They sold the wrong product ,then made the exchange very difficult. The person working the desk was rude and told me I could make the exchange even though my husband made the purchase (he wasn't able to go back in , had to go to work) told me to come back with product that was not used and said manager will help. I wasn't done talking to her, as I wanted to make sure I had all my info before I went down there and she hangs up on me. Then I get down there and they say I need to buy a battery to use with the wrong product they sold me. When we specifically asked for what we wanted.... I said no I just want to exchange it for the exact amount , someone sold him wrong product... this shouldn't be so difficult. She says to pick out what I want to get to exchange. But then came back with some guy telling me, oh only your husband can come down here and do the exchange... I'm like then why didn't you just say that over the phone. Then tried to again push me to buy a battery that I already refused . Trying to push another sale when all I wanted was an exchange and I was told that was ok. Then the lady at the front starts saying I didn't hang up on you. I said I didn't say it was you but since you said you didn't, but you did learn proper phone etiquette. The fact that this guy tried to make it seem like we bought something we should have know when they never said oh hey this is a pod not a cartridge ( when that's what was asked for , a cartridge) and then tried to push a sale on me to get what I needed in order to use that particular product. And apparently this is not the first time this has happened... more people have had issues here. Save your time and money and go to element 7. They are so nice, they know what's going on and when you ask for something they will let you know what they have and what's what. And also not make things so difficult and disappointing. It was even said Stiiizy is selfish and for as much product as they have they could have done the exchange no problem. Especially when the product wasn't even used! I do not recommend this dispensary to anyone. And the gentleman that helped me needs to take a class on customer service, needs to not be shady and try and get people (selling product and tricking people in what they bought in order to make another sale)And also needs to learn how to inform his staff on how to talk to people on the phone and how to give out proper information.
Very convenient location, no long lines - literally in and out. Wish they sold Heavenly canna butter or more capsules type edibles. But for flower and gummies you can't go wrong.
