Patriot Care has become my favorite dispensary for flower and the staff is awesome!!  The staff is always helpful and friendly to me !! They have so many different choices in flower than other medical dispensary I have been to.  I always leave a happy girl

Well, I went for the first time last week and the staff were friendly but knowledgeable of products. Bought some flower and some shatter. Flower was super dry, (crumble in my hand) and stale. The shatter was very cloudy and harsh. So I will not be going there again. I like fresh product.

This is dispensary is a friendly place, but it used to be friendlier. They have also changed how they charge under the debit card system, so now they round up to the next $1, charge goes as it is an ATM charge... and you are supposed to get change back????  At times they forget to hand you back your change. Keep and eye...But what's really interesting, was the fact there is a pamphlet stating that one can get $50 off over $150 purchase. They were going to void my transaction, so that I could purchase more and go over $150 ...then it was determined that that's not how it works. As far as their Paid For membership, where you're supposed to get 1/16th a month, I was told that if you don't find what you like, you could wait to the next month and get two or something you like. I was offered to take 8 by the new manager, I only took 2... then the other manager said NO- Use it or loose it!!!! So what did I paid over a $100 in membership for?They kept going behind doors to figure things out, I waisted tons of time there but keeping calm and asking for explanations. My cashier was very pleasant and he seemed embarrassed by management behavior and lack of customer service.I learned a lot and hope new dispensaries learn from this to ensure attention to details and good customer service is always a plus for any business.And yes, I will return as one bad experience does not constitute a life sentence ;) hopefully they get 5 stars next time.Peace!

Used to be cool with nice people and fun physical wheel you spun and got real discounts on two days a week, fast forward to today, three staff overhauls and iPad spun wheel heavily weighted to land on free lighter or three dollar off accessory.  There is $10 travel coupon you get to use twice a month, but that just brings outrageous prices down to affordable.  Choice is good, but Patriot Care gives little discounts, so expect to pay a lot.  The "wheel" discount is a joke.

This place is great, I'm always getting discounts and the staff are the best. So friendly and helpful. I'll continue to go here because of their kindness and great products!

Probably should have come to Yelp first to see the reviews that this was medical only. Since this information is not immediately available on the website or google. I am from Vegas and plenty of places bill themselves as a clinic but also specify who they will sell to. Also your rent-a-cop was sleep until I tapped him and asked then had the nerve to be mad at me for asking him a question. May wanna work on that. ‍‍‍

I do not go to Patriot Care anymore because they messed up my check out one too many times by not applying appropriate credits and promotions and over charging me. Word to the wise, DO NOT sign up for their Platinum rewards program. There is no other perk besides the 1/16th month really. It never developed into anything worth the money. It's more of a pain to go every month to get your cannabis.They do have some good indica dominant products as well as offer bundle backs of prerolls.

Patriot care medical marijuana dispensary is a welcome addition to the Boston business community. This is the first dispensary in Boston Proper and a long-awaited medical necessity for patients.The staff is knowledgeable and patient.Let them know what medical issues you are trying to treat and they are happy to guide you to the right recommended treatments for them.THE DEAL: sign up for there email list to get texts or emails about their monthly specials!

I'm kind of confused as to why other people are complaining...the guys who rang me up made sure I was aware of every discount and took the time to give me 3 different ones in one transaction. It's like the other reviews are talking about a different dispensary. They flower is exceptional and the edibles they have are very good. Definitely coming back. Super friendly. Super caring. Great atmosphere. Also, to all the Veterans and Active Duty, they have a 40% discount every 11th of the month if you have improper ID.

Super convenient location, clean & welcoming facilities, and some of the friendliest staff I've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Great selection of vape and edibles!

Best of breed operation that isn't afraid to adapt when a competitor has experimented with a more efficient customer flow pattern.  Top, top marks from the kid.

Be aware with your money. The employee forgot to give me my change. The flower is not all that. I felt that it wasn't really the greatest experience I can have at a dispensary.

I love Patriot Care.  Their flower is way better than most of the dispensaries in MA and as a medical patient I am able get very high THC content for my severe muscle spasticity issues from Multiple Sclerosis that others just don't offer.  Flower is very fresh and sticky as a matter of Fact I have yet to get any dry flower or stale flower here as someone  had put in their review a while Back.  If you have your medical card check them out it's generally no line no waiting.

I like it was always good to me I never had a problem... There weed is great keef is fabulous. And service was good.

Used to go there because it's a convenient location but not going back. Order was wrong and when I went back to make it right the person who worked there didn't know how to process the transaction. He said I should wait until the person who sold it was done with his customer and he'd process the return. As this was my lunch time I didn't have the time to wait. Please train your budtenders better before you lose more customers!

