Any place that's charging 35-40% tax on something everyone has been waiting for for years is a big joke to me. This place is charging OUT THE ASS, 65$ for 1/8 compared to 25-30 in other legal states. On top of the tax that's just bonkers. DONT COME HERE unless ur down to pay FOUR TIMES the actual value of the shit you're buying. Big jokes and a thumbs downFor the lady that replied: my point was people have been waiting for recreational for a long time. It's very ignorant they are taxing the piss out of it AND having the highest prices in the USA. If you have super high prices, tax low. Or if you have low prices then tax high. But don't do both and try to bail out your states horrible tax budget by taxing what everyone's been waiting years for.
Bought a disposable pen from them yesterday and the battery died the next day with 3/4 of the product still in it. Brought it back to THCC and they refused to replace it wanting me to jump through a lot of hoops with the cultivator to get a replacement. Ridiculously poor customer service. I will not shop there again. The Mission Dispensary on 86th and Commercial is much friendlier and will gladly replace any defective product you get from them immediately. I will be driving there from now on.
Just take me at my word I am the biggest customer service snob. Coming from a long career in F&B I know what I'm looking for. Dave and specifically Maddie are the best customer service agents. Period end of discussion. Such good people. Keep them working or I may just have to hire them myself!!!!Good going guys. See you soon!
I see a lot of low star reviews complaining about price and the 30% tax. If you have a problem with that why are you removing stars from your review when they have no control over that. That's the law. You won't find a single dispensary where you don't pay around 30% tax in the state of illlinois as a non medical patient.Anyone saying their prices are high is wild. I live in the suburbs and have a half dozen dispensaries closer to me but I still come here because of their selection and customer service. Any complaints about customer service are probably old reviews from when there were lines out the door and everyone couldn't personally be attended to in the fashion that THC provides any other time. I've never seen THC be more than $5 higher than another store on an identical product. Often times the store that's 5$ cheaper will have a product that's more expensive than THC! The ONLY exception would be a sale of some sort, only then would you find a price difference of more than 5$.Now that I've covered taxes and pricing at THC, let's address what's great about them:1) Best selection hands down2) Frequent sales if you're on their list to be texted about sales 3) Knowledgable staff that are also friendly 4) They try their best to accommodate recreational patients even enough times, while at the same time preserving stock and selection for medical patients I just hope price across the board goes down to the levels of other states once cultivators get their stuff together. It would be great to have legal weed/concentrates/carts that is comparable in price to what can be found from you're local friendly neighborhood gardener.
Poor customer service. For all my questions regarding medical cannabis as a patient who's there weekly, I was told to call the state and no further assistance was given. No professionalism whatsoever.
I spent $50 on a disposable pen that literally died less than 24 hours later. I called and one of the managers told me I had to email the general manager and I'd receive a full refund. I emailed him, (Anthony) and he has displayed terrible customer service, sending me through loops, replying with snarky remarks, and still only wants to offer me a credit. I am not interested in replacing the item or making any future purchases.
Great scheduling and ease of use. Clean and helpful staff. Taxes and prices are high compare to similar places in Seattle and vegas but not the fault of this store.Zach was very helpful and professional, highly recommend him!
I'm a recreational customer who's purchased from THCC a couple times, but probably won't be going back. The selection is good, the prices are what prices are in IL. Their COVID procedures are pure hygiene theater (meaningless temperature checks, lines that are "spaced 6 feet apart", but that then wrap back around so you're directly next to other people in line), and they aren't doing the thing that would actually make it substantially safer: open pre-orders to everyone, so people could be in-and-out, rather than waiting in line and then needing to talk to the budtenders. There's also a weird difference in how recreational & medical customers are treated. Medical cardholders can skip the line in the lobby, then when they get into the sales room, they have a separate line. If anyone is in the medical line, they will be served first, no matter how many people are in the recreational line or how long they've been waiting. Additionally, online pre-ordering is available for medical customers, but not for recreational. This doesn't seem to be related to city rules - Sunnyside in Lakeview, for example, takes online orders for recreational customers. If you come here for recreational purchases, plan to wait a substantial amount of time. On the whole, I would not recommend coming here unless you have a medical card.
Clean shop, very well organized, always a pleasure to interact with the staff members the THC Center. They always have my orders ready and accurately. Love the parking lot, very convenient to get to in Chicago
This was my first time going to a dispensary. The people were so friendly and patient with me asking my many questions. Fiona was able to help me make good selections. She was really awesome! I will definitely be back!
Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a big line for rec and I would prefer that they have a completely separate area for medical users. I got right in, but it was a bit chaotic for me. Prices are not cheap either. Also, the parking lot sucks. It is nice that they have one, but it is hard to get into and not enough spots, people jockeying for spots....ugh. I also think this parking lot needs a security guard.
After almost two years as a medical customer at this dispensary, I am finally done. Their product selection is decent for the area (better before recreational came to town- but that's everywhere), but their management and customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!! Any time I've had issues with their ever changing (and badly thought out) procedure changes they've been nothing but defensive and rude. The final straw is making every customer take their mask off at entry while not offering an option for people with health issues to do curbside pickup because "they would have to pay a security guard to be out there." This places more about money than safety. They're also terrible about de-escalating situations with angry PTSD customers likes me. At least be understanding of the needs of those you serve.
Just switched to this dispensary, awesome staff , clean establishment. Definitely recommend to all medical and recreational. Safe to say I'll be coming here from now on
This place overall was fine. The biggest disappointment of my experience was the lack of transparency and lack of clarity about what items were stocked for recreational users. I tried to call before arriving here but no one picked up the phone and the message just said to default to the menu online. I drove 45 minutes to get here and waited 40 minutes in line. In the line they have a TV and several touch screen kiosks with menus with items that are supposed to be stocked. The only disclaimer was that flower and pre-rolled items are for medical patients only which is totally understandable. By the time I got up front to ask for items that were on the menu in the waiting room they were apparently out of stock of the items that were on the menu and specified that the items were only for medical patients. I felt it was pretty disingenuous for a recreational dispensary to have menus with what appear to be available items in stock only to find out that they're not in stock and on top of that completely wasting your time in line. There was also a ton of people who were waiting after I left empty handed and were probably going to expect the same rude awakening I experienced.I hope this place will do a better job of updating its website and allowing for additional disclaimers about the items that are in stock to recreational customers in line because without it it's just rude and a waste of time for those looking to make a purchase..
I've been to three dispensaries in the city and have been disappointed with the knowledge of the person assisting me, each an every time. While I am certainly not an expert, I'm definitely an informed consumer. I wish that more off the cannabis consultants were as informed as ERNIE at Herbal Care Center. He took the time to answer my questions, and didn't just try to rush through the transaction.
I love this place. The staff is really friendly. The lobby is large, welcoming, and comfortable. Zack, one of the budtenders is my favorite one. He's probably the most knowledgeable. I try to only deal with him when I come. I had a problem with a budtender not knowing the product but being arrogant about it. Aaron, the GM was very addressed the issue right away. I'm happy I chose this as my first dispensary. It's best to start off with a great place since you can't leave for the first three months.
Great medical selection, and wonderful customer service. They are taking all the precautions to keep patients safe. Highly recommend stopping by
Place is amazing. It's like the Willy wonka of weed warehouse. So many different choices to choose from. The display set up in this place is great. Very lively atmosphere!! Best dispensary I've been to in Illinois so far. I don't mind traveling!!! So I experiment others!!
This place is awesome! I placed an order for medical ahead of time and arranged a pickup time. They are super clean and safe about following the Covid-19 guidelines. The place is super convenient/quick and the staff is very friendly and helpful!
I had the pleasure of being helped by Michael H., and seriously, WOAH! He's so knowledgeable on what could work for my medical needs. I suffer from other PTSD, depression, anxiety, & PMDD; however,I have an incredibly high tolerance, and I have been struggling to find the right mix of stands to use to help me. I am NOT the average person when it comes to what works for me, so what normally would not be suggested for people with my conditions was actually what Michael H. thought would work and he was right! I have had energy to clean and my anxiety isn't crazy either. On a side note, everyone I have worked with at THC is so friendly and kind. I love this place, I don't understand the bad reviews at all because my experiences at THC have all been wonderful.
I went for the first time as medical patients and I had a lot of help on my first time. Very clean and a variety of supply. I have been in others stores before but in Chicago this is store my favorite store. Great staff and everyone is very helpful.
