Customer service is excellent products can be very good but sometimes limited choices only reason I gave 4stars.

This dispensary opened a little earlier than predicted by Yelp and I stopped in without an online order which is another story. Anyway, the experience from the first interaction was like I walked into a Buddhist monastery. The staff were so cordial and interacted so seamlessly with each other. The products are a little more limited than one of the others but more expansive than others. I'll definitely go back if only for the experience.

First time patient. Sam was amazing. She was informative and had a wonderful attitude. Guided me without trying to up-sell me. Will be looking forward to my next visit.

I've been to every dispensary in Port Charlotte, North Port and north and south of here.  Curaleaf is always stocked, the people that work there are very knowledgeable and the manager is really great.  As a cancer warrior, I went to pick up my on-line order.  I felt so horrible, but they were very compassionate and attentive.  I'm so happy they're here.  Thank you Curaleaf for being here!

1st time customer.  I called today and spoke with Amber.  She was patient (thank goodness!) because I wasn't sure what was what when she was going over the products with me.  I placed an order with her and then drove to pick-up my order.  We pulled up and Yinette came out side and was very pleasant and nice.  She went over every item in my bag with me, which was very nice and unexpected. I would definitely recommend Curaleaf and plan on ordering from them again.

Been twice, great customer service.  First by Amber, next with Christopher.  Knowledgeable and friendly staff made for a great experience both times.

I went to Curaleaf for the first time the other day, the fact that it didn't smell anything like a dispensary should have told me to walk back out the door, I took advantage of their first time 50% off deal and bought some flower and other stuff. I haven't touched either variety Of flower I bought and they just sit there unsmoked because they both suck! No smell no flavor and a bit harsh. I asked for the most flavorful strains they had and they sold me garbage that looks like it's two years old and turned weird colors, like brown, no green to be seen. No smell, maybe just a slight hay smell. This is a perfect example of getting what you pay for. If $35 an eighth sounds too good to be true, that's because it is! This a low end bottom feeder of a dispensary that prays on people who need to save $ for meds and they sell them old crappy weed that's turned brown. I won't be returning, I've been to dispensaries all over the country and this one is the worst I've ever been to with the crappiest weed I've ever seen come out of a dispensary. A rip off even with 50% off!

I just happen to be down in Port Charlotte cleaning (that is my business) and looked up Dispensaries in this area. To my Luck There was one right in the Plaza I was cleaning in. Amber helped me with every question I asked. She explained everything to me.

Avoid this place at all cost! Service is terrible. Meds are terrible. The whole process is terrible. I didn't catch girls name but was rude. Over all better options just about anywhere y'all go.

I usually have the best experience here. They always have great deals and excellent customer service: however, I went today and unfortunately must have gotten an extremely unpersonable employee and was very disappointed. Like I said, this was a fluke Bc I always have great service: other than this experience, this is an awesome dispensary!

I came here last week because they had a 40% off of everything sale and 50% off of everything if your order was over $250. I was hesitant about spending $250 on product that I had not previously tried but I wanted that extra 10% off so I got some vape cartridges and some flower and some pre rolls. I am glad to report that they have great products. The cartridges were all good but seamed not to last as long as other 0.5G carts I have had from other places and they looked 1/3 empty. I really like the Afghani and the orange kush cake flower. I really wasn't a big fan of the mandarin cookies flower and they did not have the layer cake flower that I had ordered when I came in to pick up my order so I had to pick something else. The pre rolls have all been good so far. I really like the modified muffins 0.8g pre roll it had two 0.4 mini pre rolls inside. Awesome !!!

We just moved here and I've tried three of the closest dispensaries Hands down this is the bestI walked right inAnd was taken care of immediately Julie was my helper and she rocked it She was able to sign me up in minutes and helped me find everything I needed Hopefully Julie will be working the next time I visit. I love this dispensary! I have tried all of the other Companies, but now I only use Curaleaf. Parking is easy. Hours are great. I've always been greeted as soon as I walk in. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have great deals and rewards. I've tried distillate, flower, and vape. I've been happy with everything I've tried.

Absolutely love going to Curaleaf in Port Charlotte to see Stephanie! Stephanie has been the most helpful in the 4 years I've been going to dispensaries and I've only seen her twice! Went in today to pick up an online order. I was lucky enough to get paired with Stephanie. Immediately she made me feel comfortable, less of a customer and more like a patient seeking help so I finally decided to ask about scheduling a consultation Stephanie immediately said we can do that right now. Wow! She went above and beyond. I know so much more about medical marijuana, how it can benefit me specifically. I'm so excited to start this journey, thank you so much Stephanie!!

Just wanted to say that THIS dispensary, is the BEST one I've been to. ALL The employees are ALWAYS very nice to deal with. The manager is also AWESOME! As are the delivery people, like Donald. Super awesome people, great deals.. good stock levels, great communication! I would and DO... Refer everyone I know to this location. Keep up the fantastic 5 star work!

I have NEVER had a bad experience at Curaleaf. It's the only dispensary in Florida that I can truly say has quality Cannabis, and an extremely knowledgeable, helpful staff. Stephanie B from the Port Charlotte location is great! She has an infectious energy that kept me laughing. It's those connections that create a loyal customer base, thank you!

I stopped in this morning and was One of the very 1st customers therefore the by 3 get 3 free deal this morning. Even as soon as the doors opened, they were not upset people were waiting and I was politely greeted by Mary Rose- she was so sweet and so knowledgeable and then I got the pleasure of Suzanne helping me get my medicine! The time dispensing the medicine felt like it flew by from the comfortable, welcoming feeling I was surrounded by with Mary Rose and Suzanne. Thank you both so much ladies. Amazing service!!

I am ALWAYS so very satisfied when I leave this store, really from the moment I walk in! Definitely from the get-go, I am always greeted with big smiles at the front counter and in no time at all they're buzzing me back into the showroom. I am an exceptionally emotional person and when I'm having a rough day, all I gotta do is shoot a glance and they already know what I need! I am NEVER unhappy with their suggestions and have yet to be disappointed by their prices as well! It doesn't seem to matter how much money I bring, they always make it work so that I can go home and be comfortable, both physically and emotionally. I haven't found the need to visit any other store in a long time. THANK YOU ALL at Curaleaf, Port Charlotte!

I went to Curaleaf in Port Charlotte FL . this morning. Suzanne waited on me. She is the most kindest person!! She makes you smile and happy!! She is like a breath of fresh air!! I look forward to seeing her every time I go there ! In fact, everyone there are the most super friendly people !! I give Suzanne a 110 % and more review!! I give the entire staff a super A + rating!! Everyone schould go there !! Thank you everyone at Curaleaf !!
