Love the budtenders, manager, and the front desk staff that I've interacted with since I started coming in November 3018. Would love to see more women on staff--I just feel like this is a missed opportunity. The staff should be representative of the customer demographic. This is my favorite dispensary, but there's room for improvement. Thank you!
Went back for the third time in a few months. The place looks and feels sad. No more floor assistance just check out service. The representative had no idea about the products or what was available. The security and registration area is still doing great but disappointed on the service inside. The Music playing is even sadder. I hope they go back to their beginning days.
Must be "buzzed" in the front door to enter. Greeted by the resident security guy just inside the entrance. The cashier is behind bullet proof glass and without a Medical Marijuana Card you can't go where they sell products containing THC. Being first timers we had questions about the CBD oil products they offer. Out came a sales consultant and answered our questions and we made a purchase. Ultra clean store equipped with men/woman's bathrooms. Overall experience was good. We will be back and must reccomend trying this place.
Great first experience. Guy who assisted couldn't have been more helpful. In light of new precautions it was impossible to get the full show but what I got was first class treatment.

Very rude front desk person. My first experience was great here they welcomed me with open arms. I guess the afternoon staff are not as nice. Came in with my boyfriend who is medical, I am recreational. He buys a bunch of weed at once, that's just the way he is. The lady asked me if we're shopping separately I said no I'm not getting anything this time we're just running errands together. She told me he'll be busted if it looks like he's sharing his weed with me so I had to go back in the car to wait for him since his order would definitely look like he's sharing his weed with me. The people at the other locations are much friendlier. Cashiers here are a hit or miss as well. Sometimes they make me feel dumb when I ask them a question and sometimes they're the friendliest people in the world. It's also a hassle getting here, you have to make a u turn to get in just go to the other locations you'll be much happier. I've been to the location 6 times and half the time the service sucks. The people on Elliot have always been nice to me, I'll drive an extra 10 minutes to go to them instead.
Placed an order online, went to pick up. Stood in the online order line for about 5 minutes. The female in all black took folks from the Med Line then the rec line back and fourth for maybe 10 people finally catching my eye. She asks. Did you place an online order. Obviously otherwise I wouldn't be standing in the online pickup line. She says they aren't doing online orders and asked if I was medical which I said yes she said I could get in the back of the line which had about 5 other people who had just come in. I couldn't stay too long as I had somewhere to be so I decided I would come back later. The Elliot harvest has a great system worked out for online orders not sure why this location never has online orders available to be picked up. When you do place an order you still have to wait in the lines at Elliot you pay at the window and they bring it out to you, but I'm sure the folks at harvest already knew that. Also the girl in black is always so hot and cold. One day she'll compliment me wearing all black saying we're one in the same. Or she'll ask me what sounds good for dinner? Or what are you hungry for. Others she's completely dismissing and short, and makes you feel like a dope for standing in an online order line that only exists for unknown reasons. Also I placed an online order to avoid having to wait with a crowd then they force you into the room that is not being crowd controlled when I'd like to just pay at the counter and bounce.
The Asian manager was extremely rude and she was way too close to me while speaking to me and got spit in my face from her talking. The lil scrawny door guy didn't know wtf he was talking about either. I will never go here again the weed is over priced for the Arizona dirt that they have here.
DONT GO HERE. My brother in law came here to pick up, they CHECK HIS I.D twice and said he isn't 21 when he CLEARLY IS??? I don't understand why. He is 21? The I.D says 21, but they wouldn't take him because maybe he looks young?.
I went into this place with such high expectations because all my friends told me how wonderful this place is. I'm so let down! I came in around 8pm and the front desk lady asked me, "have you been here before?" i replied, "no" and she gave the biggest sigh and seemed very annoyed! This threw me off and made me feel really uncomfortable. Then I fill out the paper work for the first timers, went into the actual line(wait time wasn't that long compared to other dispos). The guy who served me wasn't welcoming, seemed uninterested and didn't give me the bare minimum of service. I got no thank you or common courtesy. I'm so disappointed, maybe it was just their night staff? But that's no excuse. Overall, their products are okay and I'll give this place another chance in the future.
Decent strains offered, and wonderful customer service. My first time here was very informative and I appreciated all the time that the bud tenders spent with me!