It's a cool place. Very clean inside, and everyone is pretty professional and friendly. Only 2 drawbacks:1) Their website and app is HORRIBLE. I downloaded the app bc they said we can preorder from there, but that hasn't worked for me as of yet. I just received an email from the about specials, but the email was formatted all wrong lol. I mentioned it to them the last time I was there and they said they are working on it. Hopefully soon- tech for easier access is kind of a non-negotiable for me. 2) Everyone in there is nice and I never have to wait long before I am helped. But I was kind of annoyed that they assume that I know the difference between bud, oils, edibles, tinctures, CBD levels etc etc. I wish there was more of a streamlined system for new customers, maybe an optional educational seminar for new customers. But that's it. Otherwise it's a cool place. Laid back, simple rules, cool people. Don't forget to wave hello at all the people in the cars in the 6 intersections facing the main door lol.
Review as a card holder. Overall, the prices are fair comparing to other Chicago dispensaries - though it's still very high. My favorite part is their selection - they have an enormous range of products. Be on the lookout for great shakes at good price (60-ish) - there are also a lot of shit one, just ask the person helping you. Speaking of, their employees are mostly knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Shout out to the girl with shaved head. There are also a few that just look very uninterested and not really care about what you want. A recommendation would be to optimize your inventory placement and have a better system for employee to find and get them. I have had multiple experiences where I waited for 20+ mins for them to find something
Great, clean, usually quick, nice staff. I'd say this is great for a first timer bc the staff is so friendly and it's nice inside with easy parking. Con is they've been out of sativa gummies the majority of times I've gone. They have the goobies which I hate portioning but I like the gummies. I'd suggest looking at their online menu in advance to verify they'll have what you're looking for before you head in. Also they don't offer recreational preordering. MOCA in wicker park generally has what I'm looking for and you can preorder recreational product at (but it's not as nice or with as simple parking as this place)
Kinda shocked by all the bad reviews and in true yelp fashion, they've made over 400 reviews not recommended? How's that even possible lol. anyway, I love coming here. Never had an issue with customer service. Anytime I have a question, if the person isn't sure they find out, especially when it comes to the different strains. Super helpful and great recommendations whether it's cannabis or CBD. Thanks everyone!
Today was my first, and last time ever going to The Herbal Care Center. A 20 minute queue outside for medical patients, which leads to a 40 minute queue inside. While waiting outside (so that I could finally access the inside queue), they had an employee hand out goodie bags with rolling trays and t-shirts to the people waiting in the much, much shorter recreational line. They did not do this for the medical line the entire time I was there. Once inside, concentrates are limited to one per type, and a four total. I overheard an argument one of the employees was having with another medical patient because he was upset that even though he sent in an online order, he still had to suffer through the one hour queue. The cashier had an attitude, and he piled all of my live resins into the bag haphazardly. This is a problem because anyone who is familiar with live resin (like a bud tender is supposed to be) knows that when it's laid on it's side or upside down it will melt and drip all over the sides and cap of the container. This was, by many orders of magnitude, the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dispensary. Do not go. Do. Not. Go. There are so many better places to give your money to. Why suffer?
Super courteous. Decent menu. Quick time for medical. Very friendly staff. I like it.
The turn around response to a compliant sent to the manager is ridiculous. I had purchased about 3 different disposable pens and all 3 stopped working a day later it's been more than a month and still no response great job "manager"!
This is the best dispensary in Chicago. I just got my medical card and chose this place because it's where id been getting recreational cannabis. The staff is incredibly friendly and the facility is clean and safe. Great products- wish they had better deals but otherwise no complaints at all.
Called multiple times to confirm they had what I wanted before arriving...no answer or returned vmail. Took a $20 Uber there for them to have a sign on the door stating no flower or prerolls?! Like, why isn't that displayed on your website or in your voicemail?! Bad for business..did not and will not purchase from here again. Signed an empty handed customer.
The best clinic in the state. Everyone is knowledgeable of the many products they offer, they are extremely friendly and professional. Their specials are amazing and they have one almost every week!!! I have been to at least five dispensaries and no one compares to these folks. Wish they had more CBD products, however, I always go home with something new to try. Kudos to the entire staff for all the long hours you put in to help those of us that truly need cannabis
I changed my dispensary to The Herbal Care Center (THC) because of their large inventory and patient care commitment. Every time I step into their site, I notice how clean and professional everything looks. You walk in, give your government ID and MMJ card to the front desk and once they check you are in their system as a patient they let you on through 2 locked doors. Inside there is a large selection of flower displayed behind glass that shows sativa, indica, hybrid and indicates what each strain helps with (insomnia, appetite, etc). I'm so glad I changed my dispensary to THC and I will be coming back for all my medical cannabis needs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Great experience every time! The place is real clean and Sarah is a wonderful help and knowledgeable!
