Curaleaf in Lutz, Fl.  has to hire some of the most patient and knowledgeable folks in the business.  As a new patient of theirs, Corey took a lot of time to explain the various products and help me decide which one would fit my needs.  I have to admit, I am sleeping much better    Corey and company made a great team in getting me registered, informed, and comfortable in my purchase.   I will be returning.

I love these folks. They're all so well-informed, but also chill. You never have to wait for service here, that's why am almost hesitant to post this review, I want to keep them all to myself!

What a wonderful experience! I was immediately welcomed and taken care of by Corey. He was soooooooooooo patient, knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. Corey not only answered all of my questions but took the time to actually EXPLAIN it to me. That is a very big deal for me. Using correct dosage and understanding what each item does, the effects; positive and negative, times of day they would be suitable, the effects of different products and the effects of them combined. Corey just did a really amazing job to explain all of that to me and I feel excited and comfortable to continue moving forward using their products and getting the medicinal relief I've been looking for. THANK YOU! Do yourself a favor and go here, especially if you're new to all of this stuff! They even give you a cannabis product journal to keep track of what you're using and how it makes you feel! The attitude is ridiculous. The sales people are not knowledgeable, management doesn't take complaints seriously . The product is average at best. Their flower is the dryest I've ever seen And I do not recommend wasting your time or money. Try V Ida CA And I do not recommend wasting your time or money. Try Vidacann and grow healthy  If you want excellent products.

This is my first time with Curaleaf, and I rated as I did for the quality of the products but marked down due to the customer service I received. I placed an online order with their great 50% off first time deal and was excited to check out their nano drops and some new strains in the vape carts. Did not expect the disposable (I thought it was a 510 thread cartridge) and was given the wrong strength of nano drops for the unflavored, but neither was a big enough deal to complain. However maybe 15 minutes after ordering, I get a call from a girl trying to push flower products on me that weren't discounted for first time. Couldn't quite place initially if she was trying to be helpful or push sales, so I let her know I work at a dispensary and had no need for flower at the moment, her response was "Oh, so you don't smoke flower?" In a condescending tone. I clarified that I have more flower than I need currently (if she checked my recs she would have seen that I do buy flower) and wasn't in the market for it at the moment, and she again tried to push their product. Especially with the percentages listed online at 11-13%, I stood my ground and made it clear I had plenty of flower and would keep my order the same, she let me know they would pack my order. By the end of the interaction, I felt less cared for and like it wasn't a call placed in my best interest. I received a text after saying I would get a call with instructions once my order was ready to be picked up, and the call never came. Decided to drive down about 4 hours later (knowing first hand it takes just moments to pack an order), and found it to be a very odd design inside. Very narrow hallway immediately inside with a glass wall, someone came to greet me and wasn't super personable but was friendly enough. He brought up again how I was called and made a comment about how I am "the one they called that doesn't like smoking flower" and I reiterated that I have so much flower at the moment that I didn't need to buy any. It was an uncomfortable transaction all the way through. I also noticed that I was dispensed before I actually picked up the product, and that I was incorrectly dispensed (my edibles should have been dispensed for 200mgs and never were dispensed AT ALL in the MMUR). Overall, pros:-great first time discount/industry discount-nice selection of strains-Nano products are dope!Cons:-odd store layout-bad communication -subpar customer service-low THC %s-confusing website layout/descriptions -weird/incorrect dispensation procedures

I went to Curaleaf Lutz this morning with my grandmother (who is waiting on her Medical Marijuana Card approval), and we were welcomed in by a wonderful staff of knowledgeable employees with excellent customer service. We were helped by Jaz who was super sweet and very helpful. I was a first time customer at Curaleaf and had only been to one other dispensary before today, and this dispensary is already my favorite!! Jaz was very educated and gave me detailed descriptions of the variety of products and what strains are best for different ailments. Thank you so much Curaleaf, I will for sure be coming back!

I have never been to a better dispensary in Florida!! I've tried many and hands down my number one choice is the Curaleaf here in Lutz!! The entire team is amazing overall, they are knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. Especially Jamie and Miguel! I can always count on them! They are constantly adding to their menu, along with always being high quality! I cant recommend them enough!! 10/10

Awesome place. Reasonable prices and a very informative staff. Braden helped me out the first few times I went in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone new to dispensaries.

The customer service is above and beyond. I lost the name of the store manager but I will say she is incredibly kind and goes out of your way to make sure you have a pleasant experience. They always have amazing deals and if you run into any problems they to everything they can to make it right.

I’m pretty new to all of this as I just recently got my card, so today was my first visit ever. Nate greeted me and also helped me with my order. He explained everything I needed to know and was really helpful. I have felt a little intimidated at other dispensaries but the vibe was better here, it’s much more relaxed and not as “peopley”. You definitely can’t beat the first timer discount either! I’ll definitely be back. ✌?

This was my 3rd trip to a dispensary as I am very new to all this. Kevin was so thorough and helpful. He explained everything in detail for me and helped me select things that would help me. I did not feel rushed or pressured to buy anything but he just helped me understand what each product does and how to use it. He also gave me a great first time discount too which was very helpful. Aside from Kevin, Corey was also very helpful. He worked with Kevin while helping explain the different products and benefits as well.. I will be back for sure. Thanks for a great 1st time experience!
