Great staff and every product to help recover from surgery with out using pills. Happy to have these guys in town !

I've been to a lot of dispensaries but really enjoyed the vibe and customer service here. We stopped in on "flower Friday" and got a fabulous eighth for around $30. I believe the discount was 15% off. The flower was great and tested very high for THC. We also grabbed a cartridge for our vape pen and it was the best cartridge I've ever tasted. It actually tasted like flower when I smoked it so I was very happy with the purchase. It was the "SFV OG" by "Loud+clear" hybrid cartridge. As a first time customer you get to choose between a mint edible or a CBD joint. They are cash only but they have an ATM inside.

I am one of the original CoFounders and co-authors of Prop 215 with Dennis Peron. I am also the medical marijuana historian at the SF Public Library. I was pleasantly welcomed and just relocated here from San Francisco and this was my first purchase since I moved. The people who work there are very social and they care for the people. It was a pleasant experience. It was half of cost for the same product.  I highly recommend this business!

I wish I remembered the name of our customer service person, Tim or Mike (really tall guy), but he was so helpful and, in a time where customer service has completely gone out the window, it was all there.  We had looked everywhere for a dispensary that wasn't medical only or delivery only (they all had a minimum of $150-200), and because we are Oregonians now there was no way I could power down $200 worth of edibles in 4 days.  And here we are, at elevation.  Thank you for making our trip back to my home town extra 'special'.

Staff wears there gloves and mask very professional although I don't think we need to but whatever, they are very fast and Efficient and they  inform you on what type of meds will work great with what you need.

I love this place and enjoy all the varieties. The employees are so friendly. Never have to wait, they bring my order within 2 minutes. I'm a happy customer. I also feel very safe here, security is awesome.

C'mon. It's really difficult to do this with a quasi-straight face. It's a pot shop. And they know what's up. What's great. What's wrong. And overall do a great job doing something that most folks can't begin to process.  Straight up honesty and plenty of opinions if you bother to ask and LISTEN. It's worth the time. As for the pricing.....

They need to state whether they are selling outdoor or indoor. Bought 20$ grams of outdoor thinking it was going to be indoor. Tried to save myself a trip to Sacramento, though I still drove 30 minutes to get here. Next time I won't even bother trying to support local businesses. Misadvertising at its finest.

Went there on 6/25/20 and bought a half ounce when I got home and weighed out the product there was only 10g as opposed to the 14g advertised online and in store. So the next day I called (because I am from Citrus Heights) and they said if I drove back up the manager would take a look at the product and see what they would do about it. So I held off on product and waited until I could go back up the hill. Took a second trip up there 6/27/20. What looked like the manager came out and offered us a free 1/8 and two Pre-rolls. We accepted and was still charged tax on the products. Why are we paying tax twice?? We get home and the 1/8th was opened and it only weighted out to 2.4g. So we basically drove up there twice to be shorted twice. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. This is not how wronged customers should be treated.  How many others have been cheated and no one realizes

Was a friendly environment to be welcome into and lots of selections to choose from. The prices are a little pricey but not as expensive as others th as t are medical only.

They are awesome. I had some parchment that had a blowout during packaging. They were very understanding and made sure I left with a positive experience. 5/5 would recommend. Great product great service. Thanks for being here!

Great selection and VERY knowledgable staff. Leni has been especially helpful. We are fortunate to have such an excellent dispensary finally in Nevada County!

I really love coming to this dispensary because i know that they always will have a large selection of good products in my price range. I cant always get a top shelf G or 8th and thats ok because the 30 and 35$ range has always left me quite satisfied. I love that they carry Raw Garden and Bloom as well. The staff are all super friendly and honest about the products. Top it off with a very well lit and clean facility and it deserves my 5 stars.

Went to this dispensary looking for pain relief for my husbands shingles. We were assisted in finding the right tincture for him by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Extremely clean and professional dispensary.

Amazing customer service... Starting with the security guard at the front to the super knowledgeable and helpful staff inside. If you are unsure of exactly what you're looking for, you will leave there with the perfect product! They have lots of local vender products (not sure what to call them.. growers? Manufacturers? Whatever you call them, they're local!), which I personally appreciate. They also deliver and have their full menu on their website. They also give you a free pre-roll on your first visit!! :)

This place is very clean. Prices are online. Cash only. There's an atm there, but charges $2.00, like every other nonbank atmGot a Preroll as a new customer.