I became a medical cannabis patient in 2017. Being limited to a single dispensary, I decided to try every dispensary in the state! I switched dispensaries every three or four weeks until the fall when I found the wonderful people at The Herbal Care Center. They made it so difficult to walk away. Even though they are not in my neighborhood, I gladly travel once every several weeks to visit and learn and shop.Yes, knowing that I no longer have to rely on pharmaceuticals to cure all of my woes, makes for a all-around healthier patient and they are well-equipped to help! Please, if you care, register now to vote in March 2018 in Cook County. The measure would also allow residents to possess up to 28 grams of cannabis, or about an ounce, and to grow five plants.
The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and polite. The product selection is awesome. I think I'm a goldleaf fan and I like when they have promos. And they have parking. They also have an atm.
Amazing expertise, incredible attentiveness. Huge variety and solid product. This is the future, the future is now. I am so glad I found this place and looking forward to holistic wellness and wellbeing
The Herbal Care Center never fails me. Best dispensary in the city, HANDS DOWN! The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable and really listens to your concerns and tries to help. I had the pleasure of working with Eddie yesterday for the first time. My anxiety was a little high I can in a few before closing. He made me feel comfortable and was so patient. Eddie was also VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about inventory. I would ask hey do u guys have this and his response would be we had 6 this morning let me check. WHAT??? DOPE??now that's a dedicated employee who is a total essential worker. Again Eddie thanks for the wonderful experience. P.S. the entire staff is great Vern, Alan, Conner, Jack, the ladies at the front. Just Top Notch.
Michael M was the most helpful and informed bud tender in Chicago . THC center is a must experience if you live in the city. They have the best stock and a beautiful establishment . Would HIGHLY recommend!
Very professional, clean and great place also very close to my house. It's a very welcoming atmosphere. I have already recommended a few people to come here. Great selection on ways to medicate, I couldn't recommend The Herbal Care Center enough.
I like this location because they let you bring in your baby lol I don't know about older kids but they let you bring your baby. Good customer service, nice environment, good location. The downfall is they don't take debt (not safe carrying money in Chicago) but they have atm which is another fee on top of the other fees like buy the weed paying all the high taxes etc.
I love this place. However, they have policies in this place that makes no sense. I'm a regular medical customer at this establishment. Today I forgot my medical ID at home because I'm not feeling well. They have all of my information in their system. I was not allowed to pay for my product for the price of medical because I didn't have my medical ID. I've spent thousands of dollars in this place, you think they'd be ok with my DL. Lastly, the young African American kid with the braids that works there has absolutely no sense of urgency. He moves like a snail and has no regard for others time. He's seems extremely stoned during work hours. He's the reason why it's a bad idea to share the tips. This isn't my first encountered with this young man.
The facade of this place is deceiving. They claim a spa-like, relaxing experience. But management is far from caring about their customers experience. I came in asking for a particular product. I was sold a product that was entirely different. At the time, I would have assumed my bud-tender was a newbie employee who just needed more training. Turns out, the person who helped me was the 'General Manager', Anthony Roland.Upon getting in my car and realizing his mistake, I came back to the store a few minutes later to try and resolve it. I was assured that an email to the GM would fix the situation. After many frustrating email exchanges, it is clear that Anthony is not only bad at product information, he also has no interest in customer service. He responded immaturely, and has refused to acknowledge his mistake or attempt to rectify the problem. So, on top of being out $45 for a product I can't use, I was given a headache and my time was wasted. Owners should take note of the lack of professionalism and care. Certainly, some of the other friendly bud tenders here could represent the facility much better and fill the roll more appropriately.Went from thinking I had a neighborhood spot, to realizing this place is worth avoiding at all costs. (At least until I can confirm there has been a change in management.) I will be traveling further to avoid coming here, and I'd suggest anyone reading this skip it as well.