I tried a bunch of different strains this week.. large selection.. all very good and not dried out like some of the other dispensaries . The chocholope pre rolls are awesome right now.  they allow you to stack discounts which is great and can really have a dent on the cost.main drawback of this place is parking.  however, they do offer transportation coupons to help offset any of your costs getting there.. $10 off a hundred dollar purchase for I think four times a month. so thats cool.  but I still got to sit on the train... and the waiting room is a bit strange.  there is plenty of room in the main room but they bring in people one at a time.  Im also not really fond of the 1/16th thing.  just doesnt feel right... just go with 8ths and quarters etc.. no need to reinvent the wheel.  also owner was against recreational legalization ballot initiative.  so there is that...all in all though good bud and friendly staff...very close to a 5.

It was my first time here after getting my medical card and all I have to say is I am beyond satisfied with my service!!! I came in super nervous because once you go through those doors you don't even know where to start. Luckily I got help from Jeff H!!! He walked me through everything I asked for! Trust me I was asking so many questions because it was my first time but he broke everything down to my understanding!!!! Jeff if you see this thank you so much for making the experience so great! All the staff were really nice too they make you feel so welcome and they seem to really care about you!!! I will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone!! Thank you guys for everything!

Very low to zero understanding of customer service or loyalty. With so many high-quality medical dispensaries in the area patriot care needs to understand that it isn't about them it's about their customer - if they don't change theyll continue to lose accounts

They always have a great selection. Very spacious store, which I appreciate especially in covid times. Staff are really kind and helpful; they're always happy to give me recommendations based on what I'm looking for.

Stopped here last week.. always a good place to hit even if just passing through I was in and out in 5 mins and paid 15 bucks for a 22% pre roll that was well worth it

Amazing service and great selection, Location is a bit tough (for those of us not living directly in Boston) but definitely one of the better dispensaries that I have been to in the Greater Boston Area. Also, phenomenal deals available for new patients as well as loyal returning customers.

AYYYY.YAHHS Patriot Care. Medical ONLY. I feel bad when I see people with the puppy dog eyes not being able to get in here.Yeah parking is a bitch but they do give ya two ten dollar transportation credits a month so why ya bitchin. Everyone here is friendly, welcoming, and just plain chill. The location is a commuters dream being located on milk street right off the state street orange and blue line stops. AMAZING flower. I feel like Patriot Care just offers a more diverse menu then other medical dispensaries in the area.I love the multiple indica strains for those people like me who just like to be sedated. AYYYOkay, I am knocking a star since I'm wishing they would have more of a rewards points system / daily deals concept like other dispensaries do, this is the only thing where this place falls slightly short.Yes, I knocked a star for a mediocre awards system.FIVE STARS for quality of product and friendly staff.DEETS :Monday's I believe you spin some sort of wheel, yet the prizes are less then exciting.YES, there is a point system for each time you purchase, but again falls really short when it comes to other dispensaries.The "first time patient" doesn't compare AT ALL to other dispensaries, it's nice when places do 50 off a 100 the first four times you come in. Patriot care has a one time patient special but again, not so exciting or intriguing. At competitors after three or four times coming in, you start racking up some serious points where you can take 50+ bucks off your order. Again, not here.BUT besides all that bitchin, the place is awesome.Highly recommend if you are looking for some unique strains not easily found elsewhere.

These people are rude af to women of color. The quality of their product, the challenges of parking, and the sad sack employees make it basically the dispensary you never want to use if you're looking

I was away on vacation for a few nights in Boston and forgot my edibles for pain.  I was so happy to find out Patriot Care was two blocks from my hotel!  I got to go in and snag me some fantastic edibles and be back on my bike zooming around the city.Super nice woman behind the counter, too!!  I'll definitely be back!!!

Great service and quality cannabis goodies sold here right in downtown Boston. The prices are fair and not overly priced in my opinion. There highest dose is 5mg of THC per serving which is pretty good for me but if you are looking for stronger edibles this might not be the place for you. The bud tenders are very friendly and gave me great suggestions on new products to try! Highly recommend if your near by ^.^

Been visiting this place for a few years and it’s my dispensary of choice. Always good customer service and never had any issues. There is a review telling vets to stay away. Really? Your “bad” experience doesn’t speak for all of us. You sound like an entitled child who has issues with companies following the rules if it negatively impacts you. Find me another dispensary that gives veteran discounts as generous as patriot care. I LOVE the yin yang cbd strain and glad this is always on the menu. I only wish that they kept 1:1 or 2:1 edibles as often as they keep this strain because they are just as good. Keep up the good work.

My experience today was a good one. This location just became recreational! ? Very friendly staff and a nice selection. The budtender made some great suggestions and I think happy with my choices.The one thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that after completing a $100+ order, we decided to purchase an additional item and were made to meet a $35 cash minimum? This wasn't expressed to us before hand and I have never had to meet a minimum for cash before, so it caught me off guard. Other than that, it was a nice visit.

Great customer service and the flower quality is top notch. The strains are also not your typical generic selection "the one" strain effects amazing and great genetics. Will be back ASAP. Also new patient deal is great and parking credit (10$) every month off because no on site parking and they also look out for financial hardship with 15% off which is huge.
