about 30 people deep. It took about 30-40 minutes from the end of the line to having product in my hand which is to be expected. I didn't realize that currently this is cash only. They have two cash machines on site and there is plenty of police and security addressing safety concern. I felt absolutely safe. I loved my experience there and will be returning and I would recommend this place to anyone.
Updating over one year later. Verilife has gone from a 3 star rating to a 5. These guys have grown into one of the best dispensaries. Knowledgeable and Super Friendly staff always have great recommendations and suggestions. The tenders truly enjoy their job and it shows. Excellent customer service, always showing You how to combine deals and points.
I have been a medical patient since Midwest Compassion, Verilife took over and the menu changed, everything was good However, as of January 1st, recreational marijuana is their priority. I understand that it is a business and should just serve recreational customers if their going to continually make it difficult for medical patients to have a variety of options. Verilife posted their recreational menu first and a week later the medical menu. I'm assuming because myself and several other sent emails. I went today waited for parking, waited for order just to find out that I could not purchase the "only" cartridge on the menu. They had them in stock but something with the new system would not let me buy it. So, 45 minutes later left with nothing. 3C in Joliet is medical only and has a huge menu, I believe I'm going to transfer.
The selection for medical cannabis isn't the best. My third trip to this dispensary was HORRIBLE. After being told it was ok for me to enter the parking lot by police officers, as I was leaving my car a male employee walked up to me and brusquely asked me to leave. I asked him why, he told me the parking lot was for medical patients only. I told him I was a medical patient, and that the officers told me this is where I should go. He then snapped that I shouldn't have entered the parking lot without showing ID to staff, which I guess was him. I was puzzled because he was the ONLY staff up until now that I saw, and he was NOT AT THE ENTRANCE of the parking lot by the officers, instead he was talking with recreational clients and not doing his job checking medical ID's. I couldn't believe he would have the audacity to snap at me when clearly he wasn't doing his job. Needless to say I reregistered with a different dispensary. The kicker is, I went through all of that for them not to have ANYTHING I actually wanted. I bought a few items simply because I had came too far to leave empty handed. If you've been to ANY other dispensary YOU WILL NOT BR IMPRESSED BY THIS ONE. They also have very very limited parking.
So I just did the recreational by appointment and I must say it was wonderful! Parking was even available. I showed up 9:40 for my 9:45 appointment and I think I was out of there by 10. I think the first time for appointments was a success!
while mostly they are efficient and kind, being that i have a medical card and have placed an online order means i should be in and out BEFORE recreational. more and more i am finding that they have prioritized recreational users, i was waiting inside for 15 minutes and watched nearly 9-10 recreational appointments get in and out ahead of me... come on verilife!!! what's the point of having a medical card if i am going to stand in your small entrance area while you service everyone else?! i would also agree with previous complaints of never having deals or samples for medical card holders. the location is convenient, however i may consider other dispensaries in the future.
Personally would give it less than 1. NOT WORTH IT. You cannot go in this store without a order online already. Which is ridiculous, they charge more than every other store locally. Joliet cheaper, Naperville cheaper, Romeoville is terrible with not even food weed so it's mind blows me. The front door guy Phil is a complete a**hole they're pretty rude here. Not worth it!
Efficient, easy and knowledgeable. With social distancing guidelines being followed as directed they kept you informed and aware of your status. Would recommend and would also visit again.
Decent products, and good hours, but terrible prices. They literally have the same products as every other dispensary, but everything is about 20% more expensive. If you're extremely wealthy, this is probably a good dispensary. However, if you enjoy saving money, you will find the same products for cheaper at literally any dispensary outside of downtown Chicago.
Just find another place brothers and sisters, they are only in this to bleed the customer dry and get their bully fix in at the same time. Not now, not ever, will weed be worth this kind of treatment.
This place sucks. They are on average 10 dollars more per 1/8th then every other dispensary I have been to. Parking is awful the security act like they are guarding Fort Knox. Worst dispensary out there! My new place is ascend in Chicago Ridge. Huge store friendly people and WAY cheaper. Verilife is 5 minutes from my house and I will never go back, I'll take the 25 minutes drive to Chicago ridge before I ever go back there !
I would recommend you to rather go buy a pack of cigs instead of coming to this lousy place. Have been to my fair share of dispensaries around the states and here in Illinois. This place is by far the worst of any service place in general, I'm sure anyone would get better service at a roach invested store. The security wants to boss people around and act like the secret service.The ID check in person and the cashiers have the worst attitudes that make you want to just walk away, like they should go back there and enjoy some of their own product, hopefully that'll lighten them up. Even the product on their menu is actually bad, your local DD probably has a better menu than this place. All jokes aside, put your time, effort, and money elsewhere.
$20 sales tax is ridiculous I highly recommend you go somewhere else that's bullshit. SunnySide dispensary is where it's at fuck this place
Products are great taxes are a little high but they had what I needed so I don't mind

So today today one of the items that I ordered in my online order was sold out. My boy Eduardo hooked it up with a different pre-roll. He gave me some of the most fire shit I've had so far. Much love to the people at this location and thank you for your excellent service.
