Excellent, friendly customer service! The best discounts around. The only negative aspect, they need more products to choose from, especially flower.

Thank goodness for you guys. Product and people are great. Be prepared though because it's an old building and has a smell.Live menu is awesome. If you say you have it then you have it.Can't wait for the drive through!

Stock is never an issue; delivery next day is free.  From call center staff to delivery - every step is a class act. They have a small selection of concentrates but they do have them and they are stronger than others.  As mentioned it is a dark amber color instead of clear.  It's taste is OK - it isn't overloaded with terpenes and *other natural flavors* as so many others are. This is a no hassle, no fuss dispensary. Everyone on the phone knows the products and how to help you.  Liberty Health Sciences is the name in Florida also!

Under the name "LIBERTY HEALTH SCIENCES". (NOW OPEN AS STORE .)I went to the store in orange park.  (& will go to Gainesville next.) -their products are AMAZING ! & the workers at orange park are so sweet & helpful! Grace helped me & was so accommodating. & NO wait time! (Except in the morning, from what I hear. Compared to Trulieve-this is awesome.) I loved the cartridges! I get the indica. They only have one kind right now (for each strain-but this is in orange park-Gainesville is main store-so I'll edit this when I visit here next week). I'm usually a Trulieve customer, but heard this company was great, from my dr. He told me to try "Aphria", that they were a Canadian company coming to FL & merging locally. Most of the weed is grown in Alachua! & is all natural. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. I almost like it better than Trulieve's. & their 500 mg cartridges r stronger! They're 74+ thc (compared to Trulieve's 600 mg cartridges at 54%) & the CBD oil is .4% (much of the time Trulieve's have no cbd oil at all-& it's very healing). & to top it off, the price is cheaper than Trulieve's. They give u $75 off of $150 purchase as a new customer. & their 500 mg cartridges are only $60 ($50 if u are a vet or have SNAP). I am very pleased. I wish they had crush & shatter, more flavors, & that their cartridges vaped a little slower, but they are in their starting stages.  I love this store & will be coming back! I would recommend it to anyone! It's great . I'm very satisfied!

Extremely overpriced employees have little to no knowledge. Go to Trulieve or any other to get the same product for $60 and have a large amount of stains to pick from they lie about how they can't discount riff pods even when they are the ones filling them. Always out of flower on Thursday's to promote their flower Friday. Prices of same strands fluctuate to much. They sell 8ths for 25 normally today there flower was 40. Their prices are always changing. The service is rude and the employees always become defensive of you ask questions. If this wasn't the only place in this town to get flower legally then I would not longer go here.

Beware of vapor cartridges that leak. I've purchased the Knox vapor cartridges several times and never had a problem. I wanted to try Liberty since it is much closer to my home. What a mistake! I bought three 500 mg vapor cartridges and got 50% off because the price since I was a first time customer. The first cartridge leaked and I got more solid product in my mouth than I did vapor. I took it back. They gave me a very hard time but they finally agreed to give me another cartridge for free. But they processed this as if I had purchased this for $0 and the 500 mg was recorded in the system as another 500 mg against my 2800 mg prescription limit. On cartridges 2, 3 and 4. THEY ALL LEAKED!!! Since they gave me such a hard time the first time I accepted my fate and vowed never to step foot in this place again

First visit to this place, had very little stock of anything.   Staff not overly helpful, acted like they had a better place to be at.  Needless to say I won't be returning.

There is a 5-Star review by someone with the same name as the last horrible manger. The rest of us dislike or just tolerate this place. $28 1/8s? Sure, but you get what you pay for in life. Mids.

Use iheartjane if you are looking for in stock products. The Leafly and online system does not have accurate results for product in stock. Price varies and changes constantly for flower. Would not pay for more then their popcorn flower since it is basically the same as their regular. Recommend papas herb cartridges. Would not purchase LHS cartridges or vapes, they are common to leak and for the price you can purchase two papa herb cartridges for the same price and get double. Always look at the prices to milligram ratio or you will pay double for half the medicine. Always a long line at LHS PSL expect to wait for an hour - three especially on flower Friday. If you need help for a first time purchase I recommend a different dispensary where the bud tenders know what they are talking about instead of just trying to seek you as much product as they can.

Phenomenal staff and management! Alex is an exemplary manager!  The team is personable, knowledgeable and does an outstanding job listening to patients needs and always wanting to do right for the customer! Highly recommend to all those in need of great medicine and service!

Amazing staff, always helpful and polite. I wont shop any where else. The only issue I have is they seem to not keep alot of on hand stock of flower. I still will continue to give them my business.

I went to the Port St.Lucie location today 6/30/20 and had the the bestest, not to mention very handsome budtender today, his name was John(back off ladies LOL). He was a newer younger guy, who was very helpful and informative. Everybody there seems to have had a class, course or trained knowledge of marijuana, because they're highly knowledgeable. Somehow, something happen with my call-in order.This is to JOHN, YOU KILLED IT TODAY, IF IT WASN'T FOR YOU, I WOULD HAVE LEFT DISSATISIFIED! Some of the worst flower I've ever had, everything in the store is overpriced and of terrible quality, I wouldn't even consider this stuff medication, it's a shame, I don't understand what's so hard about delivering good product to the public at a decent price. Staff was very nice and they do honor their discounts but that does not make up for the poor quality products and hi prices.

I want to like this place but between the poor online and customer service experience, and about 60 percent of the pre rolled i have purchased having seeds, they are making it tough.April 2020Tried them one more time and now I'm done. Over  priced under quality flower. Do yourself a favor, head south a short way down the road to Stuart, Tru is pricey as well but at least the meds are quality.

I've been coming to the US1 Dispensary for a good while now. Every time I come in, the staff are all so friendly and personable. It brightens my day to see everyone there. If I don't get an answer on the phone when I call, I just call again in a little bit and get an answer. I love their product, from time to time I have had a leak issue, but they were able to help. My only down side is they are out of product on occasion. Other than that, liberty is a great place and I always come here and continue to plan on going.

My absolute favorite dispensary to go to closest to me! I love that they always have a fast process in receiving my medicine and as well as how interactive their employees are! Thank you Noah, Kiani, and Rockie for the great service :) I definitely will stay a consistent customer

Staff was nice and helpful but the product's are trash went there a first time customer not satisfied after making a Large purchase and running to my couch to med up I noticed the label said production date 7/13/21 upon observing the flower it was extremely dry and the smell was bland the concentrate is fair not great they also don't take there product's back after calling the store and getting nowhere I smoked ah j and Just st like I thought the flower had sat on a shelf for months inside an unsealed medical container and lost it Potency any ways go to trulieve yea the wait is longer but the product's are better I just lost 134 Buck's . Mr Randall rush prices are kinda high to if u love weed go to trulieve thank me later
