The staff were so rude. They couldn't even be bothered to look at me while I was asking a question (it was my first time in). The deal was great and the prices are good, but the employees guaranteed I will not shop there again. Dispensaries are supposed to be welcoming and places where you can learn about the world of cannabis. This is obviously a place that only cares about profits, not the culture. It makes a world of difference.

Placed an order for an item online that was confirmed to arrive to find out the items description was wrong and the item is not in stock.  I was then told it was the same thing.  It's not the same.  There is a large difference between a live resin and live flower.  If it was the same the name would be the same.  I also inquired about my points and was told I only have a $5 value.  Funny when I checked with another location I had $80.  This place is a joke and doesn't even have accurate menus or any product knowledge.

Pretty clean and fancy looking dispensary. I am from California and was looking to try local stuff. The staff was somewhat helpful; I think they might be more helpful with educating first timers. I do like that you can order ahead of time through the website and just pick it up. On the website, there was something that mentioned a discount for first time (new to zen leaf) customers. I asked about it when I got there and they said they didn't have such a discount. Bothered that they didn't uphold what was advertised on their website but that's ok I guess. It's pretty pricey, but it's convenient. The businesses in the area also offer a discount at their establishments to zen leaf customers.

Nice people. No medical menu but they give you 15% off though if you are. Verano is a good brand and they have a good selection of them him. Would recommend ?

I absolutely ADORE this zen leaf location. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, sweet, charismatic, and they genuinely want to help you find the product that is right for you. They even remember me as I am a regular, and they ask me how I am and what I happen to be getting that day. They even have an express lane designated for those who've placed online orders for a speedy checkout. Thanks for being amazing, ya'll. You know I'll be back!!!

Went to zen leaf based on a recommendation from a friend and received fantastic service. This was my first time at a dispensary and I had zero knowledge on what I was looking for. The person at the counter (Woody) was super knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer all of my questions and reccomend great products. I was worried I would feel intimidated but Woody made me feel at ease and made the experience super easy. I will definitely come back to this location to try some more products!