I am grateful for this place. Im older and use canibus for medical reasons. Its a bit more overwhelming now.  Everytime I go, the bud tenders are patient and helpful in educating me, the products available are many and unlike some other dispensaries, everything is displayed and samples are available to look at/scent.My favorite tenders: Laura and Nick, both always have a smile like they are genuinely happy to see me.  They are especially knowledgeable and if they dont hv the info, they will get it for you. Laura has even called to let me know when certain products hv arrived in. Excellent customer service- kudos to you both! Thank you Elevations and Laura and Nick. You make me feel better

I found the manger rude. I actually quit smoking so I never have to go back there. This is on several occasions.

Called Elevation just to get some info on some products. Wow! Super rude person that directed me to the website. I've purchased there before, and am a local living in the community. I was hoping to talk about some options. Website is good. Not like talking to a real human though. Customer service on the phone= Terrible

Good local source with helpful staff who are willing to take time to explain products and options. Good range of products. Sometimes vendors are onsite sharing information about their products. It can get busy inside but they seem to handle the volume and still take time with each customer. The entrance and parking area is discreet which is kind of nice.

Showed my valid CA med card w/ dr recommendation and was given recreational pricing. That's a huge misunderstanding and the kind of thing that feeds the anti cannabis trolls. Not convinced on this spot. If you're in the area the product is ok, but if it's out of the way just go to Sac for more organized and legitimate medicinal sales.

Nice helpful people.  They had what I needed.  Very knowledgeable.  Love going to Nevada City so a great excuse to make a trip.

Went to Elevation today to pick up some amazing Tinctures they have to offer. We called prior to pick up to make sure they were open. They advise the store is closed but open for pickup. We were so happy Elevation and their employees are willing to be open and put themselves at risk just to help people like you and me get the things we need. Once you pulled in they checked you in and said an employee would be right out to help you. With a smile on her face an employee named Bianca made our experience so nice. She was really a breath of fresh air! We will most definitely be back to see her! We have shopped here many times before and have purchased all types or their products. Never have we been disappointed! Highly recommended and AMAZING customer service!!

i just got my medical card and they made it so easy and stress-free. i have chronic pain and they fixed me right up. can recommend high enough!

I've continued to be impressed with the product offerings, pricing, and customer service at Elevation 2477'. This establishment is certainly a leader in the cannabis retail arena and I'm grateful we have access to tested and safe cannabis products. I particularly like the Sparkly Pear Camino Gummies, they're predominately infused with CBD, but also have a small amount of THC, for a mild and relaxing effect. If you're interested in their products, you can check everything out online and even place an order. I prefer to visit the location because I enjoy the friendly staff and  fun environment. Either way, you won't be disappointed.

I have gotten some product from here, but I have to say, it is NOT consistent.First, cause of Corona you have to order online and they bring it to the car, leaving you unable to actually see what you get.A few weeks ago I picked up an Oz for $150 that was really really good.Went back last weekend and they had one for $120 and I figured only $30 dollar difference but it was trasshhhhh.With they would post better pics of actual product and allow people to not have to purchase sight on seen.  Aside from that, the prices are not great unless you swoop some daily specials.

This place is awesome! Great selections, cool staff and good service. Order on line , pay on line, drive up you don't have to get out of your vehicle. They bring you your goods and off you go.I wish they were all like this.

Prices are higher than Sacramento or Reno/Tahoe so just drive and save the headache cause they still don't let you in their doors. And I still tipped.

My experience at elevation has been fantastic! I've enjoyed the helpfulness of the friendly staff. Their menu is very impressive!!!! I thought I'd have to go in to Sacramento to get a good selection with competitive prices, but I was wrong! After I'd moved to Weimar, I thought Golden State in Colfax would be my new supplier. However, their prices are not competitive at all, the lovely drive in to Nevada City is well worth it!

Elevation feels like home....customer service hit's a home-run every time!Garret is the absolute best....he greets me at the drive-thru and ensures my experience is the wonderful, he truly goes out of his way to make sure I am taken care of.......they are smart by hiring exceptional employee's.Thank you to the entire staff...winning team!