As folks may or may not know, medical patients in Illinois must designate a dispensary for all of their purchases. Fortunately the process to switch can be done online easily and fairly quickly. I did so recently as I was gonna be in the neighborhood anyway, and after only one visit, I'm officially switching to The Health Care Center. My current dispensary is perfectly fine, but The Health Care Center is above and beyond, and here's why:- COVID-19 measures: multiple no-touch hand sanitizer stations, fewer door knobs/handles to touch, wrist-scanning temperature checks, well-marked social distancing guidelines on the floors in all areas. When I went, I noticed a lot of older/elderly customers, so I really appreciate this over-abundance of caution. - Selection: I get it. Illinois is a dysfunctional state when it comes to, well, a lot, but cannabis legalization especially. Weed capitalism sucks, but for right now, the prices are what they are and the quality of products from licensed growers is what it is. All the more reason, then, to shop at the dispensary with seemingly *everything* (said like Gary Oldham in "The Professional") that's available in Illinois. It reminds me a lot of dispensaries in states with legal cannabis for a couple years, e.g. Washington. Anyway, their inventory has a variety and a consistency that's frustratingly rare for a city with multiple vertically-integrated weed emporia.- Vibe: Hey, am I writing this review after snacking on some infused pretzel nuggets that I picked up on the aforementioned trip? Yes, hence why I wanna talk about how the vibe at The Health Center is very good and that that matters. The employees all were friendly and helpful as hell, and also - this might seem minor but stick with me - the way the counters are set up/situated made it a lot easier to hear and speak with the bud tender while still maintaining social distance. Again, with all the older/elderly customers I noticed, that kind of accessibility was reassuring. Their website calls it "a spa-like environment" which is a little goofy (like settle down, you're not King Spa), but all I'm saying is, it has a pretty good dope shop vibe. (That said, like many [if not most] dispensaries, the owner is reportedly a creep, so that's a bummer. I hope the employees are treated well, as they are quite literally essential workers. #unionizebudtenders)
The dispensary is fine. They have a great selection. But their covid related procedures are a joke.We spent 1.5 hours in line. Waiting outside isn't a big deal. Then you get into the lobby. They mark off six feet spaces but then snake the line around so that you're about a foot away from other people on either side of you. And you're stuck in this for 45-50 minutes if the lobby is full. Most cloth masks are not designed for that. Then you get into another room to actually buy and it's the same thing. More lines. Way too many people. Sorry, that's dangerous. There's a better way. The internet. Let people place pickup orders online and give them a pickup window. Other dispensaries do that and it minimizes how much time you're near other people. It's a great experience and product selection but I won't be going anywhere near this place again until the pandemic is over. I was stunned.
The staff I met are willing to help you apply for your medical marijuana card. Just bring all the required documentation including your doctor's certification. The fees must be paid at the time of application and can be paid using a credit card. The greeting area is windowless, but very very clean and tastefully appointed.I was very impressed. My caretaker went back without me to acquire my supply of products which the staff helped her select for me. Cash payment is required, no checks or credit cards accepted.I highly recommend The Herbal Center. They have a parking lot for clients only that can be accessed from Ogden.
Raise your hand if you had the pot shop as the first place to temperature check you whilst out and about during the Corona days. Yeah, wouldn't have expected that either. THC serves both recreational and medical marijuana patients. I waited for two hours in a huge queue on New Years Day to get hooked up with my recreation. I've long since wised up and gotten my medical card. In addition to saving a lot of money on taxes, the card makes a lot of sense. Illinois state law mandates a certain amount of medicine remain available for medical patients. That means cardholders can get their medicine, even when recreational users cannot. You also go to the head of the line, making it a quicker trip at a busy store. THC has a good online portal where you can browse and learn about products. Medical patients can also preorder for pickup. The store itself is bright, clean and modern with touchscreens that you can use to browse offerings. Budtenders have been knowledgeable and helpful with purchases. Like many places they have levels of security, so be patient and cool Honey Bunny. Now, to the goods. Weed has come a huge way from the schwag of my youth. Gone is the brown frown baggie of barely recognizable buds mixed amongst seeds and stems. These days flowers are High Times quality-fragrant, tacky and potent buds. While I've pretty much always smoked buds, I've gotta say I'm really liking the vapes. Supereasy with the 5/10 thread. Once you have your USB chargeable pen all you'll need are replacement cartridges. Side note-TSA didn't even mess with it when it was in my bag. Put the pen in your carryon and cartridge in your toiletries. I'm a fan of the Sativa hybrid strains, which are the best of both worlds-heady buzz without the flooring effects of straight Indica. I'm seeing more consistent strains from store to store and it's helped to find what I like-G6, Blue Dream, Jack Herer, Bruce Banner and East Coast Diesel. As for Indica, I'm liking Northern Lights for evening medicine. The Mindys gummies are also really tasty, though more of a mild buzz. Things are expensive and sized smallCash OnlyOn site parkingGood website-check to see if Rec sales are available Go see Dr Feelgood and get a Medical card to help with your Corona anxiety
