Staff is very slow it takes 30 minutes for a minor purchase and the lines are long. Both times I went they were out of stock of something. The First time they were out of flower And the second time they were out of CBD cartridge pens. It appears that management is not running this operation like a business to satisfy customers. They could take some lessons from the way Colorado operates it's dispensaries.

Nice folks, Good Deals. Affordable Hash. Flower is not trimmed, ATM is always broken, Products and strains are never consistent. I just wish they would trim the flower a little better. Or at all, for that matter. I always get the feeling that the people in charge of trimming really don't care. The folks at the front of the house are nice enough, but they state that it is not their job to trim anything. ...and that leaves it up to the folks in the back. Either way, I can't help but feel a little bit ripped off when I get home and actually look at what I was sold. Seriously, I haven't had to spend so much time cleaning weed since I was in middle school. Sticks, Stems, Leaves, Seeds, and all. Yeah, it's pretty bad. At the bottom of each bag, there is always a lot of wasted weight that just gets thrown out. To be fair, the hash and sugar wax prices are pretty good, if you shop on select days. However, there really is no consistency with any of the strains or products, so it can really be hit or miss. Additionally, the traffic congestion makes getting out an absolute nightmare. You can easily spend 45 minutes just waiting at the stop light if you time it wrong. Lastly, these folks only take cash. Which I guess is ok, but I personally haven't used cash since 2008. The inconvenience is multiplied by the fact that the lone ATM is out of order and has never worked once in the past six months. Again, not a big deal, just all the little disappointments add up in the end. I really wanted to give this place a glowing, Five Star review. Sadly, at the end of the day I think a solid 3 stars is being pretty generous. Buyer beware, you get what you pay for.

For the last month “They’ll be back in stock Monday” when it’s no longer on sale. It’s total bait and switch B.S.

The prices are too high. The parking lot was empty. When I entered there wasn’t any staff well over 5 minutes to help me. When someone did come out he was rude. I’m pretty sure I understand why no one comes to this place. I do not recommend this place. Minerva is right down the street and they are very nice, helpful and show great customer service. Also their parking lot is always full of cars which says a lot. Just like a restaurant if the parking lot doesn’t have cars in it generally means bad food.

Ultra Health is as pretty good dispensary to go to if you have your medical card and need some good flower. The staff are friendly, they have a good selection of products ranging from flower, THC capsules, CBD capsules, wax and concentrates as well as edibles. I go to the location in Bernalillo and it's easily the best dispensary in Berna. However, there are other locations if you live in Rio or Burque. Would recommend you give it a try ??