I hate doing bad yelp reviews, but I didn't have any other options. As soon as we walked in this guy greeted us, but was way toooooo in your face kinda guy. He explained basically every person who has their card already knows when you walk into a new dispensary. Yes I know I need to fill out the clipboard and give two ID's just like i have at every other dispensary. And yes I know what the new patient deals are because I looked online. I'm not quite sure why that guy is needed, when everything he explained was already online or already known. We finally go inside and some guy starts helping us, but understand some questions and took awhile to tell us what prices are for what tiers. I honestly don't know if they know what they're doing there. While my boyfriend and I were looking at weed, the guy helping us walked away, which i've never seen any other bud tender do unless i had a question they couldn't answer, and he went and leaned on a wall and started using his phone. I was so shocked. He didn't explain to us that they don't have a system or ways to tell if they have eighths or not or where we put in our order. We ended up going to the counter to put in an order and they didn't even know we were first time patients. My boyfriend used his first time patient deal but i didn't, but i definitely won't be back to use it either.
I came from the mint to harvest about a year ago. I did this because I though that had a better product. I liked the way I could go on line a pick what I needed and could see the THC content. You can no longer see the on harvest web site. So now I guess I'm back to the mint.!!! Harvest want miss me, that $200.00 a month it's like pissing in the wind harvest don't care, it's all about money. All I would like to add that the base line store is not vetrean friendly asked for my discount and was asked if I could provide it. Now I don't know about any other vet but I did not serve for the discounts I get but because I wanted too. I have not been in the service in over 25 years I don't Carrey my vet stuff in my wallet. So now you got what's going on.so if you still like the harvest and your a vet don't go to the baseline store.
Dispensary is amazing! I really like their Sweet Cherry Pie and their point system is awesome!

I don't know where any of those bad reviews are coming from I have been treated with nothing but respect every time I go. They have quite a selection maybe too much but hey more is better than less all the budtenders have always been super nice and they've got some really excellent deals and if I already know about the deals because I read it on Leafly that's cool if they want to tell me again. I will definitely be supporting this business
One star cause they where closed at 4pm. Update your stuff don't leave your customers hanging. Very poor management
I've been in 4 times now recreational, mostly for cartridges and edibles. Friendly service, efficient, but one brand of cartridge I've purchased the past 3 times has been 1/4-1/3 unfilled..
Sooo! marissa!? I believe is her name!? She was sooo nice! Cute lil chicky! I told her I needed a 16$ sativa pre roll . And they only had indica dom ones. I was bummed when she offered the 12$ one . I told her I've been way too disappointed by 12$ joints. She said okay and didn't press me in it. A couple min later I get a couple other things n chose to go with what she selected of the 12$ pre rolls. An hour later I smoked it , and called back to tell her how amazing she was! I so appreciate her kindness and suggestion! Everytime I've come in they, have all been so nice to me!:)
THERE SHOULD NOT BE MORE RECREATIONAL LINES THAN THERE ARE MEDICAL . Nor should there be more employees helping the recreational lines MORE than the medical lines . That's bullshit. Medical patients ARE THE PRIORITY . Management needs to get their head out of their ass, thanks
Very tense customer service, not comfortable for anyone with high anxiety. I have been here many times, never too crowded.
Can not go in with spouse and shop at the same time. They require you wear a mask which is B.S. I stopped going here about two years ago because of customer service. The Mint is better but still can not shop with my wife.
Had an issue with my ID & was turned away. My dog got into my wallet and chewed up my ID to the point where there was missing chunk a but you could still see my photo and info. I informed the front desk of my situation the first time and they said that it was okay since I had already been there before and they had my info in they just had to enter it manually. The 2nd time a new girl with the pink hair denied me to go in even though I had just been in their earlier that same day. She said I still needed a gov't ID. I showed her my ID and she stated that I had to use an app that would allow them to scan it. I let her know I couldn't because it requires the back to be scannable. She then denied me. I went back the next day and the morning manager seemed to not have a problem and was able to scan the temp paper copy the DMV gave me that the pink haired girl at night rejected. I then showed up again later that night and the pink haired girl denied me once again stating she wasn't able to scan the paper copy ( although she didn't even try to ). In the end I will no longer return just because of their night shift staff. If they communicate with their staff on what is acceptable especially in these unfortunate situations I would reconsider going back. Seems like the front desk staff at night just likes to play favorites with customers and will deny you just because they believe they have the power to which I don't think it's fair and I would have to see someone else go through this situation especially if they are a medical user.
Been shorted twice there. Triple check your tender!. Bought 17 single package 8th's Got home open the stapled bag to 16. Asked him to double check the count. Yes im medical and a Veteran.
Decent selection of your smoking needs with a friendly staff to get you in and out. Just what you want in a dispensary.
Harvest dispensary is located on the southeast corner of baseline and I-10 adjacent to the Waffle House (it's literally right off the freeway so be prepared to turn or you'll miss it).I went around midday on a Wednesday and there was an abundance of parking spots available and zero people standing in line outside. Upon arrival, all first time customers must fill out a brief information sheet before being allowed to enter. The staff at the door, reception desk and checkout counter were all pleasant to talk to. The interior of the store was nice and clean and had a distinctive smell that I didn't recognize (JK). They had a great selection of products to choose from and prices were on par or cheaper than there competitors. If you're looking for a reliable dispensary, then I highly recommend you pay Harvest dispensary a visit.
Today I had the best customer service and educational experience with Chris. He is such an asset to this company. The flowers he recommended are amazing and I'm completely taken aback by my experience here at this location. I will only be coming here from now on. A lot of dispensaries have been selling flowers that smell like grass and I've been so disappointed until today here at Harvest with Chris!