By far one of the safest places I've been to during the COVID-19 pandemic. Let's start by mentioning that this place, like all other dispensaries around the city, is *CASH ONLY*. If you do not have any cash, there is an ATM that you can access right inside the store. It wasn't until the pandemic started that I've made my first visit to THC. They are very strict about their safety measures, so for now, you need to schedule an appointment for recreational and even medical. The appointments are 15 minutes apart, and make sure you get there on time since there is only a 5 min grace period before they cancel your appointment. In order to speed up the process and not go over your allocated time, I suggest visiting their website and looking at their menu. The menu will also indicate if the items are available or not. I scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday at 7:30PM. Even though it was the last appointment of the day, and the store was basically empty when I arrived, they still checked my temperature and asked me to wear a mask. This is to protect yourself and others who my be vulnerable, specially medical patients who shop at THC. After my screening and ID check, I was given access to the actual shop. To be honest, it is one of the best decorated and organized dispensaries I've seen all around the city. The employees are trained well, respectful and extremely friendly. I am new to the whole "recreational" scene and since my apartment is smoke-free, I usually buy vape oils or edibles. I made a mistake and did not check the menu before my first visit, however, the employee behind the register was able to help me out efficiently, while keeping track of my scheduled time. I ended up getting the Strawberry Cough and East Coast Sour Diesel vapes and the Strawberry Crunch edibles. I am by no means a marijuana expert, but boy did these vapes do the trick. The prices are extremely high than, let's say a local dealer, but that is because of the high tax that the city and state have set in place. Both vapes and edibles cost a little over 200$ with tax (yes crazy, but I'm an engineer, I get to splurge). The vapes DO NOT last for a really long time. I've found that they empty out in a week or so, so it does get expensive in the long run. Either way, I highly recommend this dispensary. I've visited several around the city since recreational has been legalized and this is by far the best experience I've had. Chapeau bas to the excellent service!
As a regular medical patient, I had a reservation canceled on me with no explanation. I called in and the rude lady that answered simply just said they were short staffed so they weren't accepting any reservations for medical or recreational. Although the website was still allowing it and I just picked up a reservation the day before. Extremely disappointed that they would handle medical patients like this. Poor service and not staffed properly. I'll be switching dispensaries.
Went to The Herbal Care Center this afternoon to quickly pick up a 0.5g cartridge and received fantastic service from Kayla the second I walked into the showroom. She provided premier customer service, and could not have been more welcoming. She provided fantastic advice regarding which products to consider, the differences between them, and how to enjoy them the most. I would highly recommend stopping by for any cannabis products you need.Plus they provide reusable bags as part of your pick up which is a great touch compared to other dispensaries that waste an oversized paper bag on a small product. Check em out!
It’s a very huge place and you have to go through two doors to get all the way in. In my opinion it’s not really worth it. However you can get a lot of marijuana things there. They have a Lotta different brands and they have different choices as to how you and Ingest it. Plus the people that are helping you are very knowledgeable I joked and called one of them a legal drug dealer because that is what they are. but all in all it’s overpriced and I feel like it is a little bit too commercialized. They also did not have what I needed at all so it was a waste of time. But they did have a big demand for things. so I will say that they are running steady and they have a lot of customers. so if you’re out there and you want to try A dispensary I would say go try this place. It might be helpful to you it just wasn’t helpful in my situation. I’m not downing at all the business but it’s just not for me. Oh and they did rush people a lot they were not very patient as far as people just looking at the menu that they had they wanted you almost to go in and out of the facility and not linger.
Nice place. But the Bud is definitely NOT the best I’ve had. You could honestly get better off the street. The employees are knowledgeable but they should definitely learn the difference between Someone who who knows Bud and someone who doesn’t, the guy was just talking too much like I came in with no knowledge.
Good selection and decent prices. Staff is pretty knowledgeable about their product. Building is nice and they're very efficient to get you in and out. One of the nicest I've been to!
I don't know anymore, I think I'll expand my horizon from this place. They have allot of workers but not enough product. The guy who helped me was swearing during our interaction. I haven't been having the best costumer experience here lately. I'm going to hope I get a better experience next time..
Always very helpful and nice my mother has medical marijuana and didn't know what to buy and they gave her advice and made her feel comfortable and she couldn't be happier with the service or the product a bit pricey but worth it
